It was a minute of silence for Zyona while Blue patiently waiting for her response as his heartbeats fast.

Zyona clearly stated with a sad eyes
" Nakita mo ba ginawa mo kay Dana na offend naten siya." took a deep breathe
And added "Blue I never thought this day would come... wala na tayong babalikan, matagal na tayong tapos alam mo yan!"

Blue expressed sincerely " pwede bang iset aside muna natin yong kay Dana... And explained ...
"Alam ko yon, kaya nga ako andito magsimula tayo ng bago, lets start fresh. You told me I need to set my goals and I did! Nakagraduate na ako, okay na kami ng parents ko, may job na ako. I've grown! I'm not a boy anymore."

Zyona explained wholeheartedly
"look Blue wala na rin tayong sisimulan. yes, I told you that but that's not for me or for us, para sa iyo yon para pag nagmahal ka na ng iba buo kana."

Blue bursting with emotion "I don't want to love somebody else, it's always been you. We can talk about the future, we can build it together where on the same page na Zyona..."

Zyona insisted "stop it blue dont make this hard for me and for yourself! Where not on the same page, I don't even see my future with you anymore naiintindihan mo ba yon?"

Blue quickly reacts and looked pitty...

"nahihirapan ka pala bakit moko nilelet go? Most of you always change their mind, maybe you need to rest or itulog mo na ito and think over. I'm here to stay. I Love you so!..." Blue wants to kiss Zyona but she pushed him.

Zyona said in an anguish face "ano ka ba! Im not letting you go Im giving you away because I don't love you anymore!
What we had is enough and you're right we tend to change our mind very often pero When we say were done, were done! kahit itulog ko at gumising ako every day I'm 100% sure ayaw ko na!"

Blue kneel down and started to cry...

"please Z, let me in your life again, mahal na mahal kita. I've waited for this sana huwag mo naman baliwalain yon dati... Please Zyona what do you want me to do? tell me!"

Zyona felt devastated for Blue but she needs to be brave "I'm grateful sa lahat blue what we had is unique but that's it... Ni hindi ako naghope, nagwish not even pray na maging tayo ulit. I can still be your friend if not then I want you to stay out of my life... Just leave"

Blue asked sadly and his body was shaking "Am I not worth it to have a second chance? Let me love you Zyona. Please nagmamakaawa ako..."

Zyona got teary "Blue naman... Kala ko ba you've grown.. Tumayo ka dyan! You can find someone else that's your second chance in love. Umalis kana! wala ka ng aasahan. Enough na please..."

Blue stood up while wiping his tears. And looked at Zyona intensely "may mahal ka na bang iba? Para bitawan mo ko"

Zyona answered "wala! at hindi yon reason to unlove someone just because you love somebody else"

Blue asked "then why you don't love me anymore?"

Zyona shouted "because I SAID SO. I JUST DON'T LOVE YOU ANYMORE!"

Blue felt helpless and in so much pain, and he walks away slowly to the hallway...

After Blue left Zyona with a sigh of relief but guilty in a way she hurt him straight in the face. she went to the kitchen and drink water to calm herself.

*5 minutes ago Daryl texted her sister.

"bunso sunduin na kita"

Dana replied "pauwi na ako, malapit na sa bahay"

Daryl asked "ha? Bakit hindi ka nagsabi? Hinatid ka ni Blue?

Dana denied and said "sumakit kasi tyan ko, hindi nagcommute nalang ako"

Daryl joked "ayan katakawan mo hahaha sige pauwi na din ako"

Dana did not text his brother back.

Daryl felt weird and said to himself "aba hindi nagreply ni hindi nainis, ano kaya nangyari?" .

20 minutes after the confrontation, Zyona decided to watch a comedy show to forget what had happened.

On the other hand, Daryl arrived at their house and saw her sister wiping her tears at the living area.

Daryl asked right away "ano nangyari? Umiyak ka?"

Dana said "ang drama kasi nito soap opera"

Daryl disregard what he saw and heard, instead he started preparing for their dinner while observing her sister.

Daryl told Dana "Dinner is ready" instead she went to her room and said "busog ako".

Daryl followed her sister and asked...

"kelan ka pa tumangi sa dinner? Ano ba talaga nangyayari?"

Dana answered sarcastically "ngayon lang, wala naman meron ba dapat?"

Daryl expressed angrily "huwag moko pilosopohin ngayon hindi nakakatawa! magsalita ka anong ginawa ni Blue sayo at paguwi mo ganyan kana!"

Dana shared irritability "fine! ginamit lang naman niya ako para malaman san ang condo ni ate Zyona kasi gusto niya makipagbalikan sakanya at hindi man lang nabangit ni ate sa akin, mukha lang naman akong tanga .. Ako na talaga feelingera ng bayan!"

Daryl was surprised about her sister's revelation and said...
"si Blue at Zyona mag ex? Eh bakit ina ate ni blue yon?... Huwag mo ng kakausapin yan at sana lang magsorry siya sayo dahil kung hindi! At ikaw naman niyaya ka lang nagexpect na agad, hay bunso napaka vulnerable mo talaga!"

Dana answered "ewan ko baka lambingan nila yon "ate", hindi na talaga! Kuya spell vulnerable?"
Dana laughed after sharing what happened.

Daryl commented "hahaha later! Maiba ako nagusap kayo ni Zyona? Anong sabi?"

Dana explained "quick conversation lang, nagsorry naman siya kaso tampo talaga ako and baka maistorbo ko pa pagbabalikan nila ni Blue..." and smirked.

Daryl wondered "nagkabalikan sila?"

Dana quickly said "ewan ko, feeling ko..."

Daryl took a deep breathe and expressed... "hay buhay, ikain mo na yan! sabayan mo ko huwag ka na magdrama dyan..."

Dana and Daryl ate together and after 2 hours she slept already. Daryl took his phone and browse through Zyona's account if theres any post for today so he could have a hint if they are back together, but he found nothing. More than that he wants Zyona and Dana to get back on track more than anything else, then he decided to drop by at Zyona's place tomorrow.

Monday madness for everyone! Zyona had to go to the main office to report. Daryl renovated his shop while her sister had her examination and arrived early at the house. Blue is not feeling well due to hangover and heartbreak. Chincy is on vacation with her cousin at Palawan. Auery started to bake cupcakes for extra money and texted her friends to buy and luckily they all said yes.

After a hectic day, Zyona is finally at her pad at 6 pm and preparing to cook. When someone knocks on her door...

Zyona asked "wait lang... sino yan?"

"si Daryl"

Zyona whispered "ow si Daryl" Zyona lowered the fire of the stove and opened the door

ZYONA AND DARYL'S POV

"hi! Naistorbo ba kita?"

"No, nagluluto lang ako buti nalang may visitor pala ako...please come in"

"thank you, nice place ang cozy"

"feel at home have a seat! kumain ka na ba?"

"hindi pa, but I came here to talk about Dana"

"sakto in 10 minutes ready na yong spicy ginataang crab do you eat this?" she added "ahh how is she? bakit hindi mo kasama?"

"may exams, nagrereview kaya hindi ko na sinama, uyyy gusto ko yan marunong ka pala magluto"

"ahh ok kahit ata yayain mo hindi sasama yon... That's good to know fave mo toh yup bata palang tinuruan na ako ng parents kaya thankful ako nagagamit ko ng lahat yon ngayon"

"haha mukhang ganun na nga hindi ko mapipilit sumama, totoo yan dapat bata palang alam mo na mga chores at cooking its very important lalo pag magisa ka na."

"you're right! Ahhhm can we talk about Dana later after we eat?"

"oo naman, sige tapusin mo lang yan."

"thanks! Siya nga pala Ikaw san ka ba napunta after grade school?"

"sa Valenzuela, sa kamaganak namin may paupahan"

"ang layo naman, paupahan? Hindi ba may bahay kayo sa San Juan?"

"oo kaso binenta nila erpats para pang capital sa business"

"eh pwede naman kayo magrent ng malapit ah"

"sabi ni ermats walang bayad yong rent dun water and electric sharing lang sa gastos"

"ahhh makakatipid nga, I have no idea Daryl san ka ngcollege? Wala kasi info fb mo!"

"haha oo hindi ako naglagay ng details, I took up Entrepreneural Management sa DLSU gusto ni erpats eh."

"animo La salle ka pala.. Sosi! Kaya pala business minded ka.. Bakit hindi mo gusto?"

"discounted tuition ko kasi nag student assistant ako at may kakilala si erpats sa La salle,gusto ko talaga fine arts!"

"mabait na bata haha masunurin. Ay oo nga galing mo kaya magdrawing sa likod ng notebook before sayang naman. Eh uwian ka sa Valenzuela?"

"nagboarding house ako pero andito na kami sa Cainta may rent to own kasi para mas malapit sa store namin, mas may mapapala daw pag nagbusiness course."

"may point pero sana nagpatuloy ka pa din mag draw or paint. So sa inyo na yang house niyo?...

While preparing the table she said... "Come here, kain na tayo"

He stood up and sat down the table.
"oo house na namin, mukhang masarap ah"

Zyona proudly said "hindi lang yan mukhang masarap, masarap talaga"

They started to eat and continue their convo.

"tamang tama lang ung pagkaspicy niya pwede kana Zyona!"

"anong pwede? Magasawa?"

"hahaha pwede ka na magkarinderya!"

They both giggles. Daryl cant stop looking at Zyona and noticed it. she's ttrying to be funny as much as possible so she won't get conscious.

"hahaha ikaw suki ko! Eh ano dinner ng sister mo?"

"nagluto na ako pork sinigang andoon kasi ibang classmates niya nag group study maaga kasi uwian exam day"

"studious si sister! naks ikaw nagluluto?... pwede ka na din pala"

Daryl winked "pwede na magkarinderya?"

Zyona joked "haha magasawa"

"haha ikaw Zyona pwede ba?"

"pwede ng?"

"pwede tapusin na kinakain natin"

Zyona whispered "kala ko maging asawa" and smiled.

And Daryl choked and Zyona gave her water right away and both laughed like nothing happened.

They finished their dinner and they sat on the living room on each end of the couch.

Daryl took his phone and called Dana so she could listen to their conversation and put the phone down on the throw pillow.

"Daryl nabusog ka ba?"

"yes, thank you sa food!"

"ahmm Daryl ano sabi ni Dana sayo?"

"ex mo pala si Blue at nagkabalikan na daw kayo."

She nodded "hindi kami nagbalikan noh, we're better off as friends kaso he didn't like it."

"ahhh okay kala ko kayo ulit... Honestly, nagulat din ako na ex mo siya he called you ate pa nga"

"nope were not back together hindi na mangyayari yon, the ate thing pang asar lang kasi he's younger you know"

"I see, paano niya tinangap kung nireject mo siya?"

"its hard kasi nakahurt ako kahit kay Dana, he actually beg"

"minsan you need to do right thing kahit na may masasaktan, he's madly inlove with you"

"true, with Dana I dont think its appropriate na pagusapan namin yong kay blue kasi I feel like the topic of "hes young I'm old" I'm avoiding that." and maka madly inlove hahaha what an adjective!"

"ahhh kuha ko naman, kung maka old ka naman Zyona slight lang haha... Eh nagbeg siya sayo for sure lasing yon ngayon!"

"haha alam na alam mo pag may heartbreak "

"paano ba kayo nagkakilala?"

"Daryl kelan ka pa naging chismoso?"

"haha sorry andito na rin lang might as well ikwento mo na, if its ok"

"haha alright, well nagkasabay kami sa fx and I left my book eh may name at number yong sa back so siya nakakuha and the rest is history hahaha"

" ang eager ko makinig, tapos na agad kwento? Hahaha kulit mo. What's the title of the book?"

"eh ang awkward magkwento ng ex sa lalaki unless boyfriend ko na noh, yong book "true love waits".

"isipin mo nalang bf mo na ako, binasa niya yong book kaya nainlove sayo si Blue"

"isipin ko lang Daryl? Haha baka nga"

"eh ano ba dapat bukod sa isipin Zyona?"

"Daryl what I meant is isipin ko lang na bf kita para maikwento ko na sayo yong story ng ex ko... Gets?"

Daryl thought and said to himself "kala ko bakit isipin lang, kung pwede naman gawin"

"haha ahhh oo kung ayaw mo ok lang Zyona"

"huwag na natin balikan"

"ok last na bakit kayo naghiwalay?"

"haha manang mana talaga si Dana sa pagiging curious!"

"para alam ko anong dapat kong hindi gawin"

" ano daw Daryl? Hindi ko nagets ano kinalaman sa reason ng break up namin yon?"

"haha sabihin na lang kasi"

"syempre may age gap, pero its not the age ha kasi in the long run magkaiba talaga kami ng set of priorities. We don't meet half way and syempre babae ako gusto ko pagusapan ang futue like getting married or having family kaso he does not want to talk about it so it worries me na hindi naman niya ako gusto makasama one day."

"eh bata pa eh mga lalaki minsan nakakapressure ang getting married na topic specially kung wala pang 1 year ang relationship."

"so kampi ka kay blue? pwede naman niya sabihin "chill lang, marami pa tayo time pagusapan yan" kesa naman hindi siya kumikibo and worst pag tinanong mo anong dream mo one day, I'm not included... Ouch! bakit kapa magstay kung ang pinaparamdam niya sa akin hindi rin siya magiging committed sa akin"

"oh easy lang, galit kana niyan? Hindi ako kampi sinasabi ko lang baka kasi yon yong tumatakbo sa isip niya. Pero hindi talaga maganda na hindi ka included sa pangarap niya. Selfish! Masarap kaya mangarap na kasama mo loved one mo sa tamang panahon"

"wow coming from you?! oh eh alam mo na so huwag mong gagayahin! Baka isa kapa... Hahaha joke"

"bakit ko gagayahin? Ibahin mo toh no! Try mo kaya.. Hahaha joke din"

They laughed out loud and Zyona quickly said "oh tapos na tayo Daryl"

Daryl answered sarcastically "tapos na tayo? Hindi pa nga tayo!"

"tapos na tayo sa topic na yon, kung ano pinagsasabi mo dyan, yoko sa lahat puro parinig!"

"eh paano mo ko papakingan ko hindi moko naririnig? Hahaha peace!"

"pilosopo pa more! Hahaha ewan ko sayo anong oras ka alis?"

"Pinapaalis mo na ako?"

"no, tinatanong ko lang kasi ang daldal mo"

"ok lang ba mga 10 na ako uuwi? Mag 8:30 pa lang naman..."

"eh nakapagdecide ka na pala nagtanong kapa! Ikaw Daryl ilang naging ex mo;"

"bakit sa akin napunta? 2 lang"

"ikaw 2 lang? Ano nangyari sa inyo?"

" 2 nga lang matino toh, yong una 4th yr high school hangang 2nd yr college naging kami ayon naging busy sa pagiging student assistant kaya naghanap ng iba.. "

"aww ang bad ni girl ah, cheater! Baka kasi you give her reason to find somebody else!"

"hindi pa din reason yon para maghanap ng iba, kayo kasi girls pag hindi napagbibigyan nagtatantrums pupunta sa iba"

"oy Daryl I'm not like that fyi! I have no history of overlap relationship, besides if I know something is wrong sasabihin ko"

"tama yan be honest sa akin kasi hindi ako manghuhula ng feelings" Daryl laughed while looking at her.

She looked closely at Daryl "ansabe? Ako rin hindi manghuhula ng feelings kaya kung may gusto iparating tell it straight And starred just to tease him as she gets closer to his face "are you man enough to do that?" He felt like his hyperventilating and quickly said "ready ka na maging girlfriend ko?"

*Dana was about to burst out her laugh but she was able to control it so she wouldn't be heard over the phone. And whispered "kilig! Kainis ka kuya!"

Zyona answered. "hindi!"

"bakit hindi?"

"bakit seryoso ka ba?" as Zyona move even closer and her lips just a tip of a hair to Daryl's lips.

Daryl felt uneasy but he's palpitating. So in a snap he answered "I'm not serious hahaha" but realized hes' screwed with his answer.

"oh great! I don't take someone in my life if they are not serious at all"

"patay! Kuya! Shunga ka hahaha" Dana reacted and laughed so hard and Zyona heard it and wondered...

"Is that Dana on your phone?"

"ahhh yes" Daryl put her on speakerphone.

"girl! Galit kapa sa akin?"

"ate hindi naman na tampo lang yon, sige magreview pa ako ate!"

"ok I'm glad hindi na, alright goodluck bye!"

Zyona catched Daryl looking at her and Daryl caught Zyona looking at him.
And they both looked away.

"Daryl! How long ka na single?"

"ako?"

"ay hindi ako... Daryl nga dba!" they laughed..

Daryl answered "6 years"

"hindi ka nagdate? Or fling"

"Hindi ako nakikipag fling! Date oo kaso hindi ko na tinutuloy"

"why? Choosy huh"

"hindi ako choosy, kung hindi materialistic, ang naughty!"

"yikes bilimoko, ayaw mo ng naughty? Weh wag moko lokohin!"

"judgemental ka Zyona! Nakaka off naman pag nauna pa ang babae sa akin and hindi pa naman kami, excuse me my body is sacred"

"hahaha kasi naman! Sacred? Sorry Daryl ah pero hindi ka si Jesus Christ umayos ka!" they both laughed like there's no tomorrow.

"hahaha ang sakit tiyan ko, pero seryoso Am I not believable?"

"ewan ko Daryl, too good to be true ka kasi..."

"good naman talaga ako"

"oo na, 10 na baka masyado ka na gabihin "

"ang bilis naman ng oras, ang dami na din natin napagusapan"

"oo nga eh, kaya umalis kana"

"Gusto mo talaga ako umalis Zyona?"

Zyona stood up and whispered "oo baka mahulog pa loob ko sayo pag nagtagal ka pa"...

Daryl went out the pad smiling and before he left , he said gladly "thanks Zyona! Sa uulitin. At Kung Mahuhulog ka sasaluhin naman kita...good night!"

Zyona thought he did not heard what she said, she showed her poker face and said "ingat, good night!" then she closed the door right away and can't stop blushingly giggles.

She played her music playlist on her phone and feeling great as she keeps on repeating the last song...

*After 2 hours Zyona received a call from Dana and crying loudly and she does not understand what shes trying to say

Zyona is getting anxious and nervous...

"girl, teka inhale exhale, wala ako nagets sa mga sinabi mo can you clarify what happened?"

"si kuya..." and the phone gets chappy and heard the siren of the ambulance so loud.

Zyona said "Dana? Hello?" phone ends.

calling back Dana " the number you have dialled is out of service please try your call later..."

calling Daryl

"ring...ring...ring"

Talked to herself "omg ano nangyari? Sana may sumagot naman" Zyona walked around the pad back and forth for so many times until someone finally answered Daryl's phone...

*** Whirlwind of emotions!
