"Why?" I asked furiously. Sam looked at me, his eyes softening. "Why the hell won't you lose?"

"Because you mean too much to me!" Sam screamed. Tears ran down my face as I processes this. Then I realized that this was the person who broke my heart like it was nothing. I stepped back, hugging myself and sniffled.

"You're- you're lying," I whispered, wiping my eyes. Sam touched my chin. Sam gently and lifted my head to meet his.

"I'm not. I would never intentionally hurt you," He whispered back. I looked into Sam's eyes and tried to image how they were on that night. His eyes were so full of lust and love. Now they were full of quilt and begging for forgiveness.

Sam connected our foreheads and wiped my tears away gently. "You that I would never hurt you, right?"

I looked at him and gathered my strength. I can't let him win me over again. I can't afford to. I stepped back from him and picked up my, moving further towards the opposite wall.

I looked at Sam with my tear stained eyes. "Just say on your side, Sam. I don't want to deal with this right now."

Sam but his lip, but he complied to my plea. He sat down on his side and put his head into his hands, mumbling something about me.

I sighed and gave up on trying to fix my web shooters. I placed them on the ground and laid down on the ground closing my eyes.

"Babe," a voice whispered, trying to shake me awake. I swatted it and turned in the large bed.

The person sighed and wrapped his arms around my waist. I sighed in content, finally being able o go back to sleep. But the person must have been Sam cause the moment I was gonna go back to sleep, Ana began to tickle me.

I laughed uncontrollably while Sam climbed on-top of me and began to tickle me mercilessly. Sam finally decided to stop tickling me and when I opened my eyes, he was smiling from ear to ear.

"Morning, Sleeping Beauty," Sam said, leaning down.

"You're lucky that you pinned me down before I could hit you," I said, glaring at him. Sam laughed and placed a hand on my check, stroking it gently.

"You gonna give me a morning kiss now?" Sam asked. I laughed and leaned up.

"Sure thing, Sammy," I replied before kissing him.

I let my eyes flutter open gently. My heart had a dull ache in it, and it's been there since Sam pulled the whole 'We're breaking up, but I care about you,' gag. I looked accoss the cage and saw Sam curled into himself.

He was mumbling my name and say things like, 'I'm so sorry,' and "Please don't leave me."

I felt my heart melt. Sam was dreaming about me. Then, I rembembered why I was hurt. I told myself that I wouldn't let myself fall for him again, that he didn't deserve a place in my heart.
