Tasha let out a deep breath as she stared out at the stormy water. She knew father would be upset with her leaving, but it was only for a day and she was sick and tired of being told what to do.

"What's on your mind?" Cold hands wrapped around her waist as soft lips pressed against her collarbone.

"Why does father not understand that I'm happy here? He wants me to marry some noble boy—"

"You need not worry about that, darling." Loki hushed her, holding her tighter. "I will not let anyone take you from me, not even father."

"I've never seen him so mad, Loki..." She sighed as she thought back to Odin walking in on them kissing before shaking her head. "Do you think mother will be able to talk some sense into him?"

"Between Thor and Mother I'm sure it will work out, and if not, he'll have to kill me, because there is no way in Hel I'm ever leaving you."

She smiled slightly. "I hope you're right..." Thunder tumbled through the sky, sending a cold shiver through Tasha's body. "We should head back. If the skies are any judgment, Father is only becoming angrier by the second."

The memory soon faded into a different dream entirely — the sun shone bright through the curtains of Loki's bed chambers as he held Tasha's body close to his own. A small giggling could be heard from the foot of the bed, which slowly grew louder as the blanket moved. Loki smiled at Tasha when he noticed she was awake and smiling back at him.

In no time their quiet moment was interrupted by a small child jumping on them. The girl had long, curly brown hair and beautiful green - blue eyes. She giggled loudly when Loki grabbed her waist and began to tickle her.

"Papa! Mama!" The child squealed in delight before wrapping her arms around both of them.

"Why are you awake so early, darling?" Tasha asked softly as she caressed the child's face.

"Grandmother says I'll have a brother soon! I want to wake him up!" The girl leaned her head against Tasha's protruding belly.

If only this were real...
