Caroline POV

Mom, the one person who is supposed to love you unconditionally, the one person who is supposed to love you forever, the one who would always forgive you, teach you the difference between right and wrong.

In that way, Liz Forbes was my mother

The women in front of me did none of those things, hell, I don't even know her, and all that I do know now is that she was alive and still left.

But still, that small part wants me to believe that I have one more chance at having a mom, one more chance of having someone who could love me unconditionally, one more chance of having somebody who I could share everything with.

"How dare you show your face in front of me after what you did" My father, Silas says in anger, his eyes narrowing into slits, glaring at the women in front of us. "and how dare you have the audacity to call yourself her mother after what you did"

"Look, Silas, I am not here to dwell on the past, I am here to help my daughter" she says looking at me, "and from what I've heard, only I can undo the spell"

"Caroline" Katherine calls my name, regret in her eyes, "I didn't know, I'm so sorry"

Klaus came closer to me, put his arms around my waist and whispered in my ear "Do you need me to take care of it, Love"

"And I can clear the area in a few minutes if he causes any casualties" Ashton says pointing at Klaus with a serious look

Suddenly everything seemed a little too much, it all seemed to suffocate me, I looked around myself, Katherine and Silas were having a verbal fight with Cora while Elijah and Kol were trying to prevent it.

"STOP!" I command, my voice coming out harder than necessary, "We're, all civilised adults here, lets act like that, we all need to cool down and have a civilized conversation"

"But where, because I sure as hell wont allow this vile snake of a women to enter my house" my dad says glaring at Cora.

"We can all go to the Mikealson manor, Klaus could arrange the security" Rebekah says and I give her a nod and thankful look which instantly brightens her face.

"Kol and Stefan" I say looking at them, "you take Bonnie and....Cora with you and go with Klaus to scout perimeter"

"Me and the rest will meet you there in a few hours" I say to them and then direct my next words looking at Cora "Even if she does turn out to be a traitor or a liar, we still need her to break the spell"

"How long will it take you and why don't you just come with us" Klaus asks, obviously distressed at the sudden information.

"I have to get ready and collect the ingredients required for the spell, it might take a while" I say to him in a soft tone trying to make him understand.

"Actually, it make take a whole lot of whiles" Stefan says not meeting my eyes.

"Klaus, you go start the car, Stefan and Kol will be with you in a few" I say looking at Stefan who was looking at Kol now, sparing a glance to Klaus and see him nodding his head.

After a few seconds, me, Kol and Stefan were in my study which was sound proof which meant that no sound could get out of here.

"We found him" Stefan says, a desperate look on his face"You can bring him back, he can help us"

"Wait, stop, just stop" I say to him, "Do you want to tell me who your talking about first?"

"Who else, Darling, my brother Finn, Stefan thinks he can help us, I think that I don't want to take the chance to find out if he'll help or not" Kol says his voice am octave deeper than usual.

"WHAT!, Stefan, you want to bring back Finn, what good is that going to do us, isn't he just gonna run back to his mother, he was always the mommas boy" I say to him, honestly who put such a idea in his head.

"He's changed, just resurrect back Sage with him and he would happily be on our side" he says an undecipherable emotion his voice

"You don't want me to bring back one, but two people" I say to him, furious that he thought I would comply with his wishes, "This is serious business Stefan, there isn't some door that I pass and bring them back, this has serious consequences which I have to deal with"

"Don't you think I know that!" he shouts at me, "I've never asked anything of you Caroline, never, so when I say something I expect you to do it"

"IM WEAK STEFAN, I DONT HAVE THAT POWER ANYMORE" I shout, tears streaming down my face as I fall on a chair gripping the arm rests on either side.

"I haven't slept in DAYS, do you know what that does to a person, of course you wouldn't" I say and I catch a guilty look in his eyes "do you know how much I have suffered because of you and your brother?"

"while you both were busy chasing after Elena, you didn't see that I had gotten hurt multiple times" I say to him, tears going down my face like a waterfall, "Do you know how weak I felt when Damon used to compel me, do you know how weak I felt when I got tortured by the werewolves?"

"So I'm sorry, Stefan, if I can't do what you ask of me, I'm sorry that I couldn't grant your wish like a freaking genie" I say venom dripping in my tone.

"I'm so sorry Caroline, I didn't kno-" he starts but I cut him off.

"Don't give me that bullshit Stefan, you and I both know just how much knew"

He looks like he is about to say something else but I cut him off once again.

"LEAVE!"
