SUMMARY :

Theodore Kingston was stubborn headed and incredibly ambitious in his goals for life. No one really wondered why he was put into the serpent house, he was every part a Slytherin. He didn't show emotion that much, making him cold and distant towards first years and whoever approached him. He also got top marks on every subject he took, making most Ravenclaws envious of the blonde. But, there was one thing that made Theodore stand out from the rest of his fellow Slytherins. It was the fact that he was Muggle-born, having parents who can't practice magic. Slytherin is most known for their blood purity ideals and who they could associate with, making Theo a dangerous target for Lucius Malfoy and his goons. The blond takes the pushes and shoves in strides, refusing to let his head fall to the floor, not wanting to give his bully's the sasification of breaking him.

So, one day when Theodore Kingston finds out that one of the infamous Marauders pranked his best friend, Evonna ❛ Ana ❜ Buckingsworth. He flips. He shoves and glares at every student that gets in his way as he stomps down the corridors of Hogwarts, red filling his vision. Once he finds the four Marauders sitting underneath the giant oak tree in the middle of the field, he practically screams the way he would kill each and everyone of them as he approached the Gryffindors. He ends up flinging himself onto Sirius Black, tackling him to the ground punching him with all he could. Remus Lupin and James Potter managed to pull Theodore off of their friend before Sirius could seriously hurt the blond. As the two brunets drag the young Slytherin away from the scene, he yells a warning towards Sirius Black, meaning every word of it.

EXTRA INFO :

━ Theodore is very, very cold & distant towards others because of his house and his history with other students at hogwarts

━ ^ the only student that showed a little ounce of compassion & friendliness towards him was Ana Buckingsworth (a Hufflepuff)

- all takes place in their 6th year

━ he's the middle child in his family

- he's also bilingual

- ^ his mother is from Russia while his father is from England so the family speaks Russian & English, which fuels mosts distaste towards Theodore bc most dark wizards are from Durmstrang & is believed to be placed in Belgium or Russia. It's more of a stereotype

━ is the embodiment of the literal meaning, "geek in the streets, freak in the sheets" expect it's like he's quiet + shy in public but really loud + obnoxious when he's around his family & Ana

━ loves to play piano

━ his only friend is Ana because she at least tried to understand what he's going through & shows him that she really cares for him whenever he's down in the dumps

━ he tries to befriend people but he doesn't really have the patience & would rather read his favorite books series in the corner of the library than socialize

━ Sirius was the one who came up with the prank and did it, thus causing Theo to punch him in the face & threaten to kill him

━ ^ the prank involved sort of leading Ana on & then dousing her in red paint and gold glitter and chicken feathers

━ ^^ Ana wasn't necessarily the target, she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time

━ Theodore thinks that the only way to get revenge is by pranking Sirius back or at least trying to humiliate him in public

━ ^ but every prank and thing he tried, failed. so he tries to convince Remus to help him get revenge, to which he hesitantly agrees. ("I mean, Padfoot does deserve a little taste of his own medicine. Right?")

━ Remus & Theo sort of bond over this and get to know each other better & begin a friendship

- Theodore ends up finding about Remus' condition during their friendship. Remus doesn't tell him, Theo is just really observant & is an expert in DADA + potions but he also knows muggle folklore really well & put all the pieces together w/ him always missing school after a full moon & how most of the Marauders are usually always injured in someway the following days

- SLOW BURN BABEY!!!

━ ^ Theo is very closed off & distant towards others, he isn't going to let someone into his life that quickly. Theodore only asked Remus for his help because he knew Sirius and was his friend, it was only for the sake of the prank. But as time progressed, he began to feels things for Remus which caused him to shut off again & push Remus farther away. Remus approached Theo about this, to which he didn't answer and just kept asking questions about Sirius in hopes to find something that'll strike a nerve within the long-haired boy.

━ ^^ Remus gives up and decides that he'll just help Theo with his plan & hopefully never see him after that. But, due to a certain group of boys, that doesn't happen. James, Sirius, and Peter all come up with a plan to get Theodore Kingston and Remus Lupin together. They end up telling Remus that Sirius is going to be in the Astronomy Tower after curfew & that's when Remus and Theo decide to put their prank into action. But, it backfired and Sirius is nowhere to be found, which angers Theo because he thinks Remus lied to him, which also leads to him thinking that this is all a game to Remus. The two end up fighting and Theodore finally confessed as to why he is the way he is.

━ ^^^ he ended up getting his heart heart by a Ravenclaw girl. The relationship was very toxic & messy, making Theodore build walls around his heart so no one could get in. The girl was just using him because her friends dared her to, she didn't like him whatsoever & cheated & basically manipulated him. This was the first relationship that he had at Hogwarts & it was the first relationship that he ever had. He's scared of getting in another relationship because of what had happened before, he doesn't want to get his heart broken again.

- ^^^^ Theo runs away from Remus after their encounter

- they never actually get to successfully prank Sirius or get back at him

- since James & the others attempts at getting Remus & Theodore together fail, they send James & Peter to talk to Theo while Sirius goes talk to Remus + try to convince them to talk to the other

- ^ this plan completely fails bc James & Peter come back drenched in green paint that dyes their skin. Theo definitely did not want to talk to them after he had figured out what they did

- ^^ Ana ends being dragged into this whole mess by Sirius which just angers Theo more

- ^^^ they all come up with the idea to worry Theodore about Remus after the full moon. They end up running to him about how Remus didn't fully go back to normal or something awful had gone wrong & say that they need Theodore's expertises in healing magic/potions to help Moony

- ^^^^ this plan works & Theo + Remus end up getting locked in the Whomping Willow by the others. ("You two need to figure out this sexual tension before Prongs & I ram our heads up the wall!")

- ^^^ THEY END UP MAKING UP & BEGIN THE SLOW PROCESS OF A RELATIONSHIP

- they end up getting back at Sirius w/ all of their PDA 😌 ("Will you two quit sucking each other's faces off! For Merlins sake, I might actually gauge out my eyes.")
