Kuin's POV

After everyone were back in their disguise place back in the mansion, I was in normal clothes since i hate formal parties.

Through the attic, I swung myself onto the roof. Don't question me. You have no idea what kind of things I can do. Since I'm alone, I took out my lens before hand.

"The city actually looks nice from up here." my arms keeping my head up, I lay on my stomach, viewing the lights underneath the tall mansion.

"H-hey Kuin...mind if I join you?" a nervous voice sounded from behind me, I didn't need to look to know it's Kenshi.

"Not at all! C'mere, Kenny." I sat up, my legs dangling from the rooftop.

"Thanks." he took a seat beside me.

"Beautiful, no?" I ask, meaning the view of city lights.

"Yes...yes it is." when I turn to him, he was just staring at me. I don't know if it were just the lights, he had a tint of colour to his face.

There was a comfortable silence for a couple of minutes.

"S-say, Kuin?" he suddenly asked.

"Yeah?"

"A-are you s-seeing s-s-"

"There you are!" someone suddenly said from behind us, a little bit louder than needed.

Hiro butt in between Kenshi and I. Welcoming himself.

"Hey Hiro!" I greet him in a usual cheery matter. Riki took a seat at my other side and Takuto next.

"Oh you're all here?" I swing my legs that're dangling from the ceiling.

Takuto: "Yeah...it was getting stuffy in there."

Riki: "Kuin?"

Lillie: "Yeah?"

Riki: "You remember when I asked you if you're staying as a Black Fox or not, right?"

I tapped a finger to my chin. Yup, and I told him I'd give them my answer when I was back from the engagement party. But the whole incident with my mafia group interrupted.

Lillie: "Uh-huh."

Hiro: "Well...what's your answer, then?"

My mouth opened as everyone seemed to be anxious about my reply.

When suddenly, I blacked out.

Flashback~

"...do you have any idea how important you are to me now?"

What's happening? It's so dark. I don't remember this happening...?

"I love you."

Who said that? Unless it's before I had memory impact....

"Lilith. Wake up."

G-gramps?

"Yes."

Y-you're alive?

A hearty chuckle was heard. "No sweetheart. But I'm always with you. Always."

"It's still not my place to say this but, I really do wish you could spend the rest of your life with one of them."

What? One of what??

My eyes snapped open. Looks like that brief flashback was so fast I didn't even get a chance to fall. Am I going to start getting those? Since I lost memory due to impact before?

Kenshi: "Are you okay?"

Oh right, still. When I glance around, Kenshi was sweating. Why? I'm pretty sure it's rather chilly up here? Or did the stuffiness of the party down there get to him?

A grin found its on my face again.

Lillie: "You guys didn't actually ever think I'm going to leave you, right?"

Hiro: "T-that means—!"

Lillie: "As long as you don't kick me out, I'm proud to call myself a Black Fox."

"Yay!" Hiro practically jumped on me. While we both fell backwards.

"Oi!!!" The other three shouted at the same time.

Ze next morning~~

"Mornin' people~" I got the day off, yes again cuz I'm fab. So I show my natural pupils and didn't try to cover up all my scars.

Takuto was sipping on a bowl of pork noodles, as always; Riki just came out of the kitchen with a bowl of his famous miso soup; Hiro was in the corner, doodling; and Kenshi was nowhere in sight.

"Pork noodles, please. And where's Kenny?" I took a seat next to Takuto, whereas Hiro put away his things and pulled out a chair next to me. Riki put the big bowl of miso soup in the middle of the table and sat down across from me.

Boss came out from the kitchen with a fresh bowl of pork noodles, he set it down in front of me.

Atsumu: "He's got the morning shift."

It was a normal, lazy Sunday.

Lillie: "I'm bored~~"

I took out my phone. Alexei, Boris and boss already left. Aww we didn't even really got to say goodbye....... They had business, can't blame 'em.

Suddenly, I remembered something that I don't even know if I should remember.

Lillie: "Say, Takuto. Can you tell me your part of the story of Rabenda?"

I had no idea where that name even came from. According to Riki she kidnapped me while I was in Hong Kong with work on Yuzuki.

Takuto: *COUGH* *COUGH*

He chocked on air again...geesh.

I gave a solid good slap on his back. And sure enough, he stopped coughing.

Riki: "How the heck did you remember THAT? Of all things??"

Lillie: "Hmm...say what...your story suddenly came to me too.... About her being your e—"

Riki: "OK you can stop there!"

Atsumu: "Looks like your memory is starting to come back to you. That's good."

Hiro: "Oh yeah...you guys all seem to know her before."

Takuto: "NOT NOW."

Hiro/Lillie: "um...okay...."

Takuto gave his signature glare.
