"Babies, we're home! Daddy drove extra careful just for you two. Thank you, daddy." Jessica looks up and smiles at Idris.

"Of course! It was stressful, let me tell ya."

Jessica laughs.
"Alright let's go in cause they're gonna be ready to eat soon."

"Don't lift anything, I'm coming."

"I won't. I'm trapped in here anyway." Jessica chuckles and looks to the twins on each side of her.

"Oh right." Idris laughs.
He then takes the twins out and helps Jessica out as well.

Jessica took a painful breath in.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, it just hurts a little."

"Go slow.  That little thing just gave birth to these two massive things."

Jessica laughs. "Oh gosh.. I just gave birth. At my age!"

"You know what? We're gonna crush this, and do you know why?"

"Because we know everything this time around!"

"Exactly! What we messed up with the first batch, we're gonna nail it on this round!"

Jessica laughs and holds Idris' arm.
"I can't wait to experience this parenthood journey with you, bub."

"It's gonna be absolutely bonkers.. but I cannot wait!"

Jessica smiles and kisses his lips softly.

Two weeks later.

"Mom? Mom!" Conner says.

"Oh! Who's crying?!" Jessica jerks up.

"No one but you're drooling on your eggs."

"Oh. Oh gosh, honey you were talking to me, weren't you?"

"Yeah.."

"And I just fell asleep. I'm so sorry."

"It's fine." Conner chuckles.
"Are the twins keeping you up at night?"

"Oh gosh. Yes! Iddy and I tried very hard in the beginning to put them both on a schedule. Well they don't give a fuck about a schedule. They pretty much laughed in our faces."

Conner laughs.

"It's true!  When Ezekiel sleeps, Azariah is awake. When Ezekiel is away, Azariah is Still awake. I'm older this time around and Idris is even older than I am. We can't hang, Conner." Jessica nods.

Conner laughed. "I'm sorry, it's not funny."

"No it isn't!"

"I'm sorry. Where's Idris?"

"I have no idea.

"He went to the bathroom but it's been a while."

"Oh?" Jessica stands and walks to the hall bathroom. "Iddy.. Iddy?" She knocks.

"Idris!" Jessica then gets scared and opens the door. "Idris!"

"Huh?" Idris jerks up and opens his eyes.

"You're sleeping on the toilet? I thought you were dead!"

"I'm sorry, love. I didn't even realize I fell asleep."

"It's okay. I fell asleep at the table." Jessica then begins crying as she sits on his lap.

"I'm so tired, Iddy!"

Idris holds her in his arms.
"So am I. They're so difficult!"

"I know."

Just then they hear the twins' cry.

"Oh Noooo!" Jessica cries.

"Come on, baby.. let's go get them."

Jessica stands up and sniffles.

"We're coming!" She shouts.

Later that day.

Both Idris and Jessica decided to skip their shower when the twins took their nap, and chose to sleep with them.

It was nice and they felt recharged when they woke up.

"Look at your lips, Zeke!" Jessica laughs.

"He has your pouty face, babe. I told you that when he was first born." Idris chuckles.

"I know! He looks so mad! Why you mad, boy? Huh? What's wrong?" Jessica kisses him.

"Look at him. You are grumpy, mister!"

"Well look who I have. Lady Grumpy Pants."

"Gosh, are we just disappointments to them?" Jessica laughs.

"I think so! Sorry if we're not what you two were expecting."

"I went through hell to get you two here, I better see some smiles!"

Idris then cracks up. "Zar Zar left you a gift in her diaper when you said that."

"Azariah!" Jessica laughs. "Also, that's for you, baby.  I'm in charge of what goes into them, and you're in charge of what comes out of them.  You know that, babe.  It's called Teamwork!"

"I have the rough end of the deal."

"Your vagina didn't rip.  You have it pretty great, mister."

Idris laughs. "Now that is true."
