After midnight Bradley and Ziah went to bed.  Conner sat downstairs feeding the baby, and Idris and Jessica were just relaxing on the couch.

"The itsy bitsy spider crawled up the water spout." Idris sang to Jessica's belly as he crawled his hand around her bump. Jessica laughing at his adorableness.

"Down came the rain, and washed the spider out!
Out came the sun, and dried up all the rain,
and the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout.. AGAAAAIIIINNNN!" He tickles and kisses her stomach.

"Ah you scared us all!" Jessica laughs.

"They liked it!" Idris smiles proudly.

"They did, baby! Gosh, all that rain talk kinda made mommy have to pee."

Idris chuckles and rubs her lower belly.
"Do you need help getting up?"

"No, I think it's passing.."

"Oh okay!" He laughs.

"That or I just peed on your couch." Jessica smiles and rubs his back.

"Oh well!" He chuckles. "And stop saying mine. It's yours now too, baby girl."

Jessica smiles. "Thanks.
I've always wanted a couch like this!"

"Hah! I meant everything in this home is yours."

"Everything?" Jessica giggles.

Idris kisses her belly before giving her a smirk.
"Everything."

"Ooooh!" She laughs.

"I know you guys are being nasty over there, I have ears!" Conner shouts.

"Oh Conner, hush up!" Jessica says.

Idris chuckles and sits up.

"No stay down here! The babies were enjoying their daddy's voice."

"Oh were they? I'm still here, munchkins!" Idris says that last part in a baby voice.

Jessica giggles as the twins wiggle around.

Just then Idris looks down and gasps softly.
"Jessie, your feet are so swollen! Let me massage them, love."

"Thanks Iddy!" Jessica smiles and moves over so she can put her feet in Idris' lap.

"Can I be next?" Conner chuckles.

"Aw baby, I'll massage your feet!" Jessica says. "You look so exhausted, give me the baby and you go to sleep so Santa can come." She smiles.

Conner chuckles. "I'll go up once he's asleep.  Usually it doesn't take him too long to fall asleep after he eats.  He usually drifts off mid burping."

"Aw!" Jessica giggles. "What a cutie.."

Soon the baby was sleeping, and so was Conner.

"Look at that handsome little baby." Jessica looks down to her grandson sleeping peacefully.

"He's so little and chubby." Idris chuckles.

"Yep!  A little butterball turkey." Jessica smiles.

"Haha!
.. It's funny how he's sleeping in his future aunt and uncle's cot."

"I know!  So weird!" Jessica laughs.

"Man.. I can't wait til these two are out of you!" Idis places his hand on her belly.

"Right?  Taking their sweet ass time, aren't they?"

"Yep!" Idris laughs. "Soon they'll be here.  I can't wait to parent with you."

"It's gonna be so much fun!  I'll actually have help this time!" Jessica chuckles.

"Oh you'll have so much help, darling.  You're staying in that bed the first few weeks, and I'm gonna do everything!  Your job is to feed the babies.. and shower every so often so I don't have to suffer."

Jessica laughs and wraps is arms around his waist. "You've got yourself a deal, honey bear." She smiles and taps her finger on his nose.

Idris smiles and kisses her lips.

An hour or so later baby Frankie woke up.
Jessica uncovered herself and tried getting out of the bed without any help.

"Don't get up, Love.  I've got him." Idris places his hand on her arm.

"Oh okay, thanks."

"Hi little man!  Are you hungry?"

"That little scream tells me he is.  Give him to me and you can grab his bottle." Jessica lifts her arms.

"Okay."

"Come here precious boy!"
As soon as Jessica got him Frankie turned his face and tried latching onto her boob through her nighty.

Jessica laughed. "No honey, I'm not mommy." She then pouts and looks up to Idris. "See?  He is used to nursing!  What an evil little bitch that woman is!  He's a week old, he still needs her!" Jessica cries for her grandson.

"Well he has it even better right now because he's with the best Nan ever!  I'll be right back with a bottle, loves."

"Thanks honey.."
Jessica looks down and sticks the tip of her pinky finger in the baby's mouth.

"I'm all clean, I promise!  Just use me as your pacifier until Iddy gets back with your baba."

Frankie sucks on Jessica's finger for a moment before arching his ack and crying.

"Okay, okay, I'm sorry!  Grandma tried to fool ya.  Let's stand and walk.  You wanna walk?
.... Hang on, grandma can't get up very quickly." She chuckles.

"There we go!" Jessica then holds the baby to her chest and softly bounces him.

"Yeah buddy, you're okay.. Don't you cry, love.  Grandma's got you." Jessica says in a soft soothing voice before kissing te top of his head. "Oh you smell so good!  So fresh!" She smiles.

"I'm sorry, little love.. I know you want the boobies, but I just can't help you out there, honey!" Jessica spoke in a cute voice as the baby calmed down.

"Frankie, grandma is going to have babies soon!
That means you'll have friends to play with!  Pretty fun, right?"

Franklin coos sotly.
"Yeah, you're so excited!" She giggles.

Soon Idris came back with the baby's bottle.

"Hey." Jessica smiles. "Thanks, love."

"No problem."

"He wanted to walk so grandma found enough strength to get her and baby up, didn't she?" Jessica baby talks.

Idris chuckles.
"Good job, Grandma! You're so cute." He smiles and kisses her plumped cheek.

"Thanks." Jessica smiles and crinkles her nose.

Idris then looks down to the baby and smiles at him.
He was eating like he hadn't eaten in days.
"Look at his eyes.  He'll be a cheeky little monkey for sure, won't he?"

"I think all three of them will be like that!  They'll be a wild bunch. For sure." Jessica smiles.

"Yes they will." Idris rubs Jessica's back.

"Mmm that feels good." Jessica lays her head back.

Idris smiles and kisses her neck.

Jessica giggles. "Okay stop, you're gonna make me excited and make my water break.  We can't do that just hours away from Christmas present time!"

"Okay, okay, I'll try to control myself." Idris chuckles.

Jessica giggles and sits down on her side of the bed.

"Look at you with that baby.. Frankie, you're so lucky do you know that?  You've got the worlds greatest Nan."

"Awww.." Jessica smiles. "And Frankie.. you've got the worlds greatest.."

"Idris?" He laughs.

"Grampy!" She smiles.

"I don't think Conner would be very happy with that."

"But he needs one!" Jessica pouts. "Hank isn't going to be his grandfather! You can be!" She smiles.
"Oh and I'm sorry!  Granddad." She says in a accent. "Isn't that what you guys say?"

Idris laughs and softly caresses the top of the baby's head. "Either way it sounds great.."

Jessica smiles. "It sure does.
.. Hey Granddad?"

"Yeah?"

"It's burping and diaper time!"

"For you or the baby?"

"Shut up!" Jessica laughs.

"Here.  Go on my Frankie boy." She says handing him over to Idris.

Franklin fusses a bit when Jessica hands him over.

"Listen to him, he loves me!" Jessica's eyes tear up, and she places her hand on her chest.

"He does, baby!
You're okay little fellow."

Soon the baby calms down.

"Aw you're such a good Granddad!" Jessica smiles.

Idris laughs. "Thanks little monkey."

"Hey!" Jessica makes him laugh by giving him a cute, but silly little face.

5:00 am.

Conner softly knocked on the door before letting himself in.

Jessica and Idris both woke up when hey heard him.

"Wow you two are both really light sleepers!  I'm sorry, I just came to get the baby.  I didn't mean to sleep so long, I was gonna come get him a few hours ago!"

"Oh honey, it's fine!  He's a doll." Jessica smiles and stretches out.

"Thanks." Conner chuckles and looks down to the baby in his bassinet.

"Oh he's awake?"

"Is he?  We just put him back down." Idris yawns.

"Yeah he's just chillin'.  Come on little man, let's let Grandma and Idris sleep."

"Aw, it was a fun night little cutie!" Jessica baby talks.

"Say I had fun too, G!  Can you say Merry Christmas, Frankie?"

"Oh yes it's Christmas!" Jessica jumps up and hurries over to give the baby kisses.

"Merry Christmas my little elf!"

Idris smiled at Jessica.  He loved this woman and her amazing heart so much.

A few hours later.

"This next one is mine!" Ziah shouts with excitement.

Idris laughs then turns to Jessica.  He sees her holding the side of her stomach while taking deep breaths.

"You okay, honey?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Contraction?"

"Just a tiny one, I'm okay." She smiles softly.

"Did you have any throughout the night?" Ziah asks.

"Only a few.  I was holding the baby during one of them.  He enjoyed the swaying I was doing, then fussed if I tried stopping!" Jessica laughs.

"I say they're coming tomorrow!  They're gonna start coming out today, but they'll be here tomorrow for sure." Bradley says.

"You sound very sure of yourself, Bradley Boy." Jessica says.

"Always." He smiles.

Jessica chuckles. "Well I hope we can at least get through Christmas dinner with the family!"

"It's oaky, mom.  You can excuse yourself from the table to deliver my brother and sister." He says making Jessica laugh.

"Oh gosh stop, I'm gonna pee myself again!"

"Again?!" All three boys ask making Idris and Jessica laugh.

"Yeah there was a time she didn't make it to the toilet!" Idris says laughing even harder.  I made her laugh and.. yeah.  Actually it happened right where you're sitting!"

"Oh gross!  Frankie, you're not the only one who needs diapers, I guess!" Conner says.

"Oh leave me alone, I'm pregnant with twins!"

"It's still gross, momma."

"Oh!" Jessica puckers and playfully hits the back of Conner's head.

Jessica then looks up and catches Idris staring at her in a trance.

"And what are you thinking about, mister?"

"Last year." He smiles.

"Last year?  Ohhh.." Jessica giggles.

"Ew." Bradley says with a straight face.

"What happened last year?" Conner sighs.

"Your Mum kissed me."

"Surprise, surprise!" Bradley looks at Jessica.

"Hey!  No I didn't!  I kissed your cheek!
.. Just a tiny part of my lips touched yours!" Jessica looks at Idris shyly.

Idris chuckles. "I remember just saying Shit, Shit, Shit after you left the room."

"Why?" Jessica pouts.

"Because I knew there was no stopping my feelings.  I knew I was just going to fall deeper and deeper in love with you."

"Aw!" Jessica's eyes tear up. "Iddy!  You're making me cry!"

Idris sits beside her and wraps his arm around her shoulders.

Jessica lays her head on him and Idris rubs her huge belly.

"I went into his room to thank him for giving me such a meaningful gift.."

"Oh that's right!  That children's book you told him got lost in the fire!" Bradley says.

"Yeah.. Oh my gosh!  Iddy, we'll be able to read our babies that book!" Jessica cries.

"We will, honey butt!" Idris pulls her closer.

"I'll read it to them tonight.  Maybe that'll make them want to come out." Idris smiles.

"I bet it will!" Jessica said, her voice filled with tears.
