Ocean's POV

I'm sat in the kitchen eating breakfast watching my mother attempt to feed DJ. "So what time will you be going to Sarah's?" She asks "not until this afternoon"

"Are you planning on taking your kid with you?" My father shrugs. I'm about to answer when my mother cuts me off. "No she won't be"

"I don't mind taking him with me" I smile and she shakes her head "well I do! He won't settle in a strange house and I don't want him around people I don't know"

"Well can I take him to the park for awhile before I go?" She's about to speak and my father quickly cuts her off "of course you can. Your mother could do with the break"

"I want him back by lunch time!" She says sternly and I nod agreeing with her then quickly head out before giving her a chance to change her mind.

Michael's POV

I'm on my way to the park to meet Ocean and DJ and I see Joseph walking towards me. I turn to go the other direction but he sees me. "I thought I warned you about coming back here!" He frowns walking over to me. "I just came to see Ocean and DJ I haven't been anywhere near your..."

"Why can't you just leave that poor girl alone?" He cuts me off. "Haven't you done enough damage to her? Just let them get on with their lives" I'm about to speak and he cuts me off again putting his hand up. "I don't want to hear anymore of your pathetic excuse and if I see you anywhere near my house or my family I will call the police and have you locked up again" he says sternly then walks off before giving me a chance to speak.

I get to the park and Ocean and DJ are sitting on the grass waiting for me. "Hey buddy, daddy's missed you!" I smile picking him up then kiss Ocean and sit on the grass joining them. "Is everything ok?" Ocean asks sensing there's something wrong. "Mhm" I fake a smile and turn to play with DJ. "What's happened?" She asks raising and eyebrow. "I just saw Joseph" I mumble "what!? Are you serious. If my mom finds out I let you near DJ she'll..."

I shake my head cutting her off "he didn't mention anything about your parents. He just said that if I go near his house or his family he'll call the police and..."

"And what?" She asks concerned "he said I've put you through enough and that I should leave the two of you alone" she sighs pulling me close to her seeing how upset I am.

"So how's everything going at home?" I ask changing the subject. "Well my mother still had know idea I've been sneaking DJ food and can't work out while DJ isn't eating"

"Are you still sneaking him little bits of sugar?"

"Mhm" she smiles he's been keeping her up all night and driving her crazy during the day" she giggles "we need to up are game" I smile handing her a small bottle of pills "it's melatonin. Just crush two of them up and sneak it into her drink every chance you get"

"I'm not trying to kill her!" I chuckle slightly shaking my head "it won't kill her it'll just make her drowsy a little. If DJs hyper all day and keeping her awake all night plus she thinks he's not eating the courts will see she can't take care of him"

Sherri's POV

After Ocean brings DJ back she sets off the her friend Sarah's house for the night. "Have you noticed she seems a little strange today" I turn to Jessica "how do you mean?"

"She's seems overly keen about spending the night at her friends house and even making you a cup of tea before she left. She never does that" I frown suspiciously "she's just trying to keep me sweet so I don't change my mind about letting her stay at Sarah's that's all" she yawns "you look exhausted"

"I feel it" she says getting up of the sofa with Duncan. "I'm going to put him down for his nap and try and get some rest myself" she yawns heading towards the stairs.

I'm coming back from the store and as I'm about to get to the door I see Joseph coming out of his house. "Good afternoon" he smiles through pursed lips and I nod smiling back at him the same way "so how's Duncan and Ocean doing?"

"They're doing good" I shrug not going into any detail "I see their back together then" I look at him confused "Ocean and Michael. I saw him earlier today"

"Oh yeah, he probably went to the park with them" I fake a smile pretending to know all about it "well as long as he stays away from my home. I guess it's none of my business" he shrugs. "You wouldn't happen to have Michael's address?" I ask and he looks at me confused "Ocean's staying there tonight and we're supposed to be taking Duncan later and she forgot to write down the address. Typical Ocean" I chuckle slightly under my breath. "He's staying with Jermaine" he goes into his house then returns a moment later with a piece of paper with the address on it.

I get inside and hurry upstairs to wake Jessica. "I knew it!!" She snaps when I tell her what Joseph said "I fucking knew it!" She starts dialling Ocean's phone and we hear ringing from in her bedroom "what a coincidence..she forgot her phone" I frown picking it up "looks like you can throw her out now" I smile and she shakes her head "she's not going to admit it is she? We need to find proof...I'll check her phone she'll probably have messages and calls from him" she take the phone from me then frowns throwing it on the bed "she has it protected"

"Can't you guess her password?" I ask and she shakes her head "it's one of the finger print locks"

Michael's POV

"I can't till she gets here" I say excitedly to Jermaine. And he smiles at me through pursed lips "what's wrong?" He takes a deep breath and sighs "should I be worried about tonight?" I look at him confused "ok. I'm just gonna say it...is it safe for me to leave the two of you alone"

"Of course it is! I'm not going hurt her if that's what your think" I mumble hurt that he'd even ask me that. " it's just..you know..with everything that's happened" I shake my head "everything's fine now, I told you and I've been keeping up with all my medication too"

"I'm sorry. I had to ask. I don't wanna be worrying all night"

"So don't! Everything's gonna be fine I promise" I smile through pursed lips " So how's DJ doing?" He smiles changing the subject "he's doing great!" I smile "and we think he's gonna be saying his first word soon. When we were in the café I'm sure he was trying to say Mamma and today at the park!"

"Pretty soon he'll be running around and giving to guys attitude" he chuckles.

Ocean's POV

I've been at Michael all day and apart from not having DJ with us we've had a great day and not had to worry about sneaking around or getting caught. I really want to call and check DJs  but I had to (forget) to take my phone incase my mother calls and tries to speak to Sarah or something.

It's getting pretty late and Michael and I are watching a movie. I'm sitting on his lap snuggling up on the sofa and the door starts knocking. "Who hell is knocking at this time?" Michael frowns getting up.

"fuck!" he whispers "what's wrong?" I whisper back "it's your mom" I quickly rush up stairs and hide and Listen from upstairs as Michael opens the door to her.

"What are you doing here?"

"Where is she!?" She snaps walking into the house. "Nice to see you too! Why don't you come in and make yourself at home!" Michael says sarcastically. "Quit the bullshit! I know she's here"

"Ocean!!" She calls out and I stay put not making a sounds (as if I'd just come running downstairs because she called my name)

"I know the two of you are back together. Now where is she!?"

"I have no idea. I haven't spoken to her months she blocked her number so I couldn't speak even if I wanted to"

"Your lying! Your father even told me he saw you today"

"Did he say he saw me with her?"

"Well no but.."

"But nothing. I went to see an old friend and that's it. I didn't even know Ocean's was back in town. last I heard she was living with some friend...Sarah or something"

"Now you listen to me!" She says sternly "if I found out you've been anywhere need Duncan or my daughter. I will make sure neither of you ever see him again do you understand!?"

"You can't keep him away from us forever"

"Try me!"

I hear the front door close and Michael comes upstairs and joins me sitting at the edge of the bed. "That was close...it's a good job you parked the car in the garage"

"That was too close! How did she even know your address?"

"Joseph must have given it to her" he sighs. I start getting upset and he wraps his arms around me. "It's gonna be ok" he reassures me "pretty soon we're gonna have DJ back and we'll all be will be long gone"

Michael's POV

We're sat cuddling on the bed for a while and I press my lips softly against hers. She kisses me back the same way and pretty soon our kiss deepens as we lower ourselves down onto the bed. I rest my hands on either side of her. Keeping my hands to myself (as promised) and start kissing that sweet spot on her neck. She moans slightly and I slowly start working my way lower down, still keeping my hands at the side of her. "Can I?"
