5:55pm outside the Carter's home

Michael's POV

"Now promise me your gonna be nice" Ocean says sternly "I swear I'm gonna behave" I roll my eyes and she rings the door bell "but if he says something..." I mumble. She turns to say something but the door opens cutting her off "you must be Ocean and Michael!" A woman smiles opening the door. She invites us in and starts talking to us...well more rambling a whole bunch of do's and don'ts. "hey Ocean, thought I heard your voice!" Tony walks in smiling "hi, Tony" I smile smugly "Oh, um, hi Michael" he stuttered akwardly "Michael's gonna help you guys babysit" his mother smiles "it's just one kid I don't think we'll need three people" Tony mumbles "Michael HAS to be here to chaperone Ocean or something like that, it's a  Jehovah thing" his mother says checking her purse for something "and don't be so rude" she snaps.

After Tony's parents leave the his little brother start calling for Tony "I'll be right back" Tony sighs heading upstairs "so this is gonna be an easy night" I smile pulling Ocean into me "we can make him do everything" she smiles back wrapping her arms around my neck and I lean in kissing her. I go to deepen my kiss and she pulls away slightly "what's wrong?" I frown confused "I thought you were gonna behave?" She smirks "and I am, I've been very nice to Tony" I smirk pulling her closer "I didn't say I'd behave with you" I wink making her giggle then start kissing her again and again she breaks away "just one kiss?" I pouts playfully and she pecks my cheek "there you go" she giggles trying to walk away but I keep a firm grip on her waist and I shake my head "try again" after two or three times of teasing me with little kisses she finally gives in kissing me with the passion I wanted.

Tony's POV

I can believe Ocean invited Michael to come along. I thought for sure the two of them had broken up. Ocean is way too good for Michael. I feel really awkward him being here but I couldn't say anything since my mother doesn't know Michael was the one that beat me up a few weeks ago or that it's him and his brothers were the ones who picked on me for years.

I'm half way down the stairs and I can hear Ocean and Michael  in the kitchen. I open the door slightly and I see Michael holding Ocean close to him and it looks likes she's trying to push him away "one more kiss and I'll leave you alone" Michael says to her. I open the door fully and they quickly move away from each other. "Oh! We was just um... Getting some water" Ocean stutters "so...shall we watch a movie or something?" Michael smiles a pretty obvious fake smile. "Sure, I'll go order us a pizza you two can choose the movie" I shrug.

Ocean's POV

Michael has kept his promise and has been being nice to Tony. He's made the odd bitchy comment but at least he's trying.

I'm looking through Tony's DVDs and Tony's brother calls for him again "um, I guess I'll go and see to him" Tony mumbles getting up "what's wrong with him?" I mutter confused looking through the DVDs  "he's probably mad because he thought you and him would be alone" Michael mumbles searching through the CDs. "I thought we talked about this?" I sigh walking over to him. He puts a CD in then turns and  wraps his arms around me smiling through pursed lips "dance with me" he whispers pulling me closer. I rest my head on his chest and start slowly dancing with him to Ed Sheeran 'thinking out loud'
"Pizza's here!" Tony shouts answering a knock at the door. Michael and I sigh as Tony just ruins a perfect moment between us.

Tony's POV

We're all sitting on the couch watching Halloween. Personally I hate horror movies since they scare the shit out of me but Ocean chose it and I didn't wanna look like a wuss in front of the two of them not that they were even paying attention anyway. the second the lights were out they spent the whole time making out and I knew Michael was only doing it to get at me.

Even though I don't like horror I started getting into it. As the really creepy, tense dramatic music starts playing. The front door open and I jump up screaming a high pitched scream. "We're back" my dad says switching on the light. I look next to me and go bright red with embarrassment as  Ocean and Michael are laughing like crazy.

Michael's POV

We're driving home and every now and then I hear Ocean giggling to herself making me laugh. "I've never heard anyone scream like that" she giggles. We still can't get that image out of our head of Tony jumping up squealing.

I stop the car around the corner from our street  "why are you stopping?" Ocean looks at me confused and I smile stroking the side of her face with my thumb "because I wanna kiss you goodnight" I lean over giving her a tender yet passionate tongue laced kiss before starting the car again.

We pull up at my driveway and I get out and go around to open the door for Ocean. "Thanks for coming with me tonight" she smiles "I would have come over anyway" I laugh slightly under my breath and she does the same. She's about to say something but then suddenly freezes "what is it?" I frown looking behind in the direction she was looking "I just saw somebody"

"I don't see anything" I turn back to her "baby, it's just the trees and some bushes" I giggle "I'm serious there was someone there!" She looks at me genuinely worried "c'mon we'll both go an check it out" I say taking her hand. We walk around the side of her house to where the trees and bushes our. "It's probably just the movie that's got you all paranoid" I whisper so the old couple that live there don't hear up "I'm sure I saw somebody standing right there" she points. "Ocean!" Jessica whispers in a pissed off tone, walking out of her house over to us "what the hell are you doing?" She snaps "Ocean thinks she saw the boogie man" I giggle "there was someone there I'm sure" Jessica shakes her head "well there's nobody there now is there? Now get in the house before someone sees you. What would people think seeing you two sneaking around in the middle of the night?"

"They'll think we're looking for the boogie man" I chuckle slightly and Jessica looks at me with a frowns "thank you Michael! Don't you have a home to go to also?" I say goodnight to the both of them then make my way into my house.

Ocean's POV

When I got home I when upstairs to put my PJs on still feeling a little creeped out. "You've been watching them ridiculous horror films again haven't you?" Sherri say walking into my room with a glass of warm milk "but I really did see..."

"it was probably just a stray cat or something hiding under a bush" she rolls her eyes handing  me the glass of milk "now you get some sleep" she smiles kissing my temple.

I close my door then turn round and see Michael opening his window "hi" I smile faintly  "you feeling ok now?" He asked looking genuinely concerned "yeah" I sigh "my aunt reckons it was just a cat or something" I shrug and he smiles biting his lower lip "go and lock your door" he whispers and I look at him confused "trust me" I go an lock my door and when I turn around Michael is climbing into my window "I was gonna give you this tomorrow, but I thought you might wanna use it tonight" he whispers handing me a teddy bear that's holding a heart that says 'I love you' I smile taking it from him "Awww he's adorable" I whisper back cuddling it "if you still feel scared just throw something at my window an I'll come back over ok?" I smile pulling him close to me "I love you" I whisper kissing him "I love you too" we break away from are hug and Michael starts climbing back out of my window "now try and get some sleep" he says before making his way back to his house.

I close my curtains and get into bed smiling to myself, cuddling the teddy Michael gave me, which I've decided to call Mikey. After my sweet, adorable boyfriend.
