In Sharma Mansion,

It was a fresh morning , rays of the sun were directly falling onto a beautiful face through a window and she snuggled more into her  pillow to hide her face  but still sun rays were disturbing her so she decided to wake up .

So she woke up from the bed and stood in front of the mirror as it's her daily routine to observe her beautiful morning face and admire her reflection in the mirror ( I think every girl does the same 😛) but today her face was different she noticed that band-aid on her forehead and she also noticed that her face is cleaned but she clearly remembered that last night she slept directly without cleaning and dressing. Ohhh that means someone else had done it. May be Manik she thought and at the same time her face showed two emotions smile  and hurt given by the same person. By dismissing his thought she went to get ready for haldi function.

She got ready in one hour with her white dress , accessories , suitable make up and she kept her hair open with side partition, For haldi function . Still she was  guilty for last night so she thought to go to the Neyonika.
(Nandini's Dress)

"Knock, knock may I come in " Nandini went there with chirpy voice and her beautiful smile.

"Sure beta...come in" Neyonika said with a smile on her face , Nandu nodded and entered inside the room.

"Waise Aunty...umm...How are you?" Nandu asked trying to know that how Neyonika is feeling now after last night's scene as she thought Neyonika would be hurt .

"Well I am too gud....And ha thanks for yesterday" Neyonika said with a smile and Nandini got shocked 😳 that why she is thanking her ? and that too after whatever she did .

" Aunty why are you thanking me ?.... instead I should be one saying sry to u.... Because I wouldn't have insisted u nd that wouldn't have  happened....And I am really sorry Aunty .....I have hurted u unknowingly....But trust me my intension was not wrong" Nandini said being guilty. While Neyonika came near her holding her from her shoulders she said ,

"I won't  lie .....yes I was hurt .... And I think it's natural that we felt hurt....But it wasn't ur mistake...it was not u who hurted me but those aunties did.....And yes u insisted but for a gud cause....so it's okay" Neyonika tried to make her understand that it wasn't her fault. But Nandini again felt bad after hearing this.

"Actually aunty my intention was not wrong but I insisted u purposely....I just wanted  Manik to realised that whatever he thinks about marriage is not right...And I thought if he will listen ur thoughts then might be he will understand" As Nandini said those words Neyonika's smile fade away. As she knew how Manik is and his thoughts are about life and all.

"I know that u did it with gud intentions.....But beta don't take me wrong but always remember that every person do have their reasons for what they think about anything....So did Manik have his own reasons...And it's not gud to make assumptions without knowing truth and try to change that person" Neyonika said with heavy voice as she tried to control herself.

"I have realised my mistake aunty ...and it won't happened again...Thank you for understanding me" Nandini said with a smile.

"It's okay....and thanks to you too.... Supriya Vahini told me how u handled everything down there....I am impressed" Neyonika said genuinely. Nandini nodded.

"Aunty can I ask you something...if u don't have any problem" Nandini asked being confused while Neyonika indicated her to go further.

"Why Manik is like this??...All time angry?"
Nandini asked as she is really curious to know about Manik.

"Well I am sorry.... But I can't share it with you...As Manik won't like it ...And it's our personal family matter...so I hope u will understand" Neyonika said with a sad smile and Nandini nodded in agreement as she know it's not gud to interfere in anyone's life without their willing.

"Waise my Manik is not bad monster...I mean sometimes he behaves little arrogantly...But he is gud boy" Neyonika said with light chuckle to make atmosphere gud. But as soon as those words leaves from her mouth Nandini started laughing.

"Aunty not sometimes but he always behaves like a angry hulk ... ready to pounce on anyone at  any moment" Nandini blurted out while laughing and then she remembered that she is talking with his mother and she smiled sheepishly.😁

"May be because he don't know how to behave ? How to trust someone? How to be friends with others? ....May be because he is alone " Neyonika also blurted out unknowingly with a sad smile lost in her thoughts.

"Don't worry aunty....I will teach him ....As u don't know me but I know I am also no less than Captain America if he is a hulk " Nandini said with proud smile while raising her imaginary coller. And Neyonika frowned at her statement.

"Well that's great. .... And Manik being hulk is also okay as we know his anger....But what is connection between U nd Captain America" Neyonika asked being confused.

"oo offo Aunty...Yaar u know na how hot and handsome Captain America is and I toh totally Fidaa on him " Nandini said in full drooling mood but Neyonika was still confused that how these two are interlinked.

Till then Manik also reached outside the room to check on his mom but before entering he heard voices so he decided to wait outside.

"I know beta he is handsome...But still I didn't get ur point....That how his hotnesss is concerned with u being Captain America" Neyonika was still confused. Actually Nandini also don't know why she said that but  blurted out in flow just because he is her fav avenger.

"Aunty aap bhi na samjhti nahi ....Yaar look... he is a handsome and he has his own charm to attract people, like me ....So don't u think we both are charmer"  Nandini said with a grin on her face and here Neyonika started laughing on her comment. She laughed naturally.

" Oooo.... Nandini u nd ur thinking is 😂😂.... that's why u choose him? ...who compares there hotness with opposite gender?..." Neyonika said .

"Well aunty ....I do ...and besides that he too have his shield to protect his loved once....And I will also protect ur Manik" Nandini said very honestly and she didn't realised what she said in last line. But by hearing that last line Neyonika felt very amazed and happy for Manik. Because no one ever have cared about his protection before Nandini. She also felt that this girl is different.

While Manik was also happy seeing his mother smiling. Though the joke was not really gud but he was happy that it worked on Neyonika. But what he heard after that shocked him and he also felt something gud inside there in left side of his chest.

So Neyonika just smiled at Nandini and kissed her forehead then she noticed band-aid on her head so before she could ask about her wound Manik came there .

"Mom Good morning 🌞" he said back hugging Neyonika while she smiled turned towards him and kissed his forehead too.

"Good morning baby boy " she said to him, he too smiled at her but Nandini chuckled listening baby boy .

"Nandini what happened to ur forehead beta .... yesterday u were okay ...then how this happened? " Neyonika asked and Manik's heart filled with guilt and Nandini tried to ignore topic.

"It's a small cut .... it's actually nothing....But u know what I need to leave as would be bride is waiting for me...so bye "Nandini said and as realisation hit her hard that Mishti will be waiting she rushed from there and she did fumbled while rushing carelessly out of room .

Manik nd Neyonika shook there head in disbelief looking at that clumsy girl "She is crazy" manik said looking at her retreating figure.

"But she is pure hearted" Neyonika said smiling and looking at the same direction. Manik also smiled at her nd left from there to get ready for function and also for Nandini as he needs to apologise her for last night's behavior.

As I don't like rituals so that's why I am standing here at the corner alone watching ongoing function.

In the middle of the hall Mishbir was sitting on the sofa  for their haldi function. One by one everyone went near them and applied haldi on their bodies , and lastly their frnds Kaira and Nandini  also went near them and they did applied haldi but also started their haldi fight with each other and in no time they all were big mess with drenched in haldi paste . And trust me that little minion is totally looking like a real cute yellow minion.

As Abir saw me standing at the corner he insisted me come near him and I agreed to him. I also applied haldi on their faces and stepped back and as I saw that minion , she avoided my gaze and turned to other side . Showing me her all time fav attitude and I remember I need to say sry to her.

She glared at me for once and looking at her friends she said " Guys I think haldi is over...Now I am going to rest as we need to be awake at night...So u guys also do the same ....I am going...bye" she moved towards her room .

I was also trying to leave but Abir stopped me "Hey Manik...U have to come at party...As we have decided before.. okay?" they all looked at me with hope and I said yes. And I also made my way towards her room.

There she was standing in front of mirror and I think she is busy in cursing someone and maybe it's me only . uff she is difficult to mend I sighed.

"Ummm... someone is looking like a real minion today " I said little playfully and she turned towards me but ignored me and keep searching for something.

"Don't u think the same... little minionnnn" I stretched the word minion but no effect. I moved towards her .

I held her both hands in mine and said "Nandini...I am sorry" but still she remained silent and took her hands out of my grip and turned towards washroom. I also followed her.

"Nandini listen ..." but again she ignored me and started removing haldi on her body with the help of wet towel.

I held her both shoulders and pulled her towards me , her back collided with my chest and she stood there numb . So I  grabbed that towel from her hand and by taking that in my hand I started removing paste from her body.

Nandini's POV-

As his hand reached near my waist an current passed through my body with his touch. He moved his hand roughly yet smoothly over my belly, back and he cleaned the exposed part of my waist then his hands cleaned my both arms then he sided my hair and started cleaning my back as his cold fingers touched my back, hair on my spine got straighten , his long fingers touched each part of my back and I felt numerous emotions building inside me then he turned me and started cleaning my face I was totally lost under his touch .He asked me "I am sorry....Did I hurt u so much" as he touched near my wound I nodded my head in no and smile crept on his handsome face . He moved further he cleaned my cheeks " U know I was guilty and last night I came in ur room but u were already slept....then I cleaned ur wound nd kissed u there nd ...I also kissed ur cheeks they are very soft" he said honestly nd his hand moved down towards my neck I felt little aroused with his each nd very movement but he stopped near my cleavage and then realisation hit me hard . I jerked his hand and pushed him .

"But u said ur not hurt ....then why sudden change?" He asked me being confused.

"Yes that wound did not hurt me so much ...but ur actions and words did " I said bitterly but he looked still confused.

"How could u think that I can hurt anyone purposely?....And how could u misjudged me all the time?....U didn't even listened to me last night....U directly made the conclusion that I am culprit....So why would I forgive u?" I said this sadly but loudly trying to control my tears and now he looked more guilty and he should be he can't treat me like this everytime.

" Nandini I know ur right...And I have nothing to explain to u for my this behaviour...I just can't see tears in mom's eyes ...she is too special to me .... And I don't know what I became when it comes to her ...And I don't even regret that because she is the one I have in my life... I may sound selfish but I want u to forgive me because I have realised my mistake....And I am like this only , filled with so many flaws" his sincere answer made me believe on him . He was so real nd honest and I can't be mannered at him anymore.

"It's okay" I said with smile and he too felt relieved and he also smiled little.

"So u came to my room last night?" I asked raising my eyebrows at him and he nodded his head.

Boom 💥

"Aaahh oouchhh" he held his stomach as I punched him there .
"Why did u hit me?" he asked holding his stomach.

"Because it's not hurting me emotionally (I showed my wound) but physically it did hurt me " I said with a smirk and he also agreed to me and straighten himself but before he could do anything or say anything I hit him again there with a solid punch .

Boom 💥

" Now what...why did u hit me again?" he growled in pain.

" Because u kissed me on my cheeks...That too without my knowledge" I said with a attitude. I know he is hot , handsome and his lips are delicious, pink but still he can't kiss me without my consent.

"But that day u didn't hit me when I kissed ur shoulders" He asked with a smirk. So he is enjoying now.

"Yes because U have hurted me over there and u tried to soothe the pain and even today I hit because of u kissed me on cheeks...But I didn't hit u for kissing my forehead because u kissed there to soothe the pain" I said honestly but his smirk grew wider.

"Then I think... I should bite ur lips and then I should kissed them to soothe tha pain ... Haina?" He asked playfully but I didn't get his actual meaning and said

" Yes u have to kiss me if u will hurt my lips... As ur lips works as a pain killer " I said plainly and dreamily.

"Ohhh... really" he asked raising his eyebrows and that hit my senses and I realised what he said .

"Manikkkkk" I shouted as tubelight is finally lighten up, but he started laughing carefree and then I realised his smile is too beautiful and he looks damn sexy while smiling but I can't ruined his moment. So I started hitting him playfully with that dirty towel which he used for cleaning me .

And he ran out  from washroom laughing
"U can't catch me little minion...By the way I am going...bye" he said as he left the room. I too smiled as I remembered his smiling face.

I took shower cleaned myself and changed into comfortable clothes and drifted into beautiful slumber as I need to take rest as we have to party all night.
