Note - Guys I know you all love MaNan and trust me I love them too and before writing I myself feel all the emotions so it's hurting me too.
U guys always have been supportive so instead of saying 'stop reading if you can't handle' I would rather request you, if at least for a moment u have smiled with characters of story then I want you to cry with them , feel their pain . Love is not always about happiness it gives u pain too , sometimes it becomes unbearable but still we just can't stop loving that person , so I will suggest you to read the story till it ends and then it's upto you  like it or not .
I won't give you any fake hopes because I always have tried to keep it realistic with emotions and yes I am going to write pain , I don't know how it will affect you but just a request don't judge any character and try to understand them with their situations.

Chapter is going to be a unpredictable (may be) ,

She was driving to the hospital to collect her reports. They came back to Mumbai yesterday at evening , they enjoyed alot in Pune. She didn't told anyone about her pregnancy , she is looking normal but only she knows what hurricane is running inside her mind. It's not easy to accept everything which came to you unannounced . But she herself is a happy with a baby but still she wasn't prepared for it and that's the life , unpredictable. Her phone started ringing showing his name.

"Ha Manik "

"Where r you?" He too was driving , he was going for some shopping as he will be leaving for Switzerland a day after tomorrow and that too for a month , so he needs her for shopping.

"I am just roaming around ...... Why u called?" She casually avoid the topic of hospital.

"Actually I need ur help ...... Only u can do shopping for me ...... And I know u want to help me "

"Uff Manik ....... Okay give me list ...... I will shop before evening "

"I think u know better than me ...... So buy whatever u feel is needed for me ..... And if u r free , we can go together ..... I am also free"

"No actually now I am busy ..... And Manik I want to tell you something ...... So meet me at night "

"Tell me na , what is it ? ....... Are you coming with me ? ....... Seriously? " He asked excitedly because he was continuously asking her to accompany him to Switzerland as her shoot is over but she denied saying it would be very unprofessional and he should focus on his work , she will be his distraction.

"No it's something else ....... It's a surprise for you " she stopped her car outside the hospital and came out of it .

"Woohoo ....... I am excited " he chirped, he took a right turn , as he thought of visiting salon now, because she will do his shopping nd he is free . The route to the salon is after passing by a hospital .

"Bye ..... Call you later" she disconnected the call as she saw the commotion of people at particular point near the entrance.

Going there she saw a boy of 7/8 years pleading to people , saying he needs help . She was standing behind the long queue so she couldn't see everything properly due to her short height . So she asked someone.

"Aunty who is he ?"

"Don't know who's illegitimate child is he ...... Creating unnecessary noise in hospital premises " one woman said disgustingly.

"Please don't call him like that..... He is a kid " Nandini felt so bad and angry on that woman.

"Ur right beta ...... But he is fatherless kid ..... From an hour he is shouting for help ...... Saying something like his mother is in pain and when people asked him where is his father , he said he don't have father " another woman spoke lightly.

"It's not our concern ....... We should help him ...... Why no one is helping him? "

" Mostly women present here are pregnant ..... So they r not taking risk nd I don't know about remaining people ..... They r just busy commenting on such things" that woman explained . That hospital was gynecologist center.

"Whatever ...... Let me see " she moved forward to help but it was too late because that child ran away from there outside the hospital .

She saw people mostly women talking shit about that child . It pierced her heart how they are blaming that child for not having father . But again it's a society of people who are judgemental rather than understanding . It's not child's mistake that his parents are irresponsible. Suddenly fear gripped her heart about acceptance of her own child , she knew Manik is right from his side that he don't want to get marry but she surely can't hear a word against their child.  She never thought about it before but now she needs to make him understand . No matter what but she will fight for her child's right , motherly responsibilities warm her heart. Sighing she went inside the cabin to collect her reports but before that she did prayed for that child and his mother silently .

Her prayers got heard by God and that child found one gentleman on the rode outside the hospital. He was running like maniac to find help and he stopped in front of the running car . That man stopped his car instantly and saved that kid from huge accident. 

"Hey are you mad ? ...... Why are you running on road ? ...... Are you okay?" Manik got panicked and then he asked calmly. Yes that man was Manik , he was going to salon .

"Uncle help..... Help my mother..... She is pain ...... Please help " he cried continuously while speaking , he was shivering with the fear , a fear of losing his mother seeing him Manik got numb for a moment.

"Where she ? ...... Show me I will help " he asked cupping his cheeks and he showed way to the garden near hospital. Manik walked till there with that kid .

Going inside the park he saw a nine months pregnant women laying on lawn , crying loudly in a unbearable pain .Boy was hiccuping because of constant crying , his condition was miserable it was too much for a 7yrs old kid . He walked upto her , she was wailing in labour pain . He picked her up and hurriedly went towards the hospital , that kid was following him from behind . That lady was crying yet she was thanking him for saving two lives.

The distance between garden and hospital wasn't that much but it was too much if person is walking on road that too with a nine months pregnant lady in his arms . In between the journey he asked why she was in the lawn and not inside the house , then boy told him that his father threw them away from his house , last night and he did that for another aunty who came to their house last night with his father . Kid told everything innocently, indirectly saying that his father cheated on his mother. He was too small to understand the cruelty of world and consider his mother's mental pain but he was clever enough to see how she is suffering through immense physical pain. And situation made him strong enough to find help for them , he were pleading for help , he cried while asking help for his mother and his baby sister who is inside her womb . He is sure he is going to be big brother and he is fulfilling his responsibilities already even before her coming into the world.

While entering inside the hospital he saw Nandini going out in her car . But giving more attention to the current situation he dismissed thought of asking her about her visit and he thought she must be here for regular check up as she used to visit hospital once in a month. Doctor took that lady into emergency ward and Manik waited for her delivery because that boy need support , he is being strong but at the end he is just 7/8 yrs old kid. Today after a years Manik found himself in the shoe of that boy , his journey till today replayed in front of his eyes , he saw him and Neyonika in them . Suddenly he forgot all those good thoughts of having normal life , reality showed him his place that he can't live a normal life . Now he is more determined than before that he won't do marriage he can't even imagine Nandini or his child in the place of him nd Neyonika or today's boy nd his mother , he can never be like Shrikant , he will never cheat on his Nandini.

After a hour she delivered the cute baby girl and till then that boy didn't moved away from the door of OT . He was the happiest among all of them after seeing his baby sister . Watching him intently Manik thought Nandini is right they will give birth to boy first so that he can protect his sister even if Manik wasn't there. That lady made Manik her small brother because he protected her nd her family like a brother and she also gave him right to hold that baby first because of Manik she is in the world today . His hands shivered while holding that baby but when she smiled at him he felt blissful. Then he helped that family by providing some money and place to stay. For the first time in his life he felt he did a great job by owning good amount of money.

"Listen ...... I am thinking ....... Instead of just creating misunderstanding between them I should make Manik fall for me in real ...... His gf is so arrogant she insulted me in front of everyone ...... I want to crush her ego " Lakshmi spoke with the revenge filled voice on the call with Vihaan. She was doing this before only for Vihaan but whatever Nandini did that day she took it on her ego.

"U r really funny Laksh..... Haha " he started laughing like a maniac.

"Why r u laughing ? "

"What u just said ...... That Manik is going to fall for u ..... Haha " he laughed again.

"Off course ...... Why won't he ? " She flipped her hairs , now he was rolling on the bed while laughing.

"U r dumbest person I ever met " he joked out .

"Enough now ....... Stop it Vihaan ...... And listen I am beautiful , intelligent , fabulous basically I am not lacking at anything...... Even I am much better than Nandini ".

" Haha Laksh baby ....... U need to stop it ...... U r high on delusion babe ....... First u have many misconceptions about ur own self and second thing Nandini is best for him " .

"Why ?....... Just because she is little more beautiful than me?" It was her inner self speaking because she used to compare herself with Nandini so much and everytime she used to find Nandini superior and that's the reason she started getting jealous of her unnecessarily . Well it's completely not her fault women do possess the factor called jealousy for other women.

"No ...... And trust me Manik has seen most beautiful girls in past few years ...... But none of them drive him this crazy ...... He wasn't a person who will love someone..... But he broke all his rules with Nandini ..... He is madly in love with her , he can never love anyone else ...... He can do any sin but he can't cheat on her at least not after what happened with his mother  " he is surely a Manik's stalker from years , he knew almost everything about Manik.

"Is she this special to him ? ....... Really he will never love anyone else? ....... I was willing to made him fall for me in Switzerland as we have whole one month ...... Then he will broke up with Nandini and u can get her  " she again tried her luck . She wasn't in love with Manik nor was interested in him but she wanted to break Nandini's ego.

"Very special ....... So don't waste ur time on him ........ And I don't want Nandini for me because I love my Emma , I can't cheat on her ........ But I will break them ...... I want Manik to live alone ...... I want him to suffer in the pain of love after heartbreak ..... And for now don't do anything otherwise I will tell ur such plans to Vicky " he warned her softly.

"Okay I surrender ...... Don't call Vicky ...... He already have many insecurities please don't add more , I love him " she pleaded for her love and he disconnected the call after agreement.

"So u have shopped almost half of the mall for me " he laughed at her craziness , when she showed him the list of items she purchased for him.

After hospital visit she did his shopping for 2hours , she bought every necessary or some unnecessary things from him , then she went to his house and with the help of Neyonika she packed his bags . She was very happy today and Neyonika too noticed. Nandini wanted to tell her everything but again she wanted to share this news with Manik first.  She did told Neyonika about their small dinner date in the evening. Manik was exhausted mentally nd physically because of that hospital incident so he went to salon for relaxing spa and directly came to their date with a fresh mood .

"Don't exaggerate okay ...... I am sure u will call everyday to say thanks for all those things ..... And wait a minute, u should thank me now ....... And here u r making fun of me aaa" she started beating her and he kept laughing .

"Okay baba , I am sorry ...... And thanks for everything " putting her on his lap he pecked her lips.

"Manik I am thinking about quitting acting ?" She played with buttons of his shirt .

"Why ?...... See if I am anywhere close to ur reason na then I am sorry for that day's behaviour and please don't leave industry ..... I love to act with you" he is really stupid, he can think anything about himself. But he surely don't want her to leave industry.

"Noo Manik ....... It's not about u but me.....I don't feel comfortable while shooting some scenes , see I have had many friends including boys and girls but I wasn't very cosy and clingy with them ....... Except u I am not comfortable with anyone...... And it wasn't my dream to be an actress like u ..... I just thought about it because of Karthik nd Naira ...... But when I am doing it , I am not at peace , this is not me and this is definitely not something which I want to do ...... See I don't have problem if u r working in it because it's ur dream ...... But I always wanted to do something different Manik " she explained him and he somehow understood her point .

"Have u talked with ur parents ?" He asked fiddling with her hair strands.

"Noo..... But they will be happy ....... They always wanted me to do business.......  And I am not interested in that too ...... So they will support me like always and they secretly don't like industry " she whispered last line and he chuckled.

Their food order came and then they ate their favourite food by sitting on different chair , they did feed one or two bites to each other . All the while Nandini was nervous that how to start conversation but she was determined about marriage.

"So this was the surprise ?"

"Noo"

"Then "

"Actually I want to ask you about something which u don't like"

"Ummm.... What is it ?"  he asked calmly.

"See don't get hyper and listen to me first .... Okay" she hesitated.

"Hmm"

"I think we should get marry " she spoke hurriedly.

"Whattt?" he instantly got angry . He would have listened to this calmly at any other day but he just can't hear it today , not after whatever he saw today.

"See u love me and I love you ...... So .."

"Nandini ....... I have said this very clearly on the beginning of our relationship that I won't marry you ...... And u urself have accepted it ...... So what's the point in discussing this ,now ?" He tried to be calm but he was losing his control bit by bit.

"I know ...... But our parents and soci .." he grabbed her shoulders .

"Look Nandini as far as u r with me I don't care about anyone " he said dangerously looking into her eyes.

"But Manik I do care ...... My parents do ....And our fu.." .

"Were your parents okay that time when u said yes even after I denied for marriage in the first place ?" He asked furiously. He is hurting her as her words are making him angry that he is getting impulsive.

"Noo "

"Still you chose me because u loved me ...... So similarly they will support ur decision as they loves you ....... I will talk with them " he tried to make her understand.

"But Manik still marriage is important ...... Even for our childr...." this time she surely managed to break his bridge of control , today's incident played in front of his eyes once again when she was about to mention their children . He broke all the dishes on dinning table, he can't imagine his family behaving miserably, begging on the streets just because he is not there . He don't trust Shrikant's blood in his veins , he can never be cheater father , no he won't . Marriage breaks the houses he knew it. His father was also forced to marry his mother.

"Shut up...... Just shut up ....... I am telling you for the last time don't talk about marriage ever again " anger was rushing through his veins , she shivered with the fear , she saw his this look almost after year . She saw same monster who have hurted her last year after Mishti's marriage , and now she don't want to say anything about their baby. She can't bear a single word against their baby , she can't see hate or anger in his eyes for her baby .

" Why Manik ? ...... Can't you do that for me ?" She tried for the last time .

"So this was the different thing ...... You wanted to do , right? ....... That's why ur not interested in any other thing , haina ?" He chuckled through the tears in his eyes which he was holding back from flowing , his eyes were red and she thought this is because of the anger only. But he was hurt that she failed to understand him and she was hurt that he didn't tried to understand her.

"Why aren't you understanding ?" She cried , this was the last thing he wants to see.

"I think we both are not understanding each other ....... Let's take break ....... We will talk after I will come back from Switzerland " turning his back he said bluntly.

"Would it be easy for u ?...... One month away from me?" She asked .

"No ...... But I hope it would be enough for you to understand " without turning back and  hearing any more word from her he left her heartbroken there.

"Nandini ...... Ur reports are positive " doctor handed her reports.

"Really ? ....... I am pregnant" Keeping her hand on her stomach her eyes filled with happy tears.

"Yes u r 8weeks pregnant "

"How is baby and my health?"

"U both are very good ..... We did few more tests and all reports are good ...... There is nothing to worry about , there would be no complications as ur weight and age is appropriate ...... Just don't take stress and take care of urself ...... I will give you diet to follow " .

"Thank you doctor ...... Thank you so much "

"Nandini I hope ur family and father of baby will support you " doctor said with a concern.

"They will , doctor " she smiled at her .

She remembered every word of her conversation with doctor and now she seriously don't know , what she is going to do . She went inside her room directly without saying a word to her parents . She thought she is well prepared before but now she don't have any energy to protect her and her child . She just crashed on her bed and cried helplessly.

He too drove back to Malhotra mansion , he couldn't sleep at night so he spent his night in painting room , drawing painting of her wearing that Navari saree , he almost forgot everything while painting but when painting got completed in the morning he cried hysterically while talking with that painting as if he is talking with her .

After a sleepless night she woke up in the afternoon . Her parents were worried for her that why she is behaving like this but they thought of giving space to her.

In the evening Shivansh and other cast convince her to attend the wrapped party of their show . She agreed reluctantly .

Manik's flight is in night at 12am , so he checked the things she packed for him . Then did all other important things . A part of him was missing her badly that he just wanted to sneak inside her room and kissed her madly till she understands him . But he is not ready for another fight and his mind is in not right state .

Party was amazing , everyone was enjoying it totally. But she was just missing him . Then she saw Shivansh dancing romantically with his real wife and she couldn't take it . She went near a bar she wanted to forget him but he was like everywhere near her . Not knowing side effects of her drinking she drank 2/3 shots of vodka . Alcohol is not new for her system so she drank carelessly .

She wasn't totally drunk , she was little bit sober to walk by herself so she started climbing down the stairs so she can go home , she is not feeling well here and she also thought her baby is also not liking this atmosphere . She climbed down three four steps while fumbling but then at the next step her legs tumbled and she  rolled down through the stairs gaining everyone's attention.

"Nandiniii" Manik whispered yelled to himself and started calling her , he don't know what happened to him but suddenly he felt something is not good . He was feeling uneasy but those feelings were not so strong and he thought she is not answering his calls because she is angry . And his friends also said same to him who were waiting for flight which is supposed to start in next 40 mins.

"Nandiniiii" everyone present in the party hall ran towards her .
