I was frozen in place as I stood in the middle of the hallway.

I took a shaky breath in as I looked at the scene in front of me, a sickening feeling growing in the pit of my stomach.

It made me feel like I was going to throw up, as I brought my hand up to place a hand over my throat and one over my mouth.

I stepped back as tears filled my eyes and regret filled my heart.
