"Sumimasen!" 

I hurried to the Tokyo airport. 

Just an hour ago, I received a call from Leon saying he was going to France. Like, what the heck?! Business trips are THAT sudden?

"Leon!" I yell when I spot him at the security check, waiting. He spread his arms and I jump into them. "Why're you leaving so suddenly?" I ask, muffled through his leather jacket. 

"Gomen, Lilith. I've just saw you again, but I can't stay." he hugged me tighter, "I promise we'll keep in contact."

He kissed my forehead before he disappeared through the line. He flashed me his warmest smile.

Kenshi: "oh, Leo left?"

Back at LRN, I sighed for the eighth time.........while eating ice cream. Even though it's late January.

Atsumu: "cheer up, you've still got us."

That night, I'm brushing my teeth in the bathroom. I start to worry under subconscious.

~~Flash back~~

"I promise we'll see each other sooner than you can say 'carrot'," he had said. My boyfriend, from when I was 19, we were in college, we were dating for six months, but he was offered an exchange to Sweden, he couldn't miss it. He liked calling me carrot, I thought it was cute.

We shared a quick kiss before he went through security check. We kept in contact often for the first month, but he started to say he was busy starting from the second month. I tried to think of the positive, but after two weeks he said he had someone else. And I deleted all of his contacts.

That was my second-last break up. I sigh into the sink while rinsing out my teeth. 

“I guess long distant relationships just don't work out." I think out loud.

"Who are you referring to?" I look into the mirror and lock eyes with Takuto, who was standing at the doorway. I shake my head and avert my eyes back to the sink.

Takuto's POV

I wake to sounds of wimpering, not again, I glance down. Yup, just as I thought, her nightmares are back. Is something still haunting her?

"...don't leave..." she muttered. Before she often had nightmares, but she never said anything out loud. I hug her, and I can feel her breathing become even again after a view minutes.

Kuin's POV

Another day of work. 

It's seven in the evening, it's winter so it's already really dark outside. 

"I'll be there within 10min" I text the BF, so they won't worry.

Just as I put my phone back in my purse, I hear someone behind me: "Lilith...."

No one was there when I turned around. Okay, now I'm really starting to freak out. I think as I quickened my pace. It was the same voice who called me a few days before. 

Nothing would happen, right? I mean this is the main street, there are lots of people and cars around. And both sides of the street is full of shops and stores.

I turn left at a crossroad, LRN is just a block away. 

"Lilith!" this time the voice was strong and firm, I got startled and started running. But heels don't exist for athletes, my thin and high heel cracked after a few seconds. That's when I turn around.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself, even though I'm not supposed to do cliffhangers anymore. 

Question:

1. Do you want this person to be an old friend, or a new enemy?

2. I started another fanfiction, for DDIWT, planning to publish sometime this week. But someone requested me to write for PIL, I like both apps, but my time will be separated 1/4 that way, updates will have to spread out even more. So do i put the DDIWT on hold or still publish? I can handle the four-time but i can't promise to update everyone of them each day.

3. do you like photoshoped images I made? Both this fanfic and the KBTBB one I PSed.
