Avni's pov

I hurriedly came to our room not able to answer mummy ji's question. Hearing about date my mind drifted to our moment that we shared in his cabin and sudden realisation hit me oh my god we shared our first kiss in police station. My face would be red by now thinking anyone could have had barged inside and saw our private moment but thank God nothing as such happened.

Mummy ji was insisting me to buy a nice saree for the party and I was also excited to wear saree for the first time. I suddenly started missing him more. I felt greedy for his presence. I grabbed my phone and thought to message him but then decided against it thinking he must be busy in his work.

At evening me and mummy ji decided to go for shopping at near by mall. We reached there and gone through some dresses but mummy ji didn't like any. Then we went to a saree shop and I really liked some of them.

I went to trial room to try them. One was in navy blue colour with white full sleeves blouse and other two were also navy blue but its design and pattern I really liked I was so confused with the thought of what to chose. I Sighed somebody please help me.

I thought something and a smile appeared on my face. I messaged neil and sent him the pictures of all of them and waited for his reply after 10 minutes he messaged me " where are you? " I told him the address and waited for another 10 minutes but he still didn't reply. Is he busy? Thinking about this my smile faded. Can't he take a moment from his busy schedule to atleast reply me but no he loves his work more than me I guess.

I was about to go outside of changing room but my phone beeps it was Neil's message. Finally he replied I Sighed and read his message " in which shop you are? " Hein instead of helping me he is asking me in which shop I am huh. This time i ignored him and after some seconds i got his call. I answered the call and he again asked me the same question but he was sounding so desperate and curious.

I told him where I am exactly and he immediately disconnected the call. I heard a knock from outside the room oh gosh I totally forgot others were also standing outside waiting for their turn to change and here I am taking so long to decide a simple saree to wear.

I opened the door and my eyes widened in shock. Omg there neil was standing outside and was grinning widely looking at me. I still didn't believe he was standing in front of me. A mixed wave of emotions drowned into me. I was missing him so badly and he finally showed his face. Gosh I have gone mad in love.

Before I could say something he pushed me inside and shut the door behind him with his leg. His eyes were reflected so many emotions love, passion, happiness and desire? and I felt like the yearning is mutual.

I came back to my senses and looked at him with my wide opened eyes.

Neil are you mad? What are you doing here? And why you came here? If anyone...

But he shut me up placing his finger on my lips. A shiver ran down my spine.

Shh you speak a lot

He traced my lips and I was feeling drowsy by every moment. I was drowned into his hypnotized eyes and forgot to breathe. Today I realized how handsome and charming he is. His perfectly trimmed beard gives him a perfect look and those brown expressive orbs had the audocity to capture anyone's heart. But he is only mine. I was totally zoned out that I didn't here what he was saying.

He snapped his fingers and I came back from my husband's thoughts.

Avni's pov ends.

Neil: Avni where are you lost?

Avni: no nothing I was just, wait a minute first answer me tum yaha kyu aaye? Aur neil ye ladies room hai agar kisi ne tumhe ese dekh liya toh

Neil: dekhte hai toh dekhne do you are my wife I have full right to be with you anywhere and I couldn't hold myself when I was missing my wifey so much after that kiss

He said smirking. Avni lowered her eyes breathing heavily but her cheeks already gave up in front of his cheesy talks and he chuckled looking at his blushing queen who was now resembled an apple. He kissed her cheek deeply cupping her cheek with his one hand and avni closed her eyes.

Neil pulled apart and looked at her. Avni opened her eyes and looked at him this time.

Neil: can we repeat what we did in my cabin?

Avni widened her eyes and pushed him lightly while neil laughed looking at her.

Avni: shut up now help me in choosing the saree

Neil: why not wifey show it to me

Avni showed him the sarees and he chose two of them.

Neil: I can't wait to see you in this beautiful saree but why suddenly saree?

Avni: oh I forgot to tell you actually 2 din baad bebe aur mummy ji ne party organise ki hai so usi ke liye ye saree

Neil: accha that's great

Avni: chalo ab chalte hai mummy ji bahar wait kar rahi hogi

Neil: ese kese ye saree toh pehen ke dikhao

Avni: nahi mai ghar jaa kar try kar lungi

Neil: par agar kuch problem hui toh, isse accha hai abhi try karlo

Avni: par mujhe saree pehen ni nahi aati

Neil: bas itni si baat I will help you na

He said and smirked. Avni finally got his hint and glared at him for behaving shameless.

Avni: neil tumhe nahi lagta tum kuch zyada hi bol rahe ho

Neil: nahi mai jo bol raha hu ek dam sach bol raha hu.

He said making an innocent face while she smiled and shook her head. This time someone had knocked the door making avni nervous. It was shweta who had waited so long for avni but when she didn't show up she thought to check on her.

Shweta: avni beta kitni der, kuch help chahiye toh bolo mai yahi hu.

Avni: j ji mummy ji bas abhi aayi.

She looked at Neil who was enjoying leaning his back against the wall looking at her efforts.

Avni: neil dekh kya rahe ho kuch karo agar mummy ji ne hame ese dekh liya toh voh kya sochengi.

She started biting her lips in nervousness. Neil chuckled and pulled her closer.

Neil: isme sarmaane ki kya baat hai wifey. Jab pyaar kiya toh darna kiya.

He said dramatically and held her hand pulling her with him outside without giving her a chance to speak. As soon as he opened the door shweta's eyes popped out looking at him with avni. While avni closed her eyes in embarrassment.

Shweta: oh my gods tillu what are you doing here huh? Tell tell

Neil: I was spending my time with my wifey simple

Shweta: toh ye koi jagah hai time spend karne ki. Offo tillu tujhse ye ummeed nahi thi.

Neil: toh aap kya chahti hai mai mountains par jaa kar time spend karu?

Shweta: why nots just imagine how romantic it looks

She said with her dreamy eyes and neil also gave a second thought to it as if it's the only solution to spend their time.

Neil: btw not bad idea mom please suggest me some amazing places na

Shweta: arey why not why not so

And they started discussing about where to go there itself without caring about anything and avni looked at them in disbelief.

Avni: ( in mind ) ya Allah ye dono toh ese discuss kar rahe jese ki it's the most important topic of the nation.

Neil and shweta glanced at her then looked at each other and both burst into laughter seeing her face. Avni looked at them confused.

Shweta: oh gods tillu avni ki shakal toh dekh

Avni pouts looking at neil. He grinned and pulled her in his arms. Avni hid her face in his chest and laughed. Trio went from there laughing and enjoying to the fullest while someone was looking at them and avni.

Girl: aap bohot lucky hai har kisi ko itni happy family nahi milti. I wish aap hamesha ese hi saath aur khush rahe.
