A week passed

Jungkook and Jin returned home, and they lived in Namjoon's apartment, since that night, Namjoon could no longer be contacted, he also never came to see them. He never came back.

In fact, not only Namjoon, but Yoongi never once looked for Jin's whereabouts. Feeling that there was something wrong with all of this, Jungkook tried to find out their news.

"Isn't it strange that Namjoon hasn't come back for a week and Yoongi hasn't looked for us?" Jin said.

"Don't worry, I'll try to contact Namjoon," Jungkook said.

"Should we go home? I think we can find the answer there, I miss my house too, and I miss Taehyung too," Jin said, he kissed Jungkook's back before the Alpha turned to face him.

"Jin," Jungkook said.

"Hm?" Jin said.

"Sorry if it had to go like this, sorry for—"

"Sssh, you're an Alpha, you shouldn't apologize in front of your Omega," Jin said.

"You are my Luna Jin, only with you can I put aside my pride as an Alpha, that only happens for my family, you and Yeonjun are the most important in my life, you are my life, and I will always say so, I will always make you feel comfortable and safe," Jungkook said.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" Jin cupped the Alpha's cheek in front of him, he could feel the anxiety in Jungkook.

But Jungkook's sincere eyes always managed to melt Jin's heart. Every time their eyes met, it was like falling in love over and over again with the same person.

"I love you Jungkook," Jin said, and the Alpha fell silent at those words.

The first time Jin said it, made the Alpha's heart flutter, Jin brought the fire of love in his heart.

"And as long as I'm yours, I won't go anywhere, so make me yours," Jin said making Jungkook smile and bring his face closer before kissing Jin's soft lips.

However, while the happy scene was going on, suddenly a call came into Jungkook's phone, making the Alpha stop and immediately take the phone.

"Who?" Jin said.

"I don't know, wait," Jungkook said and picked him up.

"Hello?" Jungkook said.

"Jungkook? it's me, Hoseok," Hoseok said, from the sound of his voice, Jungkook could feel something was wrong.

"Hoseok?" Jungkook looked at Jin who was still standing in front of him.

"Where have you been? Why didn't you come to your father's funeral? Everyone is looking for you, and—"

"What?" Jungkook said.

"Don't you know about this? Your father was found dead, he was lying near a ravine with a gunshot wound to his chest," Hoseok said and Jungkook was silent.

"Jungkook? What is it?" Jin said.

"Tell me where the grave is," Jungkook said.

"Okay, and you'd better go back, all your pack members are looking for you," Hoseok said but Jungkook immediately hung up the phone.

"Jungkook, what's wrong?" Jin said.

"My father..." Jungkook said.

"What's wrong with your father?" Jin said.

"That's why the mark on your neck started to fade, I thought it was because of my presence by your side but I was wrong, it was because my father had died, he was found dead with a gunshot wound in his chest," Jungkook said and Jin was very shocked to hear the news, he covered his mouth with both hands and his eyes started to wetness.

"Jungkook," Jin immediately hugged the Alpha in front of him and let Jungkook cry in his arms.

Even as bad as Yoongi was to Jungkook and Jimin, he was still his father, he was the only family Jungkook had before he met Jin and Namjoon.

"Now I know why Namjoon couldn't be contacted, that's the reason why that night he hugged me and apologized to me, I should have known he would do this!" Jungkook said and Jin just rubbed Jungkook's back, hoping he would calm down.

"Don't blame yourself, this isn't your fault, I'm sure nothing will happen to Namjoon, we just need to wait for news from him, or find out where he is when we get back, hm?" Jin said, he let go of the hug and looked at Jungkook, wiping the tears from his cheeks.

Although Jin's heart was just as broken when he found out that Yoongi had died he knows that pain is nothing compared to what Jungkook has been feeling all this time.
