Well today I feel happy! I do my normal morning routine but decided to change it up a bit. I wore some Armani Code perfume, to make you feel attracted to it. I can't wait to go to work, and see you walking towards me with a smile and talk.

I walk over to the library and clocked myself in. 

Anytime I hear the jingles, I glance over at the door to see you walking by with that figure of yours. I have Gatsby already waiting for you at the counter, all I need to wait is for you,love.

It is 9 AM, an hour has passed by and you still haven't peeked by. I am getting upset love, I know you said you have cheer, and that you might come at 12, but I thought you were going to come early just for me.

" Hello sir, I need some help" This girl came up to me. From the looks of it she looks kind of hot, but I am not interested in her, I want you.

"What can I help you with?" I ask.

" Do you have some biology books? Like anatomy also." She smiles at me. Why are you staring at me like that? Is it that you desire me? Do I look good for you?

" Sure follow me this way" We walk into the aisle and she pushed me to the wall, and kissed me.

Woah!! Everything is happening to fast!!!

" Sorry I am just kind of high right now, I need you!!" She murmurs in my ear, spending me a chill down my body. Let me say gorgeous, as much I would wish to kiss you back, I am taken, by my sweet dear Natali.

I push her back and tell her " I'm sorry but  I am taken" Then I leave her and went back to the cashier. Even though I haven't had been making out with anyone or fucking someone, I really want to so bad now. I was about to head my way back to her, and begin what she started but I thought about you.

What if you comes in through that door and see us together? What if I'm kissing her, and you run away hurt? I don't want to hurt her, I love her, and so because of that I won't be tempted by any delicious girl that passes by.

 ~ 4 hours later ~

It is now 1 P.M., and there is no sign of you yet. As the time keeps ticking by, I feel defeated. Something doesn't feel right, I have to call you, I have to know where you are at. Did you forget about today? Or are you with Rafeal? I go to the bathroom and got inside of a stall and decided to call you.

" Leave a voicemail to 9-0-4"

 I hanged up mad. What is happening to you Natali? Why arent you answering my call? 

I call again and hear you pick up.

" Hel-Hello Joe" I hear you say. There is something different, your voice it doesn't sound normal, you sound sick. And if you are sick, then that makes sense to why you are not here.

" Hey, I was going to ask if you had a chance to pick up the Gatsby book?" 

She took a long time to answer.

" I-I can't I'm sick. That sucks, I um have a fever and so today I canceled my plans. Sorry I will come by when I get better."

Poor you my love. You are sick and lonely, inside your room with a depressed mood and no one to talk to.

" How about you give me your address so I can drop it off" I offered. 

Say yes. Say it.

" Yeah that would be lovely,if you can" 

" Yeah I can, so text me the address I will pass by sometime.Right now I am at work so call you later" Then I hung up.

You sound so innocent Natali.

Yeah that would be lovely if you can. I keep repeating  in my head. You Natali, are sure the sweetest thing ever. 

I go out and clock myself out. That is what I like about my job, I am the manager and I can just get in when I want, and leave whenever.

Well, anyway I head back to my apartment and get ready. I make some food, because I can imagine you hungry and lazy enough to not do anything. I cook some mashed potatoes with grilled chicken breasts and rice.

Then I took a nice warm shower, and get ready to see you.

~1 hour later~

I head outside with the food in a bag, and waved my hand at a taxi.

" Can you take me to Walmart" I told the man. 

" Yes" He said.  

We arrived at Walmart and I told the man to wait for me for minutes, I will do some quick shopping. He agreed to wait. I went inside and brought some 'get well soon' balloons and a teddy bear. Hopefully this will get your attention, and love it. I wanted to buy the huge teddy bear, but that will seem more than a 'friendship'. 

I went outside, walked towards my taxi and ordered the man to take me to your  house.

It was three o'clock and I knocked at your door.

I knocked like three times and you didn't answer. I call you to check up on you, and you still didn't answer. 

FUCK!! I am starting to feel like a fool, what if you are with Rafael and are having sex to make you feel better. That is when you texted me.

Hey, I sleeping right now, can you come back later. Like at 4 or 5 sorry, my head hurts. 

Damn it! I wanted to surprise you, but you are feeling sleepy. I understand though, you are sick and tired, and I will you give you privacy its okay, you don't have to apologize. I walked back home and decided to look Rafeal up, to see what he has been up to now. Last time he was in Miami with his mom, lets see if he is still there.

I looked at his profile and it looks like he is close from here. He is now in Houston, Texas, building a new restaurant. Anyway talking about restaurant I am going to apply to the one he has here.

I filled out the application online, and it said that tomorrow I would have my interview with Rafeal. From the looks of it, your 'boyfriend' will come by tommorow, and that means you will spend time back with him, and leave me.

Now that I know he is returning here, I plan to get rid of him even more faster than I planned. I will have to take my time, I want to get to know him better, and then I will know when is the right time to  hit.

~ 4:37 P.M.~ 

 I walk back to your house and knocked on your door.

A minute passed by and I see you opening the door. 

" Get well soon!!" I said when she opened.

"Thanks Joe!! OMG thanks, you cheered my day." Then she hugged me and walked me in her house.

I look around your house and boy let me say you have a mess. You have dirty plates everywhere and trash on the floor, I am going to clean this for you love.

"Sorry I am just not feeling good right now, so don't mind the mess" She force a smile.

I see we going to your bedroom, and I am surprised that we are.

" let me just turn this T.V off" You turn your T.V. and left your room.

" Going to the restroom real quick, feel comfortable!!" You shout.

Indeed I will. I look through your drawers and I spot a nice lovely underwear. You impress me, Natali you only wear Victoria Secret or PINK brands, you have style. I grab me a fuchsia colored one and placed it inside my shoe. I look around and I see some pics of you and Rafael, hugging each other. I punch your bed, and grabbed your pillows and smelled it. It smells like you, like your shampoo. It reminds me of the first day we met, how we felt the connection. 

I hear the toilet flush, and I run towards the living room and served the food onto some plates.

I wait for you with a smile, and get ready to cheer your day even more.

I hear you come out from the bathroom and yawn. You then look at the table and ran up to me.

" Omg, did you like cook this for me ?" You asked surprised. 

I nodded. 

" Thanks I'm starving" You sat down next me and began eating the food. All I could do was watch, seeing you enjoy my delicious food, just you wait when we are together, you will never starve.

After that, we went to the balcon and talked outside.

" So you have a fever, you might of gotten sick from yesterday, I saw you shiver when you went home. I mean the beach was cold right in the afternoon." I say.

" yeah, I think so. And we did eat ice cream too" She says.

I love this, I love how you remember the time we spent together. It makes me feel like you love me, like the way I love you.

We spent talking outside when I hear you phone ring.

I looked on your phone it was Rafael. 

Fuck!

" He always call me at six, to check up on me . Hope you don't mind, I am going to the kitchen and talk" You get up and leave.

Motherfucker!!

That's why you seemed so urgent to leave yesterday. It wasn't because it was dark and scared, it was because he was going to call you. You still love him or at least I should say have interest in him. And here I thought he was erased from your life. I feel stupid to come here!!! You are talking to him, while I am here, WHILE I AM HERE!!!! I try not to get mad, the next door neighbor is looking at me, but fuck I want to leave.

I here you come back, and say goodbye to him.

"Yeah I feel better now that you have called me. Thanks, I miss you, comeback when you can. Thanks for cheering my day for me. Goodbye"

I look away, trying to hide my reaction.  I seriously don't even want t talk right now, you just told him he cheered you day, when it was actually me. FUCK ME OVER!!!

I hear you sigh and I look back at you. You seemed upset.

" That was my bestfriend. He was the boy I was talking about, when you joked.  Me and him were bestfriends since middle school, I liked him, but he never had interest in me."

You try to act like you don't feel sad, but you take deep pauses to relax your brain.

" My parents have always pushed myself for me to get married to him one day, and I don't want to. Not anymore, now that I am an adult, I want to take my own decisions.  I mean I like him, but its not equal or actually something serious. Now I am the one who doesn't want him, but he is after me" I here you laugh at the end.

I am so confused now, I can't tell  whether you are trying to cover your feelings for him, or if your confused about us.

" Well this sounds awkward me telling you this, but I mean I have been having this weight on me. That's the reason I don't go to San Diego, because I don't want to bump into my parents" And you rolled your eyes.

I try to change the topic and ask her" Why don't you go to the hospital, if you have a fever it could worsen."

"  Money, I used some of parents money and well I cant afford to go one right now. I am trying to get a job and maintain myself, but nothing so far."

My dear, sweet Natali, you are scared of your future. You need some help, and if we were together I could of given you everything.

" Oh, but look at you, your coughing and shaking. Is  money really worth more than you health?" I say.

I see her smile.

" That was a nice quote, um but yeah, anyway. I will just have to take care of myself better." Then hugged your self. 

~ 1 hour later~

" Well, I have to go Natali, tomorrow I am going to this event, and I have to be on time." I get up and was about to leave when she stopped me.

" No please, don't'" You beg me.

Fuck!! Natali, with you begging me I really just want to kiss the fuck outta you. Your voice certainly made my brain explode.

" Can you stay please? I don't feel good. I don't want to be lonely. You can sleep in the couch and I will make you food and everything. I'll pay you"  

I look at you and see you sadness. How can I say no to Natali?? Obviously I can't at this point. I need to spend time with you.

"Sure, don't worry I come here as a friend. You don't have to pay me"

I see you give a small smile, and went to your room and grabbed me some blankets and pillows.

" Goodnight Joe" You say, then went to your room.

Good night My princess. 

See you sleeping tonight.
