Part Two - Jealous Nathan!

Monday Morning -

The sound of Right Place, Right Time by Olly Murs rang through my ears as I slowly opened my eyes, allowing time for them to adjust to the change in light as I rolled over and picked up my phone, to stop my alarm from going off for any longer than was actually required.

I hit the dismiss button before I rolled onto my back and admired the view on my ceiling, which wasn't anything interesting - there was only a spider above me, deciding that it was going to make it's home there, but that wasn't very interesting.

"Jess, don't just lie in bed, you've got to meet the boys at nine." Josh shouted up the stairs at me. He stayed the night last night because we decided that we were going to spend the day together and watch films, so I just told him he could sleep downstairs since the spare bedroom was filled with crap.

But, there were times where I just wanted to punch him because he acted just like my dad and I hated that more than anything. Me and my dad had never really got on with each other, and he was part of the reason that I acted the way that I did, simply because I wanted to prove to him I wasn't the shy little girl he could just push around anymore.

I had grown up now and I wasn't going to be his toy anymore - so I'm not sure what he hated more; the fact I had actually decided to fight back against him or the fact I had turned into someone that slept with anyone, just to have a good time and allow myself to enjoy my time as a teenager.

"Wait? Meeting the boys at nine, why?" I asked as I walked down the stairs in my pyjamas, walking into the kitchen and flicking the kettle on to make myself my usual morning coffee; I wasn't really a tea person and I also needed something that was going to wake me up so that I could get dressed.

"Please tell me you're joking and you remember what's happening today?" Josh sighed, taking a seat at the breakfast bar.

"I'm joking and I remember what's happening today?" I replied.

"The boys have got an interview at Radio 1, and then they're supposed to be going to Capital to talk about their new single. Are you really their personal assistant?" Josh chuckled as he reminded me about what I was supposed to be doing today; he knew my schedule better than I did, and I was the one that was supposed to be working for them.

But, then again, I was usually too busy flirting to take any notice of what they were telling me, And I also never usually wrote down what I was supposed to be doing, I would always just rely on Josh to make sure I knew what I was doing and where I was supposed to be going.

"Oh, shit. I totally forgot about that, and I've only got fifteen minutes to get ready. I haven't even got time for a shower." I panicked as, much to the amusement of Josh, I started flapping about the kitchen looking like an idiot as I had no idea what I was going to wear since I had just planned on throwing on a pair of trackies, a vest top and chilling on the sofa all day; but that plan has gone out of the window now.

"Look, go and get yourself ready. I'll make your coffee for you and, when they arrive to pick you up, if you're not down here, then I shall tell them you ran away and joined the circus." Josh laughed, still finding this whole situation highly amusing.

"This is not funny." I snapped as I walked past Josh, slapping him on the arm and running up the stairs, making a quick stop in the bathroom so I could have a wash and make sure my make-up was done.

Yes, I know I was weird, but I always did my make-up first. Just so I knew that I had done it and I wasn't doing it as I was trying to get out of the front door - I applied a bronze eye shadow, pale pink lipstick and some a hardly noticeable line of eye liner before I added a touch of mascara.

I practically ran to my bedroom, closing the door behind me, and then walked over to my wardrobe, looking in the section where I had put clothes which I wear for work, trying to find something that I could put on and it wasn't going to take me too long to put on.

In the end I settled with a grey vest top which I matched with my ripped skinny jeans, a pair of my black platforms and my pink leather jacket, just to add some colour to the outfit. I looked at the time on my phone, seeing that I had three minutes to add the finish touches. I opted for the natural look with my hair, leaving it slightly wavy, only securing the front of my hair at both sides with a clip at the back to ensure it remained out of my view for the duration of the day.

I slipped on my heels and rummaged through my jewellery drawer, deciding that I was going to wear my bird necklace which my sister gave it to me before she moved to Australia. She promised that she would be back to visit me, but she hasn't been back over here in the two years that she's been gone and, whenever I've tried getting in contact with her, it just says that her number doesn't exist anymore so I really have no idea how I'm supposed to get in contact with her.

"Jess, your favourite person ever is at the door." Josh shouted up the stairs as I grabbed my phone and keys off the top of the counter in my room and walked out of the room, going down the stairs as fast as possible, considering that I was in heels and it's not exactly an easy getting down a set of stairs while wearing them.

"Wow. See you actually managed to wear some clothes today." Nathan stated sarcastically as I looked up and down me, seeming surprised that I was more covered up than usual.

"Wow. See you're still a sarcastic twat." I retorted as I took the travel mug containing my coffee from Josh and embracing him in a hug, trying my best to smile despite the fact I wanted to slap Nathan.

"Have fun. Want to go out later?" Josh asked with a grin on his face.

"Yes she does want to go out tonight." Nathan replied for me, and then he muttered something under his breath which I didn't quite catch because he said it so quietly; the bloody dick that he is when he wants to be.

"Apparently I don't have a mouth anymore and I can't speak for myself, I'm so glad I've got you here to speak for me." I replied sarcastically, giving Nathan a look that would kill him if it were possible to do that - shame it isn't really, then my life would be so much easier since I would have one less person to worry about.

"Look, will you two stop flirting and get in the car. We've got somewhere to be." Tom shouted out of the van at me and Nathan.

See, the other four boys were almost certain that there was something between me and Nathan, but we both insisted that there was nothing and we were never going to do anything other than annoy each other for the entire time I was employed to work with them - don't get me wrong, I did have a massive thing for Nathan and I liked him more than I liked the other four boys, but I knew nothing was ever going to happen because he really didn't like me.

He didn't want me to work for them anymore and he had often told me that I was an embarrassment to the boys, despite the fact hardly anyone knew that I worked for them and I was the one that reminded them about what they were supposed to be doing when there was no one else around. I was the one that had to make sure they had gigs to do, photo shoots to go to and interviews to carry out. I was the one that made sure they were still in work and were still making money for themselves.

"Shut up Tom, or I'll make you pay for that later." I shouted back as I hugged Josh again and then pushed Nathan out of the way, making my way over to the van with a grin on my face. "And Josh, obviously I would love to go out with you later." I shouted back at Josh, who was waiting at the door of what was my house, but he spent so much time there that he may as well move in.

"Oh. And how will you do that then?" Tom questioned with a raised eyebrow as I stepped into the van, Nathan following behind me, imitating himself being sick at the pair of us.

"Anyway you like Parker. Anyway you like." I replied with a slight laugh, leaving Tom's imagination to run wild with ideas of how I was going to make him pay if he didn't shut the hell up about me and Nathan; which is what it was like a daily basis with these five.

"You slept with him yet?" Nathan asked suddenly, taking a seat beside me since I had taken the seat that he had previously occupied.

"Why, you jealous?" I shrugged.

"Pfft, please. I am jealous of no one that you sleep with." Nathan laughed, like I was insulting him by even suggesting that he was jealous of them all.

"Sure you're not mate. That's why you have a face like a slapped arse whenever she's talking to other guys." Max laughed.

"And your fists clench up when she walks off with a guy that isn't you." Jay added with a grin.

"And why, whenever she's around, you always turn a light shade of pink." Tom said with a smirk, and I was trying not to laugh at some of the things that they were coming out with because Nathan would never be like that over me; if he was really jealous, then he would come over and tell me, he wouldn't just sit and watch as I slept with guy after guy on nights out.

"And you can't forget that fact that, whenever we have to pick you up for work, Nathan is always the first out of the van to knock on your day and see you." Siva joined in.

"Ha. Good ones guys. Nathan jealous of me and the guys I sleep with. Next joke please." I laughed a little louder than intended, but it all just sounded so stupid to me because there was no way Nathan would ever like someone like me and he was never going to give me a chance.

Right?
