It's not easy to believe in love at first sight until that particular person comes along and steals your heart.

Chapter -2

ARVIND POV:

"I think I am in Love," I said, smiling.

"Awe...what the fuck are you saying?", he yelled out of excitement

"How did that happen when I am like wifi surrounded you?"

"Bro...by the way, I just now told not to give a lift to any girl, and you are getting ready to give away your whole life to a girl," Sunil chuckled.

"Stop mocking me, Sunil," I said.

"Ok ok...now I am getting curious. When did all this happen?" Sunil asked enthusiastically.

"Don't be so excited. I am in love with her since the time I saw her."

I started to tell the story to Sunil. Their first meet happened in Krishna Kanth Park on August 15.

FLASHBACK

ARVIND POV:

Sunil and I were wandering in the park, enjoying the scenic view. Oh...sorry, I was enjoying the ambiance, and my buddy was involved in sighting the hot chicks.

I was blabbering about the college stuff, but his concentration was on the girls around. Suddenly, he stopped walking, and he joined his palms with pouted lips.

"Bro...please give me five minutes," he said.

I understood his intentions. He must have got enticed by someone and wanted to flirt with. At first, I twitched my eyebrows in anger, but he started to plead with lips pouted, which made me give in. That's my buddy! He sure has a way to change my mood. So, I let him go.

In the process of killing time, my eyes gazed on a beautiful girl. She had long hair and was wearing kurta and pajama. She might be around 5'4 feet. She was wearing spectacles with semi-rimless frame and rectangular shape lense talking to someone on the phone while waddling in the park.

Unknowingly, my legs took me towards her. When I was ten feet away from her, I narrowed my steps to match her walk frequency, So that I can be at a certain distance from her.

At one place, she stopped walking but didn't let her lips stop moving. my mouth beacame wide by her beauty and forgot the whole world for a while.

Suddenly, she switched her phone off and turned towards me. All of a sudden, I got nervous. She approached nearer, which made much more nervous. To get out of the awkward situation, I took out my mobile to call Sunil. It started ringing. But, I could hear my heartbeat more than the ringing tone with her every footstep coming towards me.

"Tell me, bro," Sunil's voice echoed from the other end.

"Hmm... are you selling your mobile on OLX?" I asked (OLX connects local people to buy, sell or exchange used goods and services by making it fast and easy for anyone to post a listing through their mobile phone or on the web.)

He told me a day before that he is placing his phone on OLX to sell and want to buy a new phone. He is a mobile freak. Moreover, he is a rich kid born with a silver spoon.

"Yeah," he replied.

"how is the piece?"

"Very nice piece, with a feel-good touch."

"What is the color of the piece?" I asked, nervous as she was almost by my side.

"Pure white... Bro"

"When will you give if someone wants to buy?"

"Delivery can be within an hour, bro," he said.

My angel crossed me, glancing at someone else. Only then did my heartbeat become normal? I thought to end the call and about to say come to me, bro. Meanwhile, I got sounds like shouting from the other side of the request.

Back to Present:

"That day, August 15 made my day bro ", I said with hands dramatically clenched to my chest.

"But that day gave me the most bitter experience. Do you know that?"

"What happened?"

FLASHBACK:

SUNIL POV:

That day my eyes were stuck on a girl. I approached her after pleading Arvind for five minutes.

I tried in many ways to grab her attention like roaming around her, pretending like talking to someone on the phone, etc.

While I was trying in my style to flirt her, suddenly, Arvind called me on the phone.

I attended the call without leaving an eye on her.

"ha, tell me," I said.

"Sunil... Are you selling your mobile in Olx?"

"Yes," I said, fixing my eyes on her.

"How is the piece?"

"Very nice piece, with a feel-good touch."

By then, she was watching me suspiciously, which I didn't understand.

"What is the color of the piece?"

"Pure white... bro."

Now, she started to bite her nails out of tension.

"When will you give, if someone wants to buy?"

"I will get it to you within an hour, bro, and definitely customer won't regret," I said and started moving nearer to her.

She started screaming out of fear when I was one foot away from her. I was panicked by her strange behavior.

All of a sudden, a lot of people gathered and thought I misbehaved with her. Within no time, they all started bashing me.

Later I understood the whole scenario. She thought I was talking about her on the phone.

PRESENT:

SUNIL POV:

"She thought I was dealing with someone about her."

"And these fucking people bro, when a girl screams they won't even ask what is the reason. They directly show up their heroic stunts", I was angered to the core.

"But on that, you said those were protests against government shouts right," Arvind asked in dismay.

"I lied, bro; I couldn't say to you that I was beaten black and blue."

"So, you liked her. Let's see if destiny brings you both together yet again," I smirked at Arvind.

Arvind winked at me.

"Don't tell me that you have seen her again?"

Arvind nodded his head in affirmation.

"What? Really !!!"
