Monday morning

Ocean's POV

Michael has been really quiet today, he's been like this all weekend. I've tried to talk to him about it but every time I do he just ignores me. "I'll see you here after class" Michael mumbles as we get to my classroom then walks off before I can say anything.

I sit at my desk and start getting my things out of my bag "hey!" Tony smiles sitting next to me I turn and smile back "hey" as he starts getting his things out I notice he's not wearing his cast "your arms all better now!" He smiles flexing his arm "yup! Stronger than ever!" I giggle watching him flexing his (pretend muscles)

After class I stand outside to wait for Michael "you not going for lunch?" Tony asks standing next to me. I turn to speak but I get cut off "not with YOU she's not" Michael snaps from behind me. Tony leaves without saying anything "what was that for?" I look at him confused "would you rather go to lunch with him?" I shake my head "then c'mon" he takes my hand and we go for lunch.

We're sitting eating lunch and Michael puts his hand on mine "I don't want you talking to him anymore" he mumbles "what?" I look at him confused "you heard me, your MY girlfriend not his and I don't wanna see you with other guys" I shake my head "I wasn't WITH him or anybody! I was stood outside waiting for YOU" I snap "why are you being like this?" I ask shaking my head "how do you expect me to be when I see other guys all over you like that?" I shake my head "this isn't about someone talking to me. You've been like for days" he sighs and shakes his head at me "you know what? Let's see how you feel" he gets up an goes to walk away "where are you going?" I ask "you can find your own way home today" he snaps then walks off and sits next to a girl a few tables from me.

Michael's POV

We had two classes left before school finished an I made a point of walking past Ocean with Melissa each time. I thought she would try and come over but she just turned away, even when she saw me put my arm around her she didn't say anything.

After school I saw Ocean by her locker talking to Tony. Melissa was saying something but I wasn't really paying attention. She's been talking none stop since lunch. I can't hear what Ocean and Tony are talking about but she's smiling and laughing about something he just said. "So what do you think?" Melissa says snapping me from my thoughts "I think it's great!" I fake a smile putting my arm around her "c'mon I'll drive you home" and we walk straight past Ocean.

We're in the car and Melissa is STILL talking "and then me and my sister went to get ice cream and guess what we ordered?" I shrug "ice cream?" I say sarcastically "Triple chocolate!" She says with a surprised look on her face "can you believe it?" I roll my eyes and keep looking at the road "amazing!" I sigh and she carries on talking. The only reason I've been hanging out with Melissa was to make Ocean jealous so she'd see how it felt but it's like she doesn't even care I was talking to another girl, and I don't even like her in that way she's just some girl in my class and I wouldn't do anything with her I just wanted Ocean to see what it felt like if she was in my place

We stop at a red light and I see Ocean walking down the street with Tony and then it hit me. Ocean knows I wouldn't cheat on her that's why she hasn't reacted and got all pissed off like I thought she would but I need to know for sure.

"Baby?" Melissa giggles "it's on green" did she really just call me baby? That's Ocean's little pet name for me not hers she could have said Mike or Mikey or anything my friends call me but NOT baby! Ocean calls me that and Ocean only "baby what's wrong?" Melissa says bringing me from my thoughts once again "get out!" I snap and she looks at me confused "are you serious?" I roll my eyes "look I only hung out with you to piss my girlfriend off but it didn't work ok? Now get out" she shakes her head "you can't just kick me out" I shrug "I just did now get the fuck out before I push you out!" I snap and she finally gets out and I drive off to find Ocean.

Ocean's POV

I don't why Michael being this way as much as it hurt me I've made a point of ignoring him "so are you an Michael broke up now?" Tony says bringing me from my thoughts "I have no idea" I sigh and it's true I really don't. Maybe he wanted to be with her all along that's why he's been causing arguments so he had an excuse to dump me. I've done nothing but love him and he just used me until he found something better "do you wanna go sometime?" Tony ask bringing me from my thoughts once again "Maybe we can go see a movie or something" I shake my head "I don't think that would be such a good idea"

We keep walking and we're suddenly stopped in our tracks when Michael pulls his car up right in front of us "we need to talk" I shake my head "I tried to talk to and you left me to go with someone else" I snap and turn to walk away but he gets out and starts following me. "Maybe I should leave you two to talk" Tony stuttered "bye!" Michael snaps at him and stands in front of me "please talk to me" I shake my head "why should I after what you did with her?" I start to walk away and he grabs my arm "I didn't do anything with Melissa trust me" I pull away from his grip "like you trusted me with Tony? You used me Michael!" I snap "you said you loved me and all this time you were just using me for practice until something better to come along" he shakes his head an about to speak but I cut him off "don't! I don't wanna hear it" I croak trying to fight back the tears and walk away

Michael's POV

After Ocean left I sat in my car and burst into tears. I never wanted to hurt her I just wanted her to see what it felt like when I see her talking to that guy all the time. It broke my heart when she said she thought I was using her for practice until something better came along. I love her more than anything I'd never use her and no girl will ever come close to her.

I tried calling but she switched her phone off and I waited for her at the window but she never showed. I knew she was awake because even though her curtains were closed I could see her light was still on. After 3 hours of waiting and hoping she'd come to the window her light went off and a knew she wasn't gonna show
