Part Three - Gay Best Friend!
"Jess, do you want to come out with us tonight?" Tom asked as we walked out of the Radio 1 studio; they had just been talking to Scott Mills about their new single and release of their album, and then answered the many questions which fans had for them - including the regularly asked 'would any of you date a fan' question.
"Erm-"
"She can't. She's already going out with Josh." Nathan spoke for me, before he disappeared into the distance and away from the rest of us.
"What's his problem?" I chuckled.
"Told you. Jealousy." Jay laughed as he appeared beside with me, grinning like a total idiot at me.
"And I told you, Nathan Sykes is not jealous of me. And, even if he was, then he's got no need to be worried about Josh because he's gay." I laughed, finding it funny that Nathan even thought me and Josh had something going on with each other - having a gay best friend is amazing because it's just like talking to a girl when you talk to him.
"Look, come out with us tonight and bring Josh with you, then watch how he acts when you're with Josh; then you'll realise what we mean. Okay?" Max suggested, and I just agreed to do as they had told me to, but only so I could prove my point to them; Nathan didn't like me and he wasn't jealous of anyone or anything that was to do with me.
They were just trying to make even more trouble between the two of us, and they weren't far away from doing that if they continued saying things about it while Nathan was around.
"Do you want a lift back home after this next interview?" Siva asked with a smile, changing the subject altogether, much to the disappointment of Max, Tom and Jay. Do you see what I've got to put up with five days a week.
Fun, right?
"That would be nice, thanks." I smiled.
"And we'll pick you and Josh up at seven tonight, and I bet you £10 that it's Nathan who comes and knocks on the door again?" Tom grinned.
"Well, I might as well just give you the £10 now then, because it is always Nathan that comes to the door; usually just to make comments about what I'm wearing and how much he hates me." I chuckled because it was true - whenever Nathan come to the door, he would either be shocked that I knew how to wear clothe, or he would just tell me that I needed to put some more clothes on before I went anywhere near the studio and the other jobs which they had to complete.
"You never know what will happen tonight. You'll just have to wait and see." Tom replied as he pulled himself into the van and made his way straight to the back; of course I was the last to get in and I decided that I was just going to sit beside Nathan again because I really couldn't be bothered to climb half way up the van, just to get a seat next to either Jay or Siva.
I was really lazy when I wanted to be.
"So, are you coming out with us tonight or not?" Jay asked hopefully.
"Fine. I'll come out with you, I'm sure Josh would love to spend some time with you lot anyway; especially since he's a better personal assistant than I am." I chuckled.
Once those words left my lips, the other four all cheered in excitement while Nathan just sighed and muttered something under his breath; which I decided I was going to ignore because I was in too much of a good mood to really give a damn about what he had to say to me right now.

"So, let me get this right, we're actually going out and partying with The Wanted?" Josh asked for the fourth time since I had told him that's what was going to happen this evening.
"Yes Josh, you are finally going to meet the people whose day you keep track off better than I do." I smiled as I applied my purple passion eye shadow and added a hint of mascara, just to add volume to my lashes since they were already pretty long without the addition of mascara.
"And, are you going to be coming home alone tonight?" Josh asked with his eyebrow raised to me; I knew that he didn't like my lifestyle choices and he was always trying to get me to change, by constantly throwing reminders at me about what could happen if I didn't stop sleeping with strangers every single weekend.
But I never listened and I didn't even try to change how I acted either, I just annoyed people by staying the same and keeping up the 'bad girl' attitude which so many people seemed to like about me.
"Nope. I'm coming home with you." I smiled.
"What? No strange men, just me?" Josh laughed, seeming surprised by what I had just said.
"You're strange enough for me, so just you and me tonight." I laughed back as I rummaged through my wardrobe, looking for something that I could wear for our night out, which was more difficult than I thought it was going to be because there were so many things for me to decide from.
Obviously, I wanted to look good, but I didn't want to look like I was desperate. For once, I was just going out with a group of friends, and I was going to stay with them; there was going to be no disappearing outside or to the toilet for a quick one with some strange guy I had only met five minutes before it happened - and I never thought I would be saying that about a night out.
"Well, I'm going to go back to mine and get changed then. I'll be back at about half six, okay?" Josh smiled and I just nodded at him to acknowledge that I had heard what he said, as I continued looking through my collection of dresses.
In the end, I decided that I was going to wear a purple one shoulder dress which has pleats and ruffles across the top of it. I thought that it was enough to make me look good, but it also covered up enough to show people that I wasn't interested and I was only there for a good time with a bunch of friends.
I had only just got my dress over my head when there was a knock at the door, and I wondered who the hell it could be since Josh hadn't long left and I wasn't expecting anyone either. I pushed my feet into my slippers and walked down the stairs, looking through the spy glass, just to make sure I did know the person I was about to open to door to and they weren't some kind of mass murderer that was out for revenge on random people it had never even met.
I don't know either, so don't even bother asking me because you won't get an answer.
"What do you want?" I asked as I opened the door and saw that it was Nathan stood there, still in the same clothes he had been wearing all day.
"We need to talk." he replied bluntly, pushing his way past me and into my house, like he owned the place and didn't need to wait to be invited in.
"Just come in." I said sarcastically, closing the door behind him and following him into the living room where he had sat down on the edge of the sofa. "What do you want to talk about then?"
"Look, what the boys were saying earlier-"
"It's fine, I don't believe a word of it. You keep telling me that you're not jealous, so there's no need to believe them." I interrupted.
"That's not what I was going to say, but never mind, I guess I'll just see you later then. You look nice by the way." Nathan muttered as he walked out of the room and towards the front door, I only just managed to stop him from leaving by pushing the door shut and preventing him from walking out of the house.
"No. Tell me what you were going to say."
"It doesn't matter now, it's not important anymore." Nathan sighed, attempting to get past me and walk out of the house.
"Yes, it does matter, so tell me what you were going to say."
"It doesn't-"
"Nathan James Sykes! Tell me what you were going to say!" I said with a raised voice because I was just tired of this now; the constant fighting that I endured when I was around or with Nathan because he didn't want to tell me what he meant or he didn't want to know what he had just said. There's only so much arguing you can take before you snap and tell them what you really think of them.
"I need to go." Nathan replied, and I really couldn't be bothered to fight with him anymore so I just let him leave and watched as he walked off down the path and out of sight.
I was going to find out what he wanted tonight because he doesn't get away with it that easily - but for now I need to finish getting myself ready although I already knew what I was going to match with the dress because it was the same thing I wore every single time I decided this was the dress I was going out in.
I always used my neon pink clutch bag to add some more colour to the whole outfit, and then I was going to wear Giuseppe Zanotti Pumps - which I got as a present when I first started working for the boys, they wouldn't tell me how much they were, but I could tell that they were expensive and it always made me feel bad because I would never be able to give them anything back that even matched the value of the shoes - and I opted for a black bracelet, just because it happened to be one of my favourties.
So, once I was ready, I was going to wait for Josh to get back and then the boys should be here to pick us up as well.
Tonight, I was going to find out just how much truth was in what the other boys had told me and I was also going to find out what Nathan was going to say to me before he left here - he can't just leave me hanging in the way that he did.
Tonight was going to be one hell of a night.
