__ Reese's POV __

I was having lunch with Carnell in the cafeteria on campus. Today was a pretty good day, although I was feeling a little stressed out.

CARNELL: "Hey girl!" (smiles)

REESE: "Hey..."

CARNELL: "Are you okay?"

REESE: "Yeah, I just had this test in Chemistry and I hope I passed it. I've been studying soo hard!"

CARNELL: "And it'll all pay off, don't worry. You'll be fine. (continues eating before asking) Is that all you were worried about?"

REESE: (biting lip)"Not really. I've seen Eric around the campus a lot... he gives me these strange looks in the hallway."

CARNELL: "Really? Does he bother you at all--"

REESE: "No, no. He just... gives me these threatening looks and walks by. I feel like he's up to something, Carnell."

CARNELL: "He's probably just mad at the world. Don't worry about him; if he bothers you just tell me and I'll serve him another knuckle sandwich."

REESE: (sighs) "Okay..."

__ Carnell's POV __

After lunch, I decided to get a smoothie before I went to my last class. I was thinking about what Reese told me about Eric. Just hearing his name makes me think of that incident at the club... I still see his ugly face in my mind... trying to pull Reese away from us. I'm just glad she's not with him anymore. 

Someone had bumped passed me really hard in the hallway, interrupting my train of thought and causing me to drop the smoothie that was in my hand. I quickly turned around and said "What the heck?" That's when I realized who it was... ERIC.

ERIC: "Watch where you're going, home boy." (he walks away)

I was completely shocked and angry at the same time. I looked down at what was once my perfectly good smoothie and shook my head. What was that about?!

__ Gia's POV __

Yesterday at the Breeding's house was really embarrassing. I mean first it was Kelly's ex-girlfriend Mikayla that made me mad, then having the guys fight over me just put the icing on the cake. I was soo glad to leave their house after that. Ugghh! And now I have to see Bryan in English class... I really hope it's not awkward.

TEACHER: "Okay, class, your assignment is to continue reading 'Romeo & Juliet'. I will assign partners today and each group's performance will be Friday. Good luck and have fun entering the world of Shakespeare!" (he claps twice and grins)

BRYAN: "Wow. He's really enthusiastic." (chuckles)

GIA: "Yep..."

BRYAN: "So, uh, what's up?"

I really didn't want to talk to anyone today. Especially Bryan, I feel awkward. So I gave him the silent treatment throughout class.

*LATER*

TEACHER: "Great job today, class. Okay. I will tell you who your partner will be for the presentation Friday, and what scene you will be doing..."

The teacher was calling out names and scenes. I wasn't paying attention though, I just wanted to go! I'm tapping my fingers on the table and staring at the clock. I hear my name being called and I look up. Then Bryan's name is called. Reality hit me when he said that we were scene partners -- Oh dang. *sigh* What's the scene, what's the scene, what's the- Oh crap. 

The scene me and Bryan have to present will be... the kissing scene.

__ Nicole's POV __

I've been hanging out with my boo Roger a LOT lately! I'm not complaining though, I really feel like we have this connection I've never felt with other guys.  We skipped classes today and went shopping at the mall. Right now we're trying on some clothes!

NICOLE: "How does this look? Is the dress too snug?"

ROGER: "It looks yummy; I can eat you up right now!" (winking)

NICOLE: "Mmm, you're so silly. (tries on different dress) What about this one?"

ROGER: "You're making me hungry, mami--"

NICOLE: (rolls eyes) "Roger, I'm serious babe!"

ROGER: "I'm serious, too!"

I walk over to him and sit on his lap. We're in a dressing room, but it's spacious enough to act up if we wanted to. He holds me in his arms.

ROGER: "You know you my girl, right?"

NICOLE: "Yes."

ROGER: "Aight, so, you don't needa ask me if you look good or not, 'cuz you know my answer is yes!"

NICOLE: "Okay boo." (perks up)

*LATER*

We were at Roger's apartment again. I bought lots of new clothes with my credit card. My girls were hittin' me up on my phone but I ignored their texts and calls -- this is my life gimme a break! I got a bowl of strawberries from the fridge and jumped onto Roger's bed. He was in the shower. I turned on the TV and ate some strawberries. Roger's phone that he left sitting on the bed began to vibrate. After a few minutes later it vibrated 4 more times. JEESH! Who's trying to get a hold of him?

He finally came out of the shower, wearing only a towel around his waist.

NICOLE: "Ooh! What's cookin', good lookin'?" (winks)

ROGER: (smiles and kisses her) "Mmm strawberries. The things I can do with those..."

NICOLE: "Hey, uh... your phone vibrated 5 times while you were in the shower."

I watched him check his phone and smirk a little bit, before looking serious. He told me "It's just my brother" and started texting.

NICOLE: "I never knew you had a brother. Why didn't you tell me?"

ROGER: "Eh, it's no big deal; just my younger bruh. Do you have a brother?"

NICOLE: "Nope."

ROGER: "Well, now we're even haha. He was telling me 'bout how he broke up with his girl last week?" (puts on his pants)

NICOLE: "Aww, really?"

ROGER: "Yeah, apparently they were at a club and his girl's friends were there. He said this dude punched him in the face and took his girl. Sounds lame." (he laughs)

NICOLE: "Wow, so he just took off with her?"

ROGER: "Who knows, but he's a wimp so he wants me to handle this dude that goes to GSU."

NICOLE: "He goes to our school, too?! Does he know what he looks like?"

ROGER: "Yeah. So, I might scare this dude for my bro... (lays on the bed) But enough about him. Time to focus my attention on you..."

We start making out and feeling each other on the bed for what feels like hours!! I hear my phone ring, but I ignore it. It rings once again and I reluctantly get out the bed and answer it.

NICOLE: "WHAT?!"

NICOLE'S MOM: "Sweetie I need to talk to you."

NICOLE: "Mom? Look I'm-- kinda busy right now, I'll talk with you later--"

NICOLE'S MOM: "NO! Just listen up, okay? I got a call today from your grandmother..."

NICOLE: "Dad's mom? Yippee is she dead?"

NICOLE'S MOM: "Stop being smart! No. She didn't die... your father did."

My heart stopped for a second. My so-called "father" who left my mother when I was born and ran away with another woman? That ugly piece of--

NICOLE: (yelling) "Oh really? Well, I guess he got what he deserved, didn't he ma? He's NOT my father... I never had a father and I'll NEVER get to experience one. So just save your tears and go back to sleeping with different men each night because you're a stupid b--"

NICOLE'S MOM: (angry) "HEY! DON'T YOU START WITH ME YOU SELFISH B----. I brought you into this world & I'll take you out! (now crying) I understand how you're feeling honey, but this isn't your father's fault. I wasn't the woman for him anyways. I just wanted to tell you that the funeral is this weekend. I'd love to see your face sweetie and see how you're doing. Bye."

I angrily hung up the phone. Roger wrapped me in his arms and I told him what happened. When he said "Sorry" tears poured from my eyes. My dad that I never knew just died...

__ Raven's POV __

Gia had told me about her English class today. She was freaking out because she has to do the kissing scene of Romeo & Juliet with Bryan. I don't know why that girl is acting scary...

RAVEN: "I still don't see the big problem. It's just acting; it's not like the kiss will mean anything."

GIA: "That's what I'm afraid of, Raven! (sighs) I don't even know what I feel anymore..."

RAVEN: "What are you talking about, Gia?"

GIA: "I might... I might kind of... like Bryan a little bit."

RAVEN: "Wow, really? But what about Kelly? You used to drool over him before we actually met them."

GIA: "I know. Kelly is really nice, and what happened yesterday-- it gave me butterflies! I like them both! But, then his ex-girlfriend might come in the way and--"

RAVEN: "Wait, what? His ex-girlfriend?"

GIA: [sighs again] "Yeah. You guys weren't there, but at church, his ex named Mikayla showed up. She was hugged up all on him. It made me mad."

RAVEN: "Oh... well, that's his EX! He's not with her anymore. So CHILL, chica!"

GIA: "I'm trying..."

RAVEN: "You know, I saw this on a episode of 'Young & Restless'! This girl liked this guy but he had this other girl drooling over him. The girl was mad and she got with this other guy to calm her nerves like... almost to make the other guy jealous! But then she actually starts liking the guy. I think that's what's happening here."

GIA: "... I don't know what's worse: the fact that you might be right or the fact that you watch 'Young & Restless'. (laughs)

RAVEN: "Ha Ha. -__-  You got jokes. I'm SERIOUS though! Maybe you only have feelings for Bryan so it can fill your happiness meter for a short while."

GIA: "Maybe you're right. Thanks for the advice, Raven." (smiles a little)

RAVEN: "Don't mention it. Come on, Reese should be in the studio with the guys right now."

__ Reese's POV __

Me and B5 are kickin' it in the studio!! All I can say is... Ahhhhhh!!! This studio is so tight! We've been throwing out song lyrics this whole afternoon. Bryan and Patrick were working on the beats for the song. Agh!! It's just a super amazing feeling right now!

REESE: "Ahhh, that beat is tight!" (squealing with delight)

DUSTIN: "Yeah, man. Bryan, you should add a little piano track on the song."

RESSE: "You play piano?"

BRYAN: "Yeah, a little bit..."

REESE: "Nice!"

Just then, Raven and Gia walked into the studio with what looked like a birthday cake.

PATRICK: (excited) "OOhhhh!! Who's birthday is it?!"

RAVEN: "Nobody's. (laughs) I just wanted to make a cake for this special occasion! Plus I'm proud of my baby sis!"

REESE: "Awwwwww!" (chuckles)

DUSTIN: "Well, you know we'll eat anything you make. I'm glad you could come, babe." (kisses Raven on the cheek)

RAVEN: (sits on his lap)

KELLY: "Hey, Gia. You look nice."

GIA: "Oh, th-thanks."

CARNELL: "Can we eat some cake now?"

REESE: "Just wait Carnell, dang."

RAVEN: "How's the music coming?"

ALL: "Great!!"

PATRICK: "We just gotta get the beat together, then record. We already wrote the song."

RAVEN: "Nice. Is it a hit?"

REESE: "Of course it is!"

DUSTIN: "You know B5 gets it poppin' ya hurd?!" (he laughs)

__ Bryan's POV __

I was just focused on making beats on my laptop. When Gia had walked in with Raven, she didn't pay much attention to me. I mean Kelz said something to her and she smiled. I still don't know why she hasn't really talked to me all day. Maybe something's bothering her? Well... imma find out one way or another.

DUSTIN: "Yo, Bryan! You almost done adding the piano track to the beat?"

BRYAN: "Yeah... yeah, man..."

PATRICK: "Bryan, you aight?"

BRYAN: "Yep. Just fine."

PATRICK: (scrunches up his eyebrows) "Why you look mad then?"

BRYAN: "I'm just thinking, dang! Can't a guy think without people thinking he's sad?"

PATRICK: (laughs) "You acting like how Gia acted yesterday, ha."

GIA: "Patrick, don't start!"

RAVEN: "Please don't start this again..." (sighs)

REESE: "I don't know. Maybe there's something that needs to be figured out here."

CARNELL: "No, Reese. The random craziness that happened yesterday does not need to be brought up again. It's not that serious--"

BRYAN: "THANK you, Carnell!"

KELLY: "Maybe Reese has a point though. I mean, I kinda wanna know why Bryan came at me reckless. But then again, Bryan can be Bryan." (chuckles sarcastically)

BRYAN: "Shut up, Kelly."

RAVEN: "I think we all need to just stop talkin', shall we?"

*LATER*

__ Kelly's POV __

The rest of the guys were recording their parts for the song, while I was writing my rap. I was sitting with the girls: Raven, Reese, and Gia.

REESE: "This is really fun! It doesn't even feel like work though -- and you guys get to do this like every week?"

KELLY: (writing) "Whenever we can get in the studio, we do."

RAVEN: "How often do you record and rehearse?"

KELLY: "If we have an event coming up we usually do dance and vocal rehearsals the week of the event. If we don't have anything planned though, we rehearse maybe once a week?"

REESE: "Coolio. You have any events planned this month?"

KELLY: (looks up from writing) "Actually, we do. Georgia State wants B5 to perform at the College Dance Party this weekend."

The girls started screaming and I just laughed a little.

RAVEN: "That's awesome!! I'm definitely going to support y'all!"

REESE: "Me too!"

GIA: "Welp, I hope you guys have fun..."

REESE: "Wait, girl, you're coming too! I mean, why wouldn't you?"

KELLY: "Yeah, everyone's invited. Plus... I'm gonna need a date to the dance as well." (rubs hands together and smirks)

GIA: (eyes widen) "...What?"

KELLY: "Yep. I want you to go to the dance with me, Gia. What do you say?" (grins)

REESE: "Yeah, what do you say, Gia?!"

RAVEN: (to Reese) "Shhh!!"

GIA: "I-I'll think about it... Excuse me I g-gotta go to the bathroom." (leaves)

RAVEN: "Don't mind her... she's dealing with a lot of emotions today."

KELLY: (sighs) "Anyway... what y'all think of this verse? "All I'm looking for is some love, I'm right here shawty step on up, I just cannot g-get enough, Is it cool to feel on ya butt? B-B-Bu-Bu-Bu-B-B-Butt! Act like you ain't O-Old enough when yo mama dem and yo daddy dem d-dey like you just like us..."

__ Reese's POV __

Me and B5 just recorded a hit!! It was soooo fun working with the guys. After their session, I decided to record a song of my own -- I called it "Doesn't Everybody Want to Fall In Love". 

CARNELL: "That was good, Reese!"

REESE: "You like it? I wrote it about a special someone..."

CARNELL: "Oh, really?"

REESE: "Yep. His name starts with a C, and his last name starts with a B."

CARNELL: (smirks) "So you wrote the song about me?"

REESE: "You? Psh. Heck no... Chris Brown."

Everyone laughed out loud. I hugged Carnell and gave him a kiss on the lips.

RAVEN: "Ohhhh, the lovebirds!" (grins)

KELLY: "I didn't know you had it in you, Nellz."

PATRICK: "Aye, we all going to the party this weekend, right?"

ALL: "Yes!"

My phone went off and I looked at it. It was Nicole. Wow, I haven't heard from her in a minute! I answer the phone.

REESE: "Hey, Nicole! Where have you been, girl?! You act like we ain't cool anymore."

NICOLE: "I know... look, Reese, I have to tell you something. My mom called me and... she said my dad died..."

REESE: "WHAT?! OMG, girl! I'm really sorry... how did he die?"

NICOLE: "I don't know-- I don't care. I figure he deserved it either way--"

REESE: "Don't say that, amiga! I know you never knew him, but he was still your dad."

NICOLE: (with attitude) "Look, I just wanted to tell you that since you're my friend. Bye--"

REESE: "WAIT! Where have you been lately? Why aren't you at school? You need to stop skipping classes--"

NICOLE: "You sound like Raven. Once again, it's my life. Don't worry about me. I might see you tomorrow. Bye!" (hangs up)

RAVEN: "Who was that?"

REESE: "Nicole." (rolls eyes and sighs)

PATRICK: "Dang, we haven't heard from her since last week..."

BRYAN: "Yeah, she was just at the dance studio with us last week."

KELLY: (to Bryan, smirking) "Oh, look who decided to join the convo. Ha, anyways, what she say?"

I told them the conversation and what went down.

CARNELL: "Oh, that sucks."

PATRICK: "That's actually horrible, man."

RAVEN: "We should give her a card or something."

DUSTIN: "Yeah. For sure."

REESE: "Yo... where's Gia?"
