Y/N's POV
"D-Dad" you stuttered as your father pulled you into a hug you were speechless your father was still in Japan.

"Welcome back to the Foot Clan my darling daughter." He said as he released you from his embrace.

"Oroku Saki was supposed to come back to see you but he had more pressing matters to attend to." He continued as he walked around you as if trying to intimidate you.

"I was never apart the Foot Clan, the only clan that I am apart of is the Hamato Clan and it will continue to remain that way." You said as you grew impatient with your father and his lies.

You were about to walk out until your father's Foot soldiers stood in your way. You looked back at your father and gave him an unimpressed look.

"What's the rush Y/N?" He asked as he grabbed your wrist and pulled you towards him.

"How about one more test, for old times sake?" He asked as your eye's widened at his words, but that's when all the memories came flooding back of how he used as his little guinea pig for his experiments and testes.

10 years in the past

Your mother had just left to say goodbye to your sensei, you wanted to go too but your father told you that he needed for something very important so you stayed home and asked your mom to tell Hamato that you will miss him dearly.

That was when your father guided you to the shed in the backyard, it was pretty big but no one really went in there since your father uses it for 'storage' but before you entered the shed your father blindfolded you and guided you in to the shed.

'"Daddy, what are you doing?" You asked as he strapped you down to a metal table.

"Don't worry princess, we're just going to play a little game." He said as you struggled against the restraints.

"Daddy I don't like this game, my arms hurt." You said as your father soon removed the blindfold only for you to be greeted with a dark room, you lifted up your head only to see your father bringing over a metal tin with what looked to be tools.

"Daddy" you said as your voice trembled in fear. You saw your father going for a needle with a strange clear liquid inside.

"Don't worry sweetheart, it's all in good fun." He said as he injected the substance into your forearm.

You soon started to get light headed and your eye's became heavy as the urge to sleep washed over you and before you knew it you let the darkness engulf you into a sleeping state.

You were taken back by your fathers words as the memories kept coming back but before you could say anything you felt him continuously pulling on your wrist.

It hurt as you soon noticed that he was dragging you towards a large cage.

7 years in the past

"Daddy please I'm sorry!" You exclaimed as your father grabbed you by the wrist and dragged you outside.

Your mom was at work and you had just gotten out of school and were now stuck home alone with your father.

"Daddy please what did I do wrong!?!" You exclaimed as he dragged you to the backyard.

"You were supposed to do your chores this morning before you left to school!" He yelled causing you to flinch.

You were scared of what he was about to do to you, as he grabbed a rope with one hand while the other was still latched onto your wrist.

"You are going to be punished young lady" he said as he dragged you over towards one of the tree's and tied your wrists around it while your back was facing your father.

He took a pair of scissors and cut the back of your school uniform but that wasn't what scared you, what really scared you was when you heard a large stick snap.

You turned around and soon went wide eyed as your father held a thin stick (If you don't know what a stick is about to do in a situation like this google it my dad has had this as a punishment when he was a child and it is not fun) you turned away knowing what was to happen next and you closed your eye's tight as you soon felt a sharp stinging pain in your back.

He repeated the process of bringing his arm back and soon bringing down the thin piece of wood on your back.

"Papa ī, gomen' nasai, Papa ī, gomen' nasai!" You exclaimed but he wouldn't stop.

"Watashi wa gomen' nasai!" You yelled but he wouldn't listen and you were stuck tied to that tree for what seemed like years as you felt a warm liquid falling down your back and soon closed your eye's hoping that someone would save you from this nightmare.

Your father had finally brought you closer to the cage as his soldiers removed a large tarp from over the cage only to reveal the appearance of a wild wolf.

"Open the cage" your father said as a Foot Soldier did as he commanded. You weren't comfortable with this as your father soon pushed you into the cage.

You jumped up and as you were about to run out your father locked the cage door leaving trapped with the animal.

"Now than time to start our little test." He said as you soon heard a cranking sound only to realize that the cage was being lifted up.

"It's time to try this substance that Saki has given my clan" Your father said as his soldiers removed another large tarp only to reveal a huge amount of a green glowing like substance and you knew that something like this sent from Oroku Saki can only mean disaster.

As you closed your eye's preparing for what was to come next.

"Let her go!" You heard someone yell, you couldn't see anything since it was so dark but you could by the sound if the voice that it was-

"Leo!" You yelled only to hear a low growl coming from your father.

"Foot Soldiers attack!" He exclaimed but you had confidence that Leo would get you out of here.

You saw Foot soldiers knocked out everywhere but that's when you noticed something odd your father was holding something in his hand and you knew exactly what it was.

"Leo, look out!!!" You shouted as he turned around around attempted to dodge your father's attack until.

Bang

Your fathers weapon was a pistol. You saw Leo on the ground as he groaned and held his shoulder in pain.

"LEO!!!" You shouted as your father turned back to face you but soon turned back to Leo as he held pointed the pistol at the blue clad turtle.

"No please!!!" You shouted as your father looked back at you once again soon noticing your tear stained cheeks"

"It's me you want right!?!" You exclaimed as he kept his gaze on you.

"I'm the one you want not him! So what are you waiting for, I'm right here!" You exclaimed causing him to chuckle as he soon pointed the pistol at you but what you didn't expect was to see the wolf stand in front of you as if it was trying to protect you.

Your father chuckled to himself and just as he was about to pull the trigger Leo jumped up guided his arm to shoot somewhere else however, the bullet hit the chain that held you above the green substance.

"Ahhh!!!" You screamed as you fell into the substance. Pain soon filled your body as you felt as if you were changing somehow and before you knew it you felt your eye lids getting heavy as you soon let the darkness engulf you.

Leo's POV
"No!" I yelled as I heard Y/N scream the moment she made contact with the mutagen.

"Y/N!" I yelled as she fell from the mutagen and into my arm's, I was still in a lot of pain but I ignored it. I turned around with an attempt to run but this guy Y/N calls her dad pointed a gun at me as I slowly stepped back.

I felt my heart racing thinking that my life was about to end as I held Y/N in arms. But instead of hearing a gun shot I heard something no someone fall to the floor.

I opened my eyes to this mad man on the ground unconscious but when I looked up I saw Derek holding a metal pipe (Haha bet you guy's didn't see that coming now did ya).

"Come on we gotta get outta here before he wakes up!" Derek exclaimed as he opened the doors of the building and ran. I didn't know what to do but by the way things have been going tonight it doesn't look like I have much of a choice.

I ran as fast as I could until I was able to catch up with Derek. He called out for a taxi as one soon pulled over and took us back to Y/N's town of Kyoto.

We soon arrived back at Y/N's house as Derek opened the door and we rushed into the living room.

"Victoria, Sensei, guy's!" I yelled as everyone soon rushes into the living room.

"Leonardo!" Splinter exclaimed as my legs soon felt weak causing me to stumble a bit.

"Derek... What do you think your doing here!?!" Victoria exclaimed as he raised his hands into the air.

"He helped us miss Victoria" I said but soon heard my brother's gasp.

"Leo, dude what happened!?!" Mikey exclaimed as him and the other's noticed my injury.

"I'm fine guy's don't worry" I said but they weren't buying it.

"What happened to my daughter!" Victoria yelled as I sat down while Donnie took a look at my shoulder.

"This man Y/N called dad had her over a large tank of mutagen and he was armed with a gun and shot me in the shoulder. He was about to kill me but Y/N got his attention and he was about to kill her instead of me... I tried to make it so he wouldn't hit her but he fought back and pulled the trigger and than she..." I explained as Y/N's mother covered her mouth in horror.

"But if it weren't for Derek, we would've died" I said as I looked over at him and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Thank you" I said

"No problem man, but umm are we cool?" Derek asked as I nodded.

"Yeah we're cool." I said as I soon heard a low groan.

"Y/N?" I asked as her eye's fluttered open.

"L-Leo" she said as my eye's widened, I picked her up and spinner her around. I was so happy that she was okay as I gently pulled her into a kiss.

As I pulled away I soon heard a few gasps as we both turned to see our parents with their arms crossed.

"Leo" Y/N growled as she looked back up at me.

"My bad" I said as we soon stood up straight and bowed our heads apologetically.

"Mother, I'm so sorry" Y/N said but Victoria didn't respond.

"I'm so sorry Sensei" I said but I had gotten no response as well and before I knew it I heard Y/N whimpering as we all turned our gaze towards her.

"Y/N, it's okay" I said as she shook her head and before I could say anything else I gasped as a pair of ears and and a tail appeared.

"Y-Y/N" I stuttered as she stood up and touched her head soon feeling her ears as she gasped.

"W-What happened to me!?!" She exclaimed as I tried to calm her down but she continued to examine her new form and that's when I knew.

This is going to change everything.
