"O..kay" Monika slowly said.

Monika then squint her eyes and looked at Shine suspiciously.

"why?" Shine innocently asked, as she see the expression on Monika's face.

"Is there something going on between you and Yuzuru?" Monika asked straight away.

"What?...No!... How can you think of that?" Shine defensively said.

"Relax! Don't be mad. Let me explain first" Monika said.

Shine frown and she crossed her arms.

"It's just that, I still can't understand, why Yuzu jump out of the elevator that night?"

"I thought Yuzuru already made that clear for everybody!" Shine short reply.

"Yah! But for some reason, I'm just not buying that 'he can't leave you alone' alibi of him"

"If you are confused, how about me? I am the one who is left hanging by his recent actions" Shine's inner self frustratingly said.

Shine exhale -to calm herself before she continue.

"What's not to believe? You said it yourself, Yuzuru is a nice guy. He is just being a 'nice guy' that night" Shine defend him instead.

Monika is about to counter when Nam, Javier and Yuzuru came to the front desk. Shine can see a innocent and nice guy Yuzuru is back again.

"What are you girls arguing about?" Nam asked looking at Monika and Shine.

"Nothing!" Monika said and she is obviously lying.

"It's fine if you don't want to tell us now! we just came to asked if you are free later?"Nam asked and smile.

"Why?" Shine innocently asked Nam.

"Javi, wants to chill with us tonight" Yuzuru answer.

"Isn't you guys supposed to be preparing for the grand prix? especially you two, since Skate Canada is just a week from now" Shine asked, referring to Nam and Yuzuru.

"A week is not plenty of time but that's still enough time to practice and relax, Hana" Javier answer for Nam and Yuzuru instead.

Shine then looked at Yuzuru.

"Yuzuru, Patrick is coming back in Skate Canada, aren't you're worried?" Shine directly said to Yuzuru, to lecture him more -she seem like an old lady sometimes.

Monika place her arms around Shine.

"Hana, a night will not be bad. And besides they probably need to release their stress too"Monika convinced Shine before Yuzuru can speak.

Yuzuru, Nam and Javier all nod in agreement.

"Alright! Alright! Where do you guys wants to 'chill'?"Shine asked in surrender.

"At my place" Javier joyfully answer.

"I am coming, if Hana is coming"Monika hurriedly said and looked at Shine.

The three of them looked at Shine too.

"Great Monika, now I really can't say no!" Shine's inner self sarcastically said.

Shine see a small smile in Yuzuru's face.

"What was that? Are you happy?" Her inner self cranky said.

"Kazumi is in the US for Skate America. And she will not be back until later next week " Yuzuru suddenly said, he's reminding her.

"So, what do you say, Hana?"Nam asked Shine, breaking her eye contact with Yuzuru.

"You can also bring Allen" Javier suggested -to convince Shine more- before she can say her answer.

Yuzuru frown, he obviously against the idea.

"I'll go!" Shine finally agree.

"Great!"Nam happily said.

"why do we have to always convinced you?"Monika rhetorically asked while she smile to Shine.

"Because her presence is what makes everything complete"Yuzuru suddenly said and smile.

Everyone looked at Yuzuru. They are surprised by his statement.

"Yuzu, Hana already agreed to come. You don't need to flower-talk her" Monika said and laugh, everyone laugh too.

"Well Ladies, we'll go back inside now!Laters" Javier suddenly said to both Shine and Monika.

"Okay, see you guys later" Monika said with a smile on her face.

"Later" Shine said and wave to them.

When the boys are few steps away from the reception, Yuzuru turn his head around and winked at Shine. Luckily, Monika wasn't looking, but Shine suddenly feel hot and her face turns red.

At Javi's apartment.

"What are we going to do here?" Shine asked Javier, while Javier is opening his apartment door.

Javier's bachelor pad is a one room-one bath apartment. It really suites Javier - a single, young adult male living on his own.

"Come in first..." Javier said while he hold the door widely open for them.

As they enter, his Spanish orientation can really be seen in his pad.

Nam and Yuzuru sits on the floor, while Monika and Shine sit on a sofa, that is only good for two people.

"Sorry guys, it's not as big as Hana's house" Javier said as he joined them.

"Don't worry about it! You don't need a big house anyway. You are the only one staying on it" Nam said the fact.

"Plus, it will be just troublesome to maintain a large house. Imagine all the cleaning and stuff" Shine added and everyone agrees.

"But what are we going to do here?" Monika then asked Javier again.

"I am hungry, I think we should order something first...a pizza maybe" Nam said holding his stomach.

"Yuzuru is not a fan of pizza. Maybe you guys can order pizza while me and Monika can go in the store to buy something for Yuzuru" Shine suggested.

"How do you know that Yuzuru don't like pizza?"Javier start his teasing.

Shine didn't hear Javier because her phone keeps on vibrating and it's bothering her. She freed her phone from her purse and see a couple of messages from Allen.

Allen

Don't leave Javier's house. I'll explain everything tomorrow but for the mean time, follow Nam and Monika. And Don't reply.

Allen

Don't be scared Hana, everything is under our control! Everything is going to be okay!

Shine frown then sigh.

"Why?"Javier concernedly asked.

"Ha? Nothing" Shine said shaking her head.

"Is that Allen?" Javier asked as he see Shine keep her phone back to her purse.

"Yah, he said he can't come and he's sorry about it" Shine casually said.

"Now! I know see why are you sighing!" Javier said teasing Shine again.

"Hana, why don't You, Monika and Yuzuru just stay here, while Javier and Me will buy stuff in the store" Nam suddenly interject.

"Since we know the area better" Nam added.

"Nam must be really hungry!" Monika joked.

"This is probably what Allen is telling me; to follow Nam and Monika" Shine said in her mind.

"And also, it's not very gentleman thing to do, if we let you girls buy stuff for us " Javier said.

"We'll leave Yuzu, we can't just leave two beautiful girls alone. Is that okay Yuzu?" Nam said and he is a bit bossy -Shine never seen Nam so commanding before.

"Of course!" Yuzuru agree.

Nam and Javier head out while Monika, Shine and Yuzuru stay.

"So, Yuzuru when are you planning to tell us the girl you've been 'eyeing'?" Monika asked Yuzuru the moment Nam and Javier are gone.

Monika's phone suddenly beep loudly.

Monika read her message and immediately stand up.

"Hey Guys, sorry, I have to leave you alone for a moment" Monika said and hurriedly exited.

"Allen also probably order her to guard outside" Shine said in her mind.

"So, I guess we are alone" Shine said.

Yuzuru stand up and sit beside Shine. He is quiet and seems like to be thinking.

An awkward air starts to build between them, so Shine decided to speak first.

"So, what are you plans after Skate Canada?" Shine asked as she open a topic for them to talk.

"I don't know yet"Yuzuru said and shrug his shoulder.

"Are you going back immediately to Japan?" Shine hesitantly asked.

Shine can't hide her true feelings -that she don't want Yuzuru to go far away.Yuzuru looked at Shine and smile.

"Do you want me to go?" Yuzuru bring back the question to her.

"That's up to you!" Shine said looking at Yuzuru.

"But do you want me to go?" Yuzuru said but he's more playful this time.

"Yuzuru!" Shine loudly said.

"You are so cute, you know!" Yuzuru grin and pinch Shine in her cheek.

Shine frown more. As Yuzuru seems like to be enjoying the looked in her face. Shine really wants to hear his answer and it's shown in her face .

"It depends. But my plan is to go back in Japan before NHK" He said honestly.

"Depend on what?" Shine curiously asked.

"It depends on you!" Yuzuru answer playfully without any hesitation.

"You. Going back to Japan. Depend on Me?" Shine repeats, maybe she heard him wrong.

"Yes! YOU!"Yuzuru answer with emphasis in a more serious tone.

Shine looked confused.

"Why Me?"She said.

Yuzuru move closer to Shine. He turn to face Shine; his arm is extended to the back of the couch while he looked at her eyes directly.

"Because...I am..." Yuzuru said and pause -nice and playful Yuzuru has been replace by seductive Yuzuru .

"You are what?"Shine asked again, scared yet she wants to hear his answer at the same time.

Shine can see his eyes is getting dark again; so Shine move away from him.

Yuzuru move too until Shine reach the arm of the couch. Yuzuru smirk and decided to continue.

"I like you Hana! No, let me correct that, I am starting to fall in love with you"

Shine blinked as she is shocked by Yuzuru's sudden confession.

"Love me? Isn't you said that you can only love Shine?" Shine asked in a low voice.

"I did! And that was my honest feelings. But then, I get to know you and things have change"

Shine inhale and Yuzuru's scent is intoxicating her again.

"Are you ready to forget her?"Shine asked in a low and airy voice.

Yuzuru look in Shine's eyes then to her lips.

"I'll try!...I am a good listener you know. You said I need to move on and that's what I am going to do now" Yuzuru said seductively to Shine.

"Why are you suddenly like this?"Shine asked as she try to stay logical.

Yuzuru hold Shine's face in place and put his forehead against hers. Then he closes his eyes.

"Because I don't want to lost you again!" Yuzuru said and breath.

"You didn't lost me!" Shine said the fact to Yuzuru.

Shine sigh and try to release her face from Yuzuru's hold.

"I am tired of being 'the nice guy' in the eyes of everyone Hana...I just want to do what my heart is telling me to do"Yuzuru said and he releases Shine's face.

Yuzuru open his eyes and looked at Shine. Shine slowly open her eyes too.

"What does your heart tells you?"

"My heart said it wants to be with you"He said looking at Shine passionately.

The door suddenly opens, Yuzuru and Shine immediately separate.

"What's keeping those two too long?" Monika asked as she enter the room.

Yuzuru stand up to give Monika back her seat and he sit on the floor again.

"Oh it's hot in here" Shine suddenly said as she turn her hand into fan.

Yuzuru laugh at the sight of Shine.

Monika frown while she alternately looked at Yuzuru and Shine.

"What are you guys talking about?"Monika suspiciously asked the two of them.

Shine and Yuzuru looked at each other and weakly smile.

Shine feel happy but sad at the same time. Happy because she know Yuzuru is in love with her. But sad because she knew that it is Hana that he love now and not Shine.
