What the past brought

A few months ago in Mystic falls

"Would you leave me alone!?" Bonnies voice filtered through as people glanced at the crazy women who was supposedly shouting at nobody, but Bonnie knew better, she could see the people from the other side, and this original brother was definitely there.

"Now that wouldn't be any fun now would be little bennet" Kol Mikealson said, his would-be sneer softening at the sight of her vixen like eyes and he caught himself staring at them. He mentally cursed himself, he couldn't waste time like this, he had to get out of the other side and into the real world if he had any chance of getting his sweet-sweet revenge on Finn.

"What do you say we make a deal? You get me out of this side and I'll leave you alone for the rest for your life" He said, trying to be as persuasive as he could. But inside he was panicking. He was panicking because no one could see him except her. No one would know how lonely he was, not even her. No one would stop by him and ask him to join them, especially not her, because bloody no one could see him except her. And it was all Finns fault.

"Really?" Bonnie scoffs, "You'll leave me alone if I do what you say? Please, you'll leave me without that, everyone does" She says, the last part barely audible, which caused a sad flutter in the chest of the original.

"Look, I'm not running a pity party here, I need to get out of this side, and into your one, so that i can have revenge on my brother" He said, trying not to get affected by the way Bonnies eyes were shining tears.

"Look, I can't help you, even if I wanted to, I'm no use now" She cursed, blinking back tears as they pushed forward, "My magic is gone, and expression only hurts people around me"

At this Kol cant help it, he bursts out laughing. One of his hands coming to hold is stomach as his laughter rings, making Bonnies cheeks ting red. "Why are you laughing?"

"I-I cant help it" He wheezes out, his cheeks just as red as Bonnie if not more, but due to another reason, that being the shameless way he was laughing. Bonnie glares at him and he straightens, yet the genuine mischievous smile is still on his face, and Bonnie decides she rather likes him like that. "Expression wont hurt anyone around you if you learn to control it"

"I tried that, newsflash, It doesn't work" Bonnie sneers at him and Kol shakes his head from side to side, his ruffled hair  shaking along with it.

"Well, allow me to show you how it does work little witch"

Present

"There you are! Why are you sitting in front of the cells all alone? That to with candles-" Kol starts loudly, rambling out as Bonnie glares at him he shuts up, taking in the faint glow of the light. He bends down and kisses her on the forehead, then sits besides her.

"I'm helping Caroline with the spell" She mumbles, resting her head inside his neck, making goosebumps appear on Kol's arms. "So shouldn't we need to be with Caroline instead to here?" he asks.

"Oh no, I'm not helping with that spell. I'm helping the her reinforce this cell" She says gesturing to the dungeon.

"So, what you're saying, is that Fin and Sage might come through here anytime and your still sitting right here?" He says, amused by the whole situation.

She hits him lightly on the shoulder, her laughter inaudible due to his neck. She stirs and kisses him on the lips and he reciprocates, engulfing him in her arms. They break apart "I've already done it, I'm just waiting for them to arrive"

"So we have a bit of time, eh?" Kol says bringing Bonnie upon him, holding her by her hips so that she doesn't fall off. Bonnie starts to say something but it cut off as a tang fills the air.

"The bennet witch, I was rooting for you and her brother" Finn says as Kol gazes at his brother, his emotions all over the place. He didnt know what to feel. Should he be sad? Happy?

"Hello Kol" another voice says and he looks to find Sage, holding his brothers hand snugly against hers.

Some things even time apart couldn't change
