Riki's POV

"Lillie!!!" We all shouted as her eyelids closed. I don't care if I usually used her surname. 

"Quick! Find the nearest hospital!" Hiro shouted and Takuto began searching on his laptop while I hold her up. This is not good...she has a bullet wound...it'll get infected if we don't take care of it quickly. 

Those White Racoon bastards! 

I tied a cloth over her wound to hold the blood. This should buy us a few minutes more....

"Found one! It's eighteen blocks away from here, at the city!" Takuto shouted and Kenshi immediately took a turn towards the direction.

"EMERGENCY!!!" We yelled at the top of our lungs when I carried her in my arms while runninng into the hospital emergency room. She was still unconscious. At least the bleeding stopped, for now.

Kenshi and Hiro sat on the bench deep breathing while Takuto and I paced in front of the surgery room. 

My heart was pounding right in my throat. It was like I just ran 50 miles. Why am I so worried? This is even more than family. I feel short on breath, even. 

A nurse handed me a towel. That was when I realized how much I was sweating. 

Takuto's POV

My brows creased even more together, if that's even possible. 

I can't imagine a life without her in it anymore. Ugh! We've all become so attached to her that we can't bear loosing her! ....*I* can't bear it.

The bullet wound was pretty serious, it's at her lower left shoulder. Just inches away from her heart...what if she doesn't make it?! How'll I survive?! How will any of us? 

I felt sour. Dammit. Am I going to cry? No! I blinked several times to hold it down. 

Kenshi's POV

Head in my hands, I breathed deeply through my mouth while sitting on the bench. She's too important to me.......I can't let her leave. She must be alive, right? 

Think positive. Yeah. She's has a very strong spirit. She's overcome so much already, this'll be fine, right? 

I continued to think empty optimistic thoughts, but the situation wasn't positive at all.

Quite the opposite, actually.

For what seems like centuries passed, a doctor walked out of the room while taking off his mask and said: "she's alright. The bullet was safely removed."

I let out a loooooong breath of relief.

"Yes!" Hiro said while beaming up. 

"But..." uh oh here comes the but. "she hit her head. She might be in a short coma for some time."

That's okay. At least she's alive. She can wake up from a coma. 

"For how long?" Riki asked.

"I'll say...a few days...or a week. A month at most." 

"Thank you so much!" I shook the doctor's hand. He smiled before leaving.

Hiro's PoV

When we all walked into the room where Lillie will be resting at. She had white bandages wrapped around her left shoulder and upper arm, they were stained red with blood.

We all rushed over. Only Takkun and Rikkun got fast enough to hold both her hands. Aww...I want to hold Lillie-chan's hand, too....

There was a stand on her right, transmitting blood into her right arm. She must've lost a lot of blood. There were bandages around her head as well, was her skull smashed??!! 

No,no. Stop. I'm always the optimistic one. The one who's always chirpy and cheers others up. But I'm in no mood to joke right now. I peer at her face. It's still very beautiful despite the bruises and cuts. Even her scars are all gorgeous to me....

Takuto's POV

All at some point, we all dozed off while sitting by her bed. Don't die. Wake up soon, idiot. 

Six days passed with us doing nothing but staying by her side and talking to her. None of us have appetite. 

Then, one evening, at about seven o'clock...

Riki: "..Hmm?"

Hiro: "What is it, Riki?"

Kenshi: "I think I just saw her finger move...."

Then, I felt a light tug on my hand, which was holding hers tightly.

Takuto: "She twitched!"

Then, at the worst possible time, two nurses stepped in asking us to leave the room. They needed to do last checks before she wakes up.

We reluctantly obeyed. Though we all piled up at the door, trying to all look through the tiny window. The nurses changed her bandages. Lillie can go on without them already. She recovers fast.

She opened her eyes. Her ruby and sapphire eyes.

I instantly felt I've never ever ever ever [x100] seen anything as beautiful before. I felt something trying to turn the doorknob, but the nurses locked it to prevent people barging in--which mostly meant us. I mean, we're desperate.

She looked around the room and said something. I watched her lips and can tell she just said 'where am I'. She blinked some more before sitting up in bed. She cocked her head as a nurse talked to her while the other one cleaned up. 

This is great. She can get out of the hospital today! 

We all backed away as the nurses exited the room. When we all turned to her in sync. She just finished getting changed into some new clothes, just as she looked our way--

"Lillie!" Hiro chirped and rushed up, wrapping his arms around her, "we're all so glad you're okkay!"

WTF?!?! WHY TH IS THIS GUY HUGGING HER!?!? GTFO, HIRO!!!!

"Whoa!" Hiro let out a yelp when Lillie pushed him away forcefully. Huh? Even if it's just the annoying kid, she wouldn't push him away like that. She furrowed her brows at him.

I've got a bad feeling about this.....something's not right.......

"...Kuin?" Kenshi asked.

We alll stood there as she scanned her eyes at us several times with a blank expression before saying:

"Who the hell are you guys?"
