Jermaine's POV

Since everything was ok with Ocean and Nevaeh. The hospital allowed them both to come home the next day. It's been almost a week and it still feels weird having a baby in the house and seeing Michael as a loving and doting father and husband. I know he already was but I never seen much of him when DJ was born and even though their not I only really saw Ocean and Michael as two normal teenagers, so seeing them like this is on a daily basis is whole new experience for me.

"Morning!" Michael smiles sleepily coming into the kitchen with Nevaeh. "She's hungry again!?" I chuckle as he gets her another bottle "Yeah, she loves her milk" he smiles. "And your gonna get to meet you big brother today" he coos at her. "Are you guys taking her with you?"

"No, Ocean's gonna stay here with Nevaeh and I'm bringing DJ here"

"I don't mind watching her for and hour while you guys go out" I shrug and he shakes his head. "Thanks, but Ocean can't leave the house for 10 and neither can Nevaeh"

"Why?" I frown "because they might get an infection so they have to stay at home. We had to do the same with DJ"

Ocean's POV

After taking a bath, I go downstairs and Michael is in the living room with Jermaine and Nevaeh. "Hey, how you feeling?" Michael smiles and I nod smiling back at him. "Much better after my bath" I say sitting beside him and look at Nevaeh falling asleep in his arms. "Do you wanna hold her?" Michael asks about to hand her to me and I shake my head. "Best not disturb her.. She looks pretty comfy where she is" I smile watching her fall asleep in his arms.

I'm sat watching Tv and Michael is getting ready to go pick DJ up from my mothers for our visit. "Ok, now you be a good girl for mommy while I'm out" Michael coos handing Nevaeh over to me. "Your going now?" I ask nervously and he smiles through pursed lips and nods. "Mhm. I'm just going to pick DJ up and then I'll be straight back and don't worry I won't mention anything about Nevaeh, I'll say you just wanted to wait here or something"

"But what about her? What if...."

"You'll be fine. You've done this before remember?" He cuts me off and pecks my lips "I'll be back before you know it" he smiles and heads out leaving me holding Nevaeh. "Ok, let's go put you down for a nap" I smile at her and take her up to the nursery then go into mine and Michael's room to try and get some sleep before DJ gets here.

Michael's POV

"No Ocean, today?" Sherri asks looking at me suspiciously. "Just me" I fake a smile through pursed lips. "One day a week and she can't even be bothered to drive up to get him" she says sarcastically. "I'm sure she has a good reason" Gabby says softly making sure no arguments start. "DJs, gonna be spending the day at home with us so Ocean's cooking some food for when we get back" I shrug and Sherri walks out of the room not saying anything and I smile to myself knowing I won that one.

"Ok, you all set to go?" I smile at DJ as I strap him into his car seat and he squeals excitedly. "Mommy's waiting at home for you and we have someone very special we want you to meet today!" I smile excitedly. I've been looking forward to this day for so long and I can't wait to see DJs face when he sees he has a baby sister.

When I get home nobody is downstairs "they must be taking a nap, you wait right here" I say to DJ setting him down on the floor and tiptoe upstairs to our room and Ocean is lay watching Tv. "Hi" I smile "Hi" she smiles back, coming over and pecks my lips. "Where's DJ?"

"Downstairs. Is Nevaeh sleeping?"

"Mhm" she nods heads down to DJ and I quietly go to Nevaeh to check on her and she's wide awake.

I go downstairs and Ocean is sat playing with DJ. "Looks who else is awake" I smile going over to them. "Baba!!!!" DJ squeals excitedly. "We want you to come and meet somebody" I say to DJ kneeling down and he comes over excitedly "this is Nevaeh. And she's your baby sister"

"My baba!!!" He squeals excitedly staring at her.

Later that night after I've took DJ back to Jessica, I give Nevaeh her bath and I feel bad Ocean's just having to sit and watch, but she had to have a lot of stitches after she gave birth so she can't really do much at the moment and needs to rest. I don't mind doing most of the stuff and I actually enjoy doing it just like Ocean does. Which is why I feel bad all see can do right now is just watch and seems really down at the moment.

After her bath I put Nevaeh's PJs on and her lay on my bed with me while Ocean take a bath an gets ready for bed. "What's Nevaeh doing in here? She should be asleep" Ocean asks coming back into the bedroom. "She is sleeping" I whisper. "Come and get in bed with us"

"No, she has to go in her crib. She can't sleep with us" she says shaking her head, still standing and the door. "Ocean, come over here" I say soft yet sternly, sitting up and motioning her over to me and she slowly walks over and sits on the edge of the bed. "What's going on?"

"She's not DJ" she sighs "we can't just bring him here for the day then take him back to my mothers then come home and..."

"Baby, I hate having to take DJ back just as much as you do and you know that but..."

"We have a new one now" she shrugs cutting me off. "Is that what all this is about? You think we're replacing DJ?" she doesn't say anything and looks away and I hear her sobbing slightly. I take her hand and she turns to face me. "Baby, nobody's replacing anybody"

"That's it feels like. I see you with Nevaeh and you do the exact same things with her, you did with DJ and..."

"Because Nevaeh's our daughter. Just like DJs our son and nobody could ever replace him, just like nobody can replace her.... Come over here and lie down with us" I smile through pursed lips and she looks over at Nevaeh but doesn't say anything. "You don't to feel guilty for being a mother and loving her"

"I do love her but..."

"So come and lie down with us" she's hesitant at first then eventually lays down with me, with Nevaeh in the middle of us. "Now you get some rest" I whisper wiping the few tears on her face and peck her lips. "I love you"

"I love you too"
