Shine is sitting beside Yuzuru in his bed, when someone knock at the door.

Knock...knock

Shine get down from the bed and open the door.

"Allen!"Shine said, somehow surprised by Allen's presence.

"Hi Yuzuru! how are you?" Allen politely greets Yuzuru in nihongo as Shine stand at the doorway.

"I am fine. Thank you" Yuzuru politely answer.

"Shine, can we go now?"Allen asked as he looked at her.

Shine walk back towards Yuzuru as Allen follow her.

"Allen, can't I stay here tonight?"Shine asked Allen while she stand beside Yuzuru's bed.

Allen frown, "Yuzuru, excuse us for a moment" he said to as he grab Shine in her wrist and slightly drag her out.

Shine looked at Yuzuru with a smile while Allen is slightly pulling her out. She immediately release her hand from Allen when they reach outside.

"Shine, just what do you think you are doing ha?" Allen asked in a calm but obviously displeased manner.

"Allen, I only have until today to be with him. I want to spend every single second of it with him" Shine argue.

Allen put his hands in his waist as he's frustrated.

"Please Allen! it will be my last night with Yuzuru. I don't know if I can meet him again" Shine plead more as she hold Allen's arm.

Allen inhale deeply.

"Okay! okay! but we'll have to leave early tomorrow back to Canada" Allen agree to Shine's request, when he saw tears are building up from her eyes.

Shine nodded.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow. No extension!" Allen said firmly to Shine.

"Thank you" Shine said. Allen patted Shine's head, he smile and walk away.

Shine wipe her tears as she enter Yuzuru's room.

"Where is Allen?" Yuzuru asked in Japanese while Shine closes the door.

"He left first, he said that he'll need to do something" Shine answer in Japanese too as she walks toward him.

"What was that?" Yuzuru asked Shine again while she sit beside him.

"Nothing" Shine answered him in English with a smile.

Yuzuru looked at Shine and he know that her conversation with Allen is not nothing. But he doesn't want to waste time arguing, so he chooses not to asked her more.

Early morning the next day, Shine's phone vibrates, Allen texted her.

Allen

Are you ready to go? I am outside his room, waiting.

Shine

I'll be out in just a sec. Let me  just say my final goodbye to Yuzu.

Shine press send and she put her phone back in her purse .

"Yuzu, I'll have to go now" Shine said but the way she hold Yuzuru's hands, she obviously don't want to leave him yet.

"Is that Allen? Is he going to picked you up already?" Yuzuru hesitantly asked Shine in Japanese.

Shine nodded with a weak smile on her face.

"Do you really need to go this early?" Yuzuru asked as he don't want to let go of Shine's hand too.

"I wish I don't have to but my parents and Min will be worried" Shine sadly reply.

Yuzuru sigh.

"I guess it can't be help then. I don't want to worry them" Yuzuru sadly said. Shine is suddenly surprised when Yuzuru embraced her. Shine smile and decided to embraced him too.

"See you in Canada soon"Shine said as she hugged him tighter.

Yuzuru then hold Shine's hands.

"I love you, Shine. Ever since I've meet you again, you've become the only reason for my happiness. Please promise me that you will not leave me no matter what! I just can't lost you again." Yuzuru sincerely said to Shine, in Japanese.

"Premonitions?" Shine asked in her mind as she frown at him. Shine cupped Yuzuru's face and looked directly in his eyes.

"I love you too Yuzuru. I can't love someone else if they are not you" Shine assured him. "And... just in case...you can't find me, just look for this" Shine added while she show her bracelet to Yuzuru.

Yuzuru nod. He then planted a soft kiss in Shine's forehead.

"Aishiteru yo" Shine said I love you in Japanese to Yuzuru while she looked at him thru her lashes.

"watashi mo anata wo aishiteru" Yuzuru's reply to Shine, as he says he love Shine too.He then kissed her in the lips.

Shine close her eyes and tears fall down in her cheeks as she kiss Yuzuru back.

Shine arrived at Canada that night. She was immediately taken to the hospital to execute their plan.

Shine is lying on a bed in a quiet, white private room, that is neither too small nor too big. Shine's eyes are close, her lips are dry and her skin is pale. Her head is wrap with a bandage. There are two IV fluids hanging in a pole at her right side and a TV-like monitor in her other side with it's every beep indicates whether Shine is still alive or not. Shine really look like a sick person in a coma.

The door slide open and three footsteps are walking toward her bed.

"You have visitors honey" Mom said. She planted a soft kiss in her forehead before she leave and join Allen in the couch.

"Hi Shine"

"Monika!!!" Shine said in her mind as she immediately recognized her voice.

"I am here with the boys, Nam and Javi" Monika said with a shaky voice.

"Hi Shine! it's me Nam! Mah brother, Yuzu will be coming here soon. Just hang in there, okay?!" Nam said and his voice cracks too, as he hold Shine's cold hand. Nam's hands are soft and warm and he obviously didn't do any dishes.

"Shine, it's Javi! Get well already! The club is not the same without you there" Javier said as he is trying to hold his voice not to break too. He also hold Shine's other hand, his are more matured male hands —soft and warm too, but by the texture of his hand, Shine can tell that he's living alone.

"Guys! I will come back!.soon... hopefully" Shine said in her mind as she wants to hugged them, especially Monika which is like a sister to her.

Bam

Suddenly, the door loudly slide open and someone rush in. Shine immediately recognized a sweet-lemon like scent coming from Yuzuru. He immediately kneel beside Shine, catching his breath. There are liquid coming from him — is it a sweat or tears? Shine don't know, but it did wet her arms as he bury his face. Javier instantly move to Yuzuru's side and patted his back; he is assisting Yuruzu to sit on a chair beside Shine's bed. While Nam and Monika move back to give them some space. Yuzuru hold Shine's hand tightly while he bring it over to his face.

"Shine...It's me Yuzuru...how can this happened?...you were just with me 2 days ago" Yuzuru said in nihongo as his tears are continuously flowing from his eyes.

"Yuzuru... calm yourself....you know it's not good for you...Your asthma—" Shine said in her mind. But before she can finish, the pill that Allen gave her earlier is taking it's effect now and it's becoming harder to breathe. They decided to go for Plan B after all.

Beep...beep....beep...

The monitor starts to be noisy. A doctor and a nurse rush in. Suddenly, there is a chaos in the room. Allen, that is inside the room too with Mom, immediately usher Nam, Monika, Javier and even Yuzuru out.

"I love you guys...I love you... Yuzuru... always" Shine said in her mind as her chest become heavier and heavier.

Shine can still hear a confused voice of Yuzuru.

"What is happening?" Yuzuru worried and panicky asked Allen.

But Allen did not answer Yuzuru.

"Just stay here for a while"Allen command with authority in his voice instead.

"Allen, dear..." Mom said as she is crying too —maybe she is thinking what it feels to lose Shine for real.

"Everything will be alright" Allen assured Mom as he push Mom out too.

Then, Allen rush to close the door and pull down the blinds in the room. He give instructions to the doctor and nurse and he start to pump Shine's chest—her heart completely stop.

But Shine is not responding.

"You can't give up, Shine!" Allen loudly said as he continue to pump her chest ferociously.

"What did they say?" Shine asked Yuzuru as she walk toward him, worried. Yuzuru smile while his wheelchair is being push by his mother, closer to her.

"Don't worry, they say I am good but I still need to stay here today for more test" Yuzuru said while he hold Shine's hand briefly. The camera behind them try to get a glimpse of Yuzuru and Shine but Yumi and his handler —in Shine's opinion—blocked the reporters from taking an image of them. Yuzuru face the reporters in a wheelchair and give a small speech on how thankful he is for the support he is getting. Then Yuzuru smile one more time to cameras and wave goodbye. Yumi then push Yuzuru towards a small private room that is assigned to him. Inside his hospital room, Shine assist Yuzuru as he walked to settled himself in the bed.

"Shine, this is Mr. Takahashi Horishima, he is in- charge of Yuzuru's safety. As you know he is quite big here" Yumi immediately introduce the man in suit to Shine.

"O please Mama!"Yuzuru blushed in embarrassment.

Shine walks forward and she extend her hand to Takahashi.

"I am Shine. Nice to meet you, Sir" Shine greets him in nihongo.

"I am Takahashi. I guess I'll be seeing you often" Takahashi said as he shake Shine's hand and smile. Shine blush as she hear him.

Shine can feel the gentleman and authoritative aura coming from Takahashi.

Shine looked at Yuzuru and smile.

"Yuzu! I know how popular you are here. I saw posters of you in the airport. Plus, I also saw this kid reading a magazine with you as the cover" Shine teased Yuzuru more, and chuckle.

Yumi notices that Shine and Yuzuru needed time alone.

"Mr. Takahashi we need to discuss Yuzuru's security further, maybe thru a cup of coffee?" Yumi said to Takahashi as she smile to both Yuzuru and Shine.

Takahashi immediately get what Yumi mean and agree to leave Yuzuru and Shine alone. When Yumi and Takahashi leave the room,Yuzuru tap the side of his bed to signal Shine to sit beside him. Shine gladly follow him. The moment Shine sit beside Yuzuru, he immediately lay his head down on her lap.

"It feels more comfortable this way"Yuzuru said looking up to Shine with a smile on his face.

Shine brushes her hands in Yuzuru's hair and she smile while she looked down to his face.

"Sorry I didn't call yesterday" Shine said with a sad voice.

"It's Okay...I mean, now that you are here, I understand everything perfectly" Yuzuru said.

Shine smile as she continue to brush her hand to Yuzuru's hair.

"By the way, Where are you staying?" Yuzuru suddenly inquire.

"I am staying at the hotel near the airport with Allen. You know my parents, they wouldn't allow me to come unless he's with me" Shine relay the fact.

"I understand them. I will not allow you too to come here without any companion..." Yuzuru said as he touch her face, "not that it's not safe but the distance" Yuzuru added.

Shine looked the bandage in Yuzuru's chin. She touch it softly and her tears can't help but to fall.

Yuzuru turn to sitting position and turn Shine's face to him.

"Don't cry. See, it doesn't hurt anymore" Yuzuru said trying to cheer up Shine.

"But—" Shine try to speak but words fail her. She embraced Yuzuru tightly as she can. Yuzuru embraced Shine back. Ironically, this is a happy moment for Yuzuru and Shine to be in each others arms.

Shine stop crying but she is still sobbing as she and Yuzuru wipe her tears.

"How did the two of you crash with each other? I mean, there is plenty of room in the ice rink?" Shine curiously asked.

"We didn't see each other until it's too late.Then BAM we crash to each other"Yuzuru answered.

"You shouldn't had....skated" Shine said hesitantly, because she knew what will his response be.

"I need to Skate...I want to!" Yuzuru said firmly but not in a irritated tone. Shine did not argue, she doesn't want to waste her every second remaining with him arguing. Yuzuru move closer to her as put his hand over her hands.

"I'm fine now. And besides, now that you are here, I feel a lot better already" Yuzuru said with a smile as he assure Shine.

Shine fake a smile.

Yuzuru planted a soft kiss in her forehead.

"I know, what I did was risky. I know, people will not understand me. It doesn't matter to me 'cause I love what I do" Yuzuru said as he places his forehead against hers with their eyes closed.

"But I want you to understand me. I need you to be by my side...to support me. I know, that you sometimes don't fully understand my decision but please just trust me" Yuzuru said more.

"I'll always trust you" Shine answer. Her answer is the assurance he needed.

Then, Shine move her head a little back away from his. Yuzuru just looked at her as she speak more.

"I know you are strong enough to fight back all the hardship that you are experiencing or will experience. And when I am gone..."

Yuzuru is about to counter her. "Shhh..listen to me first" Shine said as she put her index finger over his lips and hush him.

Yuzuru nodded and listen to Shine more.

Shine put down her hands and looked directly at Yuzu's eyes. "I can't always be with you like today, or at least not physically, right? So when that time come, I am assured that you can handle anything with or without me...just on your own" Shine said softly with a smile.

Yuzuru nodded again as he understand her. He then hold Shine's face in place and kissed her passionately. Shine kissed him back and she shift to hugged him.

"I love you Yuzu...even when I am not around remember that I am still loving you. That I am always missing you" Shine said as she hugged him tighter.

Yuzuru pull her away and he hold her in the shoulders.

"I love you, too Shine...so much...And even now that you are with me, I still miss you and I will be feeling like this for the next century of my life" Yuzuru said and smile. He then kiss her again.

"I need to live for him" Shine said in her mind. Then she heard Allen scream her name.

"Shine!!!" Allen said while he continue to pump her chest.

Shine suddenly open her eyes and gasp for air. Allen looked at her and kiss her in her cheeks as a he is relief that she open her eyes.

"Take this, it will slow your breathing" Allen handed another pill to Shine. Shine take and drink the pill without any hesitation.

"Time of death: 3pm..." the doctor loudly said for everyone outside her room to hear. Another pair of unknown people come inside and they fake-push Allen out of the room. The people immediately cover Shine with a blanket. They covered Shine well that the up and down of her stomach is unnoticeable. As they start to move Shine out of the room, Shine can see Yuzuru is being hysterical while Javier and Yumi is holding him. Monika seem to faint in Nam's arm while Mom and Allen are just being a great actors.

"SHINE!!!" Yuzuru releases a loud scream in the hallway. He is extending his arms forward to reach Shine but Javier is stopping him to come near her.
