          Most people were a victim to it once in their lives, victim to a sick game played between strangers, friends, or foes. A game that could easily ruin the heart of the purest soul. One like Mickenna Grier, someone who never saw it coming, someone with the kindest of souls, a smile that would light up even the darkest of rooms, whose laugh brighten the day of anyone that heard it, she's the sweet Hufflepuff that remembered everyone's birthday, no matter the year, house, or whether they were a student or teacher, she always made sure they felt loved and appreciated on their special day, even those like Snape who didn't entirely enjoy the thought of celebrating his birthday still managed to crack a small smile when he'd received a letter from Mickenna for his birthday, I's dotted with hearts and smiley faces at the beginning and end of each paragraph.

So when Pansy makes a bet with Mattheo that Riddle boy couldn't make any girl fall in love with him he took the challenge, letting the Parkinson choose the girl, and it just so happened that the sweet Hufflepuff seeker was the girl chosen. Mattheo had no idea what he had gotten himself into and that bright light in Mickenna was about to be dimmed.
