"I pick..." at LRN, I met the BFs and they want me to pick someone to stay with, "...Takkun!"

"...Just so you know, I'm not going to be your babysitter." Takuto says with a straight face.

I just smile brightly at him.

Takuto: "We could just cut her fingers off...."

I look at my hands, the now pretty and clean hands were once dirty and sanguinary. Frowning, i shake off the feeling and put on my hands down.

Hiro: You okay?

Riki: You looked disgusted when you looked at your own hands.

“Nani?" i say, "Nevermind."

Takuto: "I don't want to look after this annoying girl!"

Riki: "Too bad, she chose you."

Kenshi: "Haha, have fun you two!"

Takuto didn't speak, he just glared at Kenny. This person's pretty intimidating when silent. 

Takuto: "Well I can go back now, right? There's nothing to do tmr."

Atsumu: "Of course we do! We have something really important to do right now!"

Hiro: "We need to throw a welcome party for Lillie!"

"Huh?" I say, surprised. When's the last time someone threw a party for me? Oh wait, I've never had one. "P-party." i mumble.

The guys seated me on a chair and they all took a seat at the same table. 

Riki: "Bring up the drinks, Boss!"

Atsumu carried a bunch of beer bottles in baskets and placed them on the table. I tilted my head slightly, is it a rule to drink at a party? I can handle some alcohol, but I'm not the kind that drains bottles and go for a twenty. 

The welcome party went on with them having fun conversations and me basically clueless. The gang asks some questions about me, but i mostly just go around it or just gave them an abstract answer.

Hiro: "Hey Lillie, where do you live?"

Lillie: "An apartment."

Kenshi: "Where do your parents stay? Are they in Japan?"

Lillie: "They don't live with me."

Riki: "Are you born in Tokyo? Or is your hometown somewhere else?"

Lillie: "I wasn't born in Tokyo."

That's all that has been said before they realize i didn't want to talk about myself and changed the subject. They started talking about their jobs.

Riki: "...by the way, Kuin. How did you know where i work?"

Of course i need to know every single member of the government. "I just saw you somewhere before," i answer. It wasn't exactly the truth, but not a lie, either!

Holding a glass of beer in my hands, I look down on the ground, I had five bottles. That's pretty much for me. I like alcohol, but I'd only have one can once in a while.

"Hm?" I open my eyes, it's still a little dark, it's probably dawn. Oh right, i dozed off last night in the middle of somewhere after i had one too many drinks. Moving around slightly, I was on a comfy big bed with soft sheets and I'm not alone. 

Turning my head, i see Takuto on the other side. Under instincts, I stick out my right leg and kicked him off. "Ow!" he yelled, "why'd you kick me off?!"

I quickly apologize: "Takkun! Gomen'nasai! It was under reflex."

Takuto (shouting): "What the hell!"

I was still sleepy, it's probably before 5 a.m. "Shhh. It's too early for hell, Takkun! I need more sleep." I patted on the bed, and he grumpily climbed back on. 

Once again, i drift off to la la land.

Takuto's POV

She is such a pain. I think when i carry her to my room and plop her down gently on the bed. She looked rather in agnoy for someone fast asleep. I shrug, maybe she's the kind of person who are anxious and worried in their sleep. Who don't have any sense of security.

"Ow!" I woke up finding myself faceplanted on the floor. She apologized in a sweet voice from--with the angel i am now in it sounds like--above. Sleepily, I climb back on and lay down beside her. 

An hour later, i was woken up, AGAIN! Opening my eyes, I see her clinging tightly onto me. I was about to shoo her off, when i saw her face was drenched in sweat and tears. 

Her voice was timid and meek as she kept on murmuring one word: "No..."

She looked nothing like she was yesterday. Right now she looked like a frightened little kitten. I unconsciously started comforting her until she stopped trembling. 

But i never gotten back to sleep again that night.

Kuin's POV

Only one person can survive... and that will be you.... 

My eyes shot open. It's 9 a.m. Another one of those nightmares, huh. 

"You awake?" I just realized someone was holding me, i look up and Takuto's face comes to view.

Lillie: "D-did I...?" gosh i didn't start babbling my past out did i?

Takuto: "You were drenched in sweat in the middle of the night and wouldn't let go of me."  he returns to his usual attitude. "But don't worry, you didn't say anything."

This time my expression truly softened, "arigato, Takkun." I say in a calm voice.

Takuto: "I said stop calling me that!" he says in a rather joking tone. I get that it's his way of saying yourwelcome so i follow along and start joking with him, too. The atmosphere returned to normal and we go to the bar.

Lillie: "Oh, we were just upstairs of LRN?"

Hiro: "Good morning, Lillie!" he says in a jolly voice. 

Lillie: "'Morning!" 

Everybody greeted me as i walked down.  "Kenny O(∩_∩)O!" I shout as I jump on him from behind.

"Oh! Hi, Kuin." Kenshi put his hands on my arms as I hugged him from behind.

Atsumu: "Haha, I guess Kenny here is like a big brother kind of guy."

I suddenly felt shock, and i froze in place. But i quickly recover and hopefully no one noticed.

Lillie: "By the way, i have work tomorrow." I slide down from Kenshi's broad back. And got some snacks to chew on, I just can't stop my mouth! I always need to snack on something.

Riki: "That's all right, just let Takuto go with you."

Lillie: "'kay 'kay."

Riki: "He'll pose as your boyfriend to avoid suspision."

"What?!" I choke out the popcorn i was munching on, "that'll probably weird everybody out."

Everyone: "Why?"

Lillie: "I've worked there for more than three years and i never dated."

Takuto: "Do you lack feminine charm that much?"

Lillie: "No, there were many proposals, but. I don't date." My glare must've came out colder than i thought, they all shivered more or less.

In the end, it was decided that tomorrow will just be a regular day with nobody following me.

BF's POV

After boss sent Lillie out for groceries, the Black Fox members started:

She seems really hurt.

She is.

What do you mean, Takkun?

Yesterday night she was having a terrible nightmare and she frowns in her sleep.

I wonder if she has had a rough past.

That's probably it, she avoids all the questions about herself.

You're right. All we know about her is her name.

And that she's 23. And where she works.

Well, i just hope she'll open up to us soon.

Uh-huh, keep on hoping.
