(Goki's POV)

After walking a lap around this place while carrying a really heavy cube, me, Vegeta, and (Y/N) are standing in front of Whis.

Whis: I see you are all done. I have to say, I'm impressed. You three finished a few seconds faster than I thought.

(Y/N): Well... At least we beat you're expectations.

Whis: Now we can begin the next training regiment. I want you three to fight me.

Vegeta: Hold on. You want the three of us to fight you at once?

(Y/N): We have to fight you?! That's a first!

I looked over at them.

Goki: You two have been here for how long and you didn't fight him yet?

Whis: It shouldn't be too hard. All you have to do is hit me once. It doesn't matter who does it.

Vegeta: Looks like I'll be doing the honors.

Goki: Yeah right Vegeta! I'll beat you to it!

(Y/N): You two are both wrong! I'm clearly the superior one!

Whis: We'll now... Let's begin.

Me, Vegeta, and (Y/N) all rushed over at Whis. I went to punch him, but Whis dodged easily. Vegeta went behind him and tried to punch the back of Whis's head. Whis moved his head to the right, dodging Vegeta. (Y/N) tried to kick Whis, but Whis flew away at high speeds.

(Y/N): Man. I knew he was good, but I wasn't expecting that!

Vegeta: He perfectly dodged all three of us.

Goki: I got this!

I flew at Whis. I went for another punch. Whis just dodged again and smiled at me. I sent a barrage of punches at him. Whis moved his arms and blocked them all. He moved his arm forward and put his hand near my neck. I threw my leg forward, causing Whis to fly back. (Y/N) and Vegeta flew past me, chasing Whis.

Goki: He could've attacked me just now. It would have been over for me if he actually hit me.

I took a deep breath and rushed at Whis. Me and Vegeta both went to punch. Whis put up one of his hands and blocked our fists with his pinky finger and thumb.

(Y/N): Behind you!

I looked past Whis and (Y/N) is behind him. (Y/N) threw himself forward. Whis vanished, causing (Y/N) to crash into me, sending me and him down to the ground. I opened my eyes and saw that I'm laying on top of (Y/N).

(Y/N): Ow. That could've gone better.

(Y/N) rubbed the back of his head. He opened his eyes and we made eye contact. His face went a little red.

(Y/N): S-Sorry for crashing into you.

Goki: It's fine. Are you ok, you did hit the ground pretty hard.

I leaned up to him and made sure (Y/N) is all good. When I got closer to him, (Y/N)'s face went more red. I put my hand on his forehead, checking his temperature.

Goki: Do you have a fever? Your face is beet red.

(Y/N): I-I'm fine, tr-trust me! We should get up and continue training!

I nodded my head and got off of (Y/N). He quickly got up. Something is telling me (Y/N) isn't feeling fine. Something is definitely bothering him. I'll have to ask him about it later.

Whis: Do you three wish to continue?

(Y/N): Of course! I'm not stopping until I land a hit on you!

(Y/N) rushed at Whis and started to punch and kick. Whis effortlessly dodged all of the punches and kicks. (Y/N) threw one last punch, which Whis caught.

(Y/N): Just what are you?

Whis: What do you mean?

(Y/N): Your movements. They're not normal.

Whis: Oh. I'm glad you noticed. We will stop this training for now.

Me and Vegeta walked over to Whis.

Whis: My movements aren't normal because I'm not thinking.

Goki: You're not thinking?! How does that work?!

Whis: Your brain sends signals to your body to move. Without thinking, I remove that bit of time and I can move flawlessly.

I guess that makes sense. So that's why Whis was dodging three people so easily.

Whis: Beerus hasn't even mastered it, and he's a god... Now that I'm thinking about it, your fighting styles can use some work. Vegeta, you're too tense and you keep your mind clouded with thoughts. Try to be more like Goki and be a bit more relaxed.

I laughed to myself.

Goki: See Vegeta? Looks like you can learn from me.

Whis: You aren't without your faults too.

Wait, what?! Whis disappeared and I couldn't find him. I felt a fist hit my side. I went down to one knee and held where I got it. That hurt like hell! I looked over and saw Whis standing next to me.

Whis: Being too relaxed can leave you open, letting someone get a devastating attack on you.

Goki: That was a cheap shot!

Whis: And (Y/N). You seem to both be tense and relaxed. It's like you can't decide which one to be. I'd say you need to work on properly balancing the two.

(Y/N): Right sir.

Whis: Now then... Shall we begin again?

(Hours Later)

It's now nighttime. (Y/N) showed me the room him and Vegeta have been sleeping in. I saw a third bed. I guess that one is for me. I walked up to (Y/N) and tapped his shoulder, getting his attention.

(Y/N): Hey Goki. Is something wrong?

Goki: I want to talk to you.

(Y/N): I mean, alright. What do you want to talk about?

I walked out of the room and (Y/N) followed me.

Goki: I wanted ask you. Are you sure you're ok?

(Y/N): Ye-Yeah. I told you already, I'm fine.

Goki: I can tell you're not comfortable here.

(Y/N) took a deep breath and leaned against a wall.

(Y/N): It's just... I'm worried about my friends back in my time. I know they're ok, but there is always that chance, that they lost. The thought terrifies me. They've helped me so much through my life. I don't know what I'd do if something bad happened to them.

I can tell (Y/N) is going through a lot. I don't know what I'd do if I was in his situation.

(Y/N): I'm sorry for bothering you about my problems. I'm going to bed.

(Y/N) started to walk away. I put my hand on his shoulder, stopping him in his tracks.

Goki: You're not bothering me. I'm here if you need to talk about stuff. I'm sure even Vegeta would listen. We maybe from a different timeline, but we're still your friends.

(Y/N) started to shake and he turned around. He wrapped his arms around me in a hug.

(Y/N): Th-Thanks. I appreciate that.

I smiled and hugged him back. I rubbed his back, trying to calm him down. His shaking slowed down, eventually stopping. We broke the hug and smiled at me.

Goki: Are you feeling better now?

He nodded his head and wiped some tears from his eyes.

(Y/N): We should get some rest for tomorrow. Training won't be easy.

(Y/N) walked back into the room. I was about to walk inside, but I noticed Vegeta's energy behind a nearby wall.

Goki: Come on out Vegeta.

He walked around the corner and walked past me.

Vegeta: Like I would care about his problems.

Goki: I can tell Vegeta. The months you stayed here with (Y/N), you care about him. You just don't want to admit it.

Vegeta: I don't have time for your wrong interpretations.

Goki: If you didn't care, then why were you behind that wall listening?

Vegeta didn't say anything and walked into the room. I laughed a little to myself. I walked into the room too and saw (Y/N) already asleep in his bed. I went over to my bed and laid down.

Goki: Good night guys.
