Y/N's POV

Finally school was over, you sighed in relief as the cold spring air hit your face. You soon noticed the new girl Mia out of the corner of your eye, you two we're partners for a school project.

"Hey Y/N is it okay if I come over today so we can work on the project? " She asked as you nodded in response.

You and Mia finally made it to your house. As you opened the door you made sure that the turtles were no where in sight since this Mia girl obviously wouldn't be used to seeing 6 foot tall mutant turtles. You stepped aside to allow Mia to come into your home.

"Wow, this is very nice place you've got here"

"Thank you" You replied as you and Mia walked into the living room only to bump into your mother.

"Y/N welcome back" She said as she welcomed you into her warm embrace.

"Thank you mom. Oh mother this is Mia, Mia this is my mother Victoria. "

"It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. Victoria" Mia said as she lent out a hand to your mother which she gladly accepted.

"We should get working on the project." You said as Mia nodded in response.

You two sat at a table with a journal in hand.

"What should the song be about?" You asked as Mia soon snapped her head up when an idea popped into her head.

"How about something about hero's. You know girl hero's and villains are always the odd one's out. " She said and you couldn't help but agree as you two discussed lyrics for the song.

You two had finally finished the song and you had to admit it was amazing, Mia's idea really was amazing but that's when you suddenly heard the back door open only to reveal the four terrapin staying in your home. You looked over at Mia hoping that she would freak out but surprisingly she was completely unfazed.

"You aren't... Scared of them?" You asked as she shook her head.

"I've lived in New York City for a good few years and honestly you see odd things all the time so this isn't really new. " She explained and you were happy that she didn't freak out like most people would.

"What's that you got there Y/N?" Leo asked

"It's a song Mia and I are working on" and that's when an idea popped into your head.

"Would you guys like to hear it?" You asked

"Shell yeah!" Mikey exclaimed causing you and Mia to giggle a bit.

You and Mia were flattered by the boys comments and that's when you both knew that this was definitely the song to get you a passing grade for your class.

"Y/N, Y/N open up!" You heard banging on the door you rushed over and saw that of course it was Derek.

You opened the door and allowed him in.

"Yes Derek" You asked as he looked at you with terrified eyes.

"H-He knows" He said but you didn't understand

"Who knows?" You asked and that's when he grabbed the hood of sweatshirt to reveal your ears.

"DEREK!" You yelled and looked over at Mia.

"Mia I'm, please don't hate me" You said as your ears dropped, that's when you felt a comforting hand on your shoulder and you looked up to see Mia with a smile on her face.

"I don't hate you and I'm never gonna hate, your my friend Y/N and friends stick together no matter what." She said as you pulled her into a hug.

"Umm Y/N back to the situation at hand please!" Derek exclaimed as you rolled your E/C orbs and released Mia from your embrace.

"So who is this person and what do they know as to were you had to pull my hood off!?" You yelled causing him to flinch.

"Y-Your father he knows about your new form, and he... He found a way to get in contact with Oroku Saki." He explained and that's when it came back to you Oroku and Hamato used to train you together until Oroku went to far Hamato wasn't going to have it.

~Flashback to 9 years ago~

"Again" Hamato instructed as you attempted to do a backwards side kick. You were only 5 yet you enjoyed training with Hamato Yoshi and Oroku Saki it was kinda fun in a way.

"Very good Y/N you have done very well these past few years" Hamato said causing you to show your pearly whites as you smiled at your sensei.

"Now than it is time for you to face a true challenge." He said as you nodded in response, you would be going up against Hamato Yoshi first than take on Oroku Saki and sure you were small for the age of 5 but you were strong.

"Hajima" and that's when it started Hamato threw a few low kicks which you easily dodged and grabbed him by the back of his shirt and threw him over your shoulder.

"Yamae" He groaned as you walked over towards your sensei and lent him a hand which he gladly accepted.

"You are up Saki but be careful." He said

"She's a tough one" Hamato finished as Oroku stood in his battle stance while you did the same.

"Hajime"

You lunged towards Oroku and used a fly kick attempting to knock him down.

He wasn't showing you any mercy and that's when you were kicked into a wall by Oroku.

"Y/N!" Hamato yelled as you soon noticed a pillar falling but before it could it you Hamato ran to you as fast as he could and range from under the with you in his arms.

You never Oroku Saki the same way after that.

~End of Flashback~

You looked down as the memory came flooding back to your mind as Leo soon walked over to you and placed a hand on your shoulder.

"Don't worry we'll figure this out, together. " Leo said as he comforted you in his warm embrace.
