Danny took his phone out of his pocket and said, "I'm also tonight's DJ."

"Oh?" Jessica laughs.

"Yeah, I have many talents."

"Oh gosh!" Jessica rolls her eyes.

"Would you like to dance?"

"Of course." She smiles.

As they danced together Danny spoke softly.

"You know.. I know us sharing our feelings for each other was a.. shock, I guess. But honestly I really have been dreaming about this moment since I was in college."

Jessica looks up with a soft beautiful smile.
"Really?"

"Yeah.  I mea of course now it's different, but there were moments when I would see you and think.. Hmm.."

Jessica laughs, her cheeks turning pink.
"Why didn't you ever ask me out?"

"I don't know. Growing up, you were kinda like my sister.. and in a weird way I still feel like that. Not that I'd ever want to kiss my sister! But I mean the closeness that we share is very sibling like."

"I understand!" Jessica giggles.

"I knew I liked you, I just didn't want things to be weird so I didn't do anything about it. But recently I've felt.. different. I guess my feelings for you have grown. A little before you asked me to stay with you something clicked and I was like.. Oh wow.. I really like her! This is a brand new feeling and there's no stopping it now!"

Jessica giggles.

"And then when you asked me to stay.. Jess, I have to admit I was freakin out just a little bit."

"You're silly." Jessica laughs.

Danny chuckles and pauses for a moment as they continue dancing.

"You know.. I always knew you were pretty but.. I remember the day I realized you were gorgeous."

"What day was that?" Jessica smiles.

Danny chuckles.

December 2012.

"The Nutcracker!" Sarah shouted.

Evan nudged her, "Sarah, quiet! These are fancy ballet watchers!"

"So?"

"Act like you have some sense."

Sarah laughs. "I'm just excited! Jessica's like the main girl!"

"Yeah, what is she? The lemon drop?" Danny asks.

Sarah gives Danny a look. "The Sugar Plum Fairy, Arabian, and Snow Queen."

"Yeah, that!"

Sarah chuckles and nods her head.

Danny's mouth hung open the entire performance. Jessica was absolutely gorgeous.  Danny's favorite was watching Jessica perform "Arabian".

Danny's heart pounded in his chest as he watched her.  He's never felt anything like this before.

"Oh my gosh.
.... Oh my GOSH!" Danny sat in his seat after the last curtain call.

"You okay?" Sarah asks.

"I'm amazed." He says still staring at the stage.  The curtain was down already, but his eyes were still glued there as if Jessica were standing right in front of him.

"She was pretty good!" Evan says.

"She was Beautiful! How does she do that? She just spins on her toes like she's.. like she's.. I don't even know! She's just so good!  And so bendy!  Her legs!  They were split like bananas!"

Sarah and Evan laugh at Danny's amazement.

Danny, Evan and Sarah went to the stage door to see Jessica after the show.

"Hey guys! How did you like the show?  Did you fall asleep?" Jessica laughs.

"Of course not! Jessica, you were amazing!" Sarah hugs her.

"Yes, beautiful as always, Jess." Evan smiles.

"Aw, thank you!" Jessica then looks up to Danny and smiles.

"Did you like it, Danny?"

"I-I.. I.."

"Oh you hated it!" Jessica laughs.

"No! No, I loved it! I was amazed. I was in shock at what you were doing. You've gotten even better since the last performance you had! And you were good then!"

"Aw Danny, that's so sweet to hear. Thank you so much!"

Danny smiles and hugs her tightly.
"Oh and here!  These are for you!"

"Aw thank you!  These flowers are beautiful!"

Danny couldn't wipe the smile off his face.

"Danny's Jess' number one fan." Sarah laughs.

That was the first time Danny looked at Jessica and saw her in a different way. He of course always knew Jessica was a beautiful girl, everyone knew that. He just thought she looked more beautiful now than ever before. Her smile shined bright, and her skin glowed like an angel. Seeing Jessica do what she loved made Danny see so much more in her.  Jessica left her heart on that stage, and Danny admired her for it.

"Aw Danny, that's really cute! I didn't know you had feelings for me then."

"I couldn't help it. You were this beautiful glowing goddess."

"Oh wow!" Jessica chuckles. "It was actually just sweat. I wasn't glowing, I was just gross."

Danny chuckles. "Whatever it was, it was beautiful."

"Thank you." Jessica smiles and stares into Danny's eyes. Danny kisses Jessica's lips, letting his tongue dance with hers.

Jessica slowly pulls away and smiles. "I was wondering when you were gonna kiss me! I've been waiting all night!"

"Sorry!" Danny laughs. "I'll make it up to you." He winks and kisses her once again.

After a long night of dancing, talking, and drinking wine, Jessica was exhausted.

"You look sleepy, Jess."

"I am.." Jessica yawns.

"Come on. Let me walk you to your room." Danny smiles.

Jessica giggles. "You're such a gentleman!"

"Always!"

Danny took Jessica's hand and walked her up to her room.

"This is my stop." Jessica smiles. "Thank you for the lovely evening, Huston."

"You're very welcome, Lange. I had fun."

"I always have fun with you."

Danny smiles and kisses her lips.

"Mmmm.." Jessica moans very softly before pulling her lips from his. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight, Jess.."
