Kenshi drove the van up. 

Riki: "Everybody ready? Kuin?"

Lillie: *typing on laptop with incredible speed* "security disarmed."

Hiro: "Keep in touch with us through the earpiece."

Riki: "It's showtime."

(A/N I'm not sure if Riki actually says that, as i said i skipped most of the main stories)

Lillie: "You have twenty minutes before security automatically turns back on."

Through ear pieces, I inform Riki and Kenshi. 

Kenshi: "Roger."

Lillie: "Guard at three o'clock."

They hide in the shades as two security guards walk by.

Riki: "Not bad, Kuin." he sounded impressed. I told you 'watch me' didn't i? 

They arrive in the room, but there were three exact same paintings on the wall. 

Kenshi: "Hiro's not here, which one?"

Riki: "Kuin?"

I examine the pieces through the tiny cameras. "the one on the right." i say and they got out of the building right before the security alarm armed again.

They quickly jumped into the van and Kenshi drove off. 

Hiro: "This is real."

They all had impressed looks on their faces as they looked at me.

Kenshi: "Great work, Kuin."

Lillie: "ε(罒ω罒)зAww, thanks Kenny~~"

"Hey! The painting's gone!" I heard a distance yell from the building we just got away from. I think they all heard it, everybody grinned.

"What?! We're out of beer?" Riki yells. 

Lillie: "Don't throw a tantrum, I'll go get a few cans."

That's how I'm on my way to the convenience store now. Even though it's past midnight, some 24-hour open stores are still open.

I grabbed down two dozen cans of beer and prepare to go to the register. "Lillie?" I hear someone say and i look up, it was Tatsuro, Ranko's brother.

Tatsuro: "It is you. What're doing here at past one o'clock at night?" *surprise*

Lillie: "I could ask the same to you. "

Tatsuro: "Oh right. Actually...another painting was just stolen by the Black Foxes. I came here to get a drink as well."

Lillie: "Another painting's been stole by them?" I am too good. 

Tatsuro: "Yeah, it's so frustrating. I've been trying to capture those criminals--"

Lillie: "Thieves." I corrected without thinking. Then i realize it's too sudden, it was like i said that in their defense.

Tatsuro: "Uh-huh. So what about you? That many cans of beer is way too much for one person."

Lillie: "Oh right, these are for some visitors."

Tatsuro: "In the middle of the night?" he didn't seem suspicious at me. I'm pretty sure he's just asking out of curiosity like any friend would, but i'm sort of in trouble, here. I faked an uncomfortable look and sure enough, he stopped asking. "O-oh, sorry." he's too easy. 

Lillie: "It's alright. So i'll see you around?" 

I smile slightly at him before leaving the store.

I'll probably see him pretty often on missions. I think on my way back to LRN.

"Lillie." I hear another voice behind me. Damn, i keep on bumping into people tonight! 

Mirai: "Just back from a mission I see." 

Lillie: "What're you doing out on the streets now?" to be honest i was pretty surprised to see Mirai standing there.

Mirai: "I have my things to do." he simply answers. Just who is Mirai exactly? he can hack through computers and find LRN, now he's out here in the middle of the night. "It's good to see you."

Lillie: "Yeah, see ya."

To think about it, Mirai really is mysterious. 

"Two dozen!" I answer when the guys asked me how many i got.

Kenshi: "Thanks, Kuin. That'll be enough."

"She didn't mess up, did she?" Takuto asked the next morning. I gave him a warning smile.

Atsumu: "Quite the opposite."

Hiro: "Yeah, Lillie was amazing!"

Lillie: "^_^Like i said, feel free to be absent cuz i can replace any of you!>o<"

Lillie: "I need to get to work now." 

Riki/Kenshi/Takuto: "me too."

Hiro: "But today's Saturday."

Takuto: "Only schools have Saturdays off."

Colleagues greeted me with respect like they always do. We had a new kid in our department, she's cute like a doll and is three years younger than me, she's only at the beginning of the 20s. Her name is Chiwa. I know, it sounds like a chihuahua. She especially talks to me attentively, I guess some person told her that I'm like an empress in this building. "Sumimasan, Lillie sanpai. would you mind showing me the storage room?" she asked once.

Boss: "A very nice job, Kuin. Work is going on great."

Ever since the serial cover on Yuzuki, we gained many viewers for our magazine. He had the day off, so i needn't to interview him. I caught up on some other work i had at the moment. 

I had a simple meal at lunch. At my office, i didn't really have any good friends, so i have no one to talk to. 

"Lillie-chan?" I hear someone call to me and look up from my lunch box. It was someone whom i don't even know the name of, but i think he's my co-worker. He timidly asked me if i wanted to go out for dinner tonight. My answer? Pretty obvious.

And that's another proposal I've turned down and another guy's self-confidence I've crushed.

That co-worker was about my age, it was probably his first time proposing to someone. And I've probably left him a shadow. But i don't even remember his name. How can i accept?

*Sigh* There's actually still some things i haven't let out yet. What happened to my love life that made my heart unhealable now. 

It's been about five years since my heart beated at the sight of a crush or a cute guy.

Shaking my head, I chase the thoughts out of my mind and focused on work.
