Vikk

I take a deep breath as I let Kay into the house.

I do feel insanely bad but I think I love JJ and I don't want to cheat on Kay but I guess I sort of already have.

"Hey Vikk! What did you want to talk about?" She asks as she kisses my cheek.

"Can we go upstairs?" I ask and she nods as her smile falls.

We walk upstairs and sit on my bed and I look at her.

"I have s-something that I think you should know" I say.

I feel as if I am going to be sick. I'm really nervous.

"Vikk what is it?" She asks in a concerned tone.

"I just" I pause and take a deep breath to calm myself down."I'm scared"

"Vikk its ok just tell me what's wrong" She says as she hugs me and rubs my back.

"I'm gay" I blurt out quickly.

I feel Kay immediately stiffen beside me before starting to rub my back again.

I feel tears start to fall from my eyes.

"Are you mad?" I sniffle.

"How could I be?" She asks as she wipes tears from her own eyes.

"I guess we aren't together anymore" She laughs.

I smile.

"So who's the special guy?" She asks.

"I'm not sure if I can tell you yet" I smile.

Kay playfully rolls her eyes.

"I'm proud of you Vikk, it takes a lot of balls to come out to your girlfriend" She laughs and I do to.

I smile and quickly hug her tightly.

"I'm just really sorry that our relationship had to end like this" I mutter quietly.

"Hey, its ok. I'd rather have you be happy and in a relationship with someone you actually love" She smiles.

"I do love you Kay, just differently than I thought" I sigh.

"Its ok Vikk" She says before standing up. "I have to record but I'll be back tomorrow"

I smile at her as she leaves my room.

Kay is honestly the best.

She accepts me and understood why I wanted to break up.

I stand up and run to JJ's room and pray that he isn't recording as I burst through his door.

Luckily he wasn't and he was standing up.

I ran to him and quickly kissed him eagerly.

At first he was surprised but then melted into the kiss before smiling on my lips.

"I'm guessing she reacted well" He chuckles.

I smile and nod.

"Well, now that you are a free man, would you like to go on a date with me tonight?" He asks as a smirk grows on his lips.

"I would love to" I say.

I sit in the living room with my arm draped lazily around Y/N.

The whole coffee table had snacks on it which we ate most of.

Though I'm not with her anymore, I'm happy we're friends and that I still get to talk to her.

We rushed into our last relationship which is why it probably didn't last that long.

We were never friends before and god I've missed out.

She is still absolutely perfect but I really enjoy being friends with her.

I do miss kissing her though. I also miss talking about our futures.

When we used to talk about our futures we always planned to still be together and have a few pets.

But things change and I'm stupid so that will never happen.

I also found out what her new boyfriend is like.

He seems really nice and she's happy with him and that makes me happy.

I love her and probably always will but she doesn't feel the same way anymore and I've accepted it.

I know that I can't make her feelings change and I respect that she doesn't like me like that anymore.

But it would be nice if she did.
