After a week of daily check ups, Marni had slowly started to realise...She hadn't met the other side to Jungkook, she also realised, that he didn't seem like the vile type... Did he?
So today, they wouldn't just talk about favourite colours, foods, places and wishes. Today, she'd be serious.
Even when, an incident with Jungkook and a guard had gone down overnight. She needed answers, she couldn't wait any longer.
"I need you to listen to me Marni," Doyoung begged, as the two continued to walk through the white and confided walls of the Asylum.
Marni was ignoring him.
"His other personality only ever comes out when being triggered. The guards attacked him last night, he nearly killed someone, he won't be mentally okay."
"When is anyone ever 'mentally okay?'" Marni rhetorically sighed, in which Doyoung actually replied to.
"No one is! But he's just not mentally okay at all, most people have a little–" Doyoung pinched his fingers to show how little of mentality he thought Jungkook had. "–mentality okay-ness.
Jeongguk has none of that, he's absolutely bonkers."
"And you're siding with the guards because?"
"Because Jeon Jeongguk, is a monster. I have seen the way he hurts people. I'm surprised you're still here!"
"The boy we're talking about isn't just Jungkook. There's another voice inside his head, another personality."
"But he still lodged a fucking knife into my best friend's stomach! Yuta nearly died, Marni."
Marni tried to calm her temper down as she turned to meet Doyoung's much taller build, who had ended up looking furious, fists clenched and eyes blazing.
"I'm sorry, and my thoughts go to him. But I need to go speak with him, whether he's dangerous or not. I need answers."
She tuned back, away from Doyoung's profoundly worried gaze. "Just... Please make sure you're watching him at all times. He can hurt you."
"Of course." She sighed, ignoring the male as she continued down the white halls, and towards 'Love Disorders' antagonist.
Jeon Jungkook.

"Jungkook?" Marni tacitly hummed, as the door slowly opened and slid shut behind her. She was apprehensive, but she was ready, and she had a plan. That's all she needed.
She peered towards the bed, and there he was, his right leg chained to the head of the bed.
His eyes were as per familiar, hidden behind the black fringe over his forehead. His fingers were pale as they angrily gripped the white blanket on the bed.
"Jung—"
"For the past week, I've had to deal with that little irresolute waste of a kid, having you stuck in his brain." Jeongguk's deep voice was something Marni was definitely not used to, neither was the gloomy and vague look on his face.
"You're ubiquitously, everywhere." He declared. Marni gulped at the dark look in his eyes, they were shadowed, he was hiding a warm light behind blinds of darkness.
"It's disgusting."
Marni couldn't keep in her ire, stepping forwards with a sudden reliance radiating off of her, like a ray of light.
"I didn't come here to get insulted, I'm here to get answers."
"Then go ahead, sweetheart." A smile fell on his thin lips, the smile didn't have his usual, lukewarm glow. It was sour, mischievous. "Come sit next to me."
He patted his hand on the bed sheets, close to his own body, resting stiff against the wall beside his bed.
Marni moved closer, but did not misuse her time to sit beside him. She only moved to observe from above, beside the bed.
"5am, this morning. You were woken up for your daily bathe by your personal guard, Yuta?"
The other side of Jungkook, nodded, his smile although not straying from his face, nor did the evil glint in his eyes.
"Yuta, yes. Nice kid, sad to see him go."
Marni ignored him.
"You then, proceeded to stab him when you got into the showers, with a sickle." Marni's dark eyes narrowed, her arms moved to cross over her chest dominantly.
"How did you get the sickle? Why did you do it?"
"Why did I do it?!" The boys voice came out strangled, he only belittled Marni, and scoffed. "He always tapered me for the littlest of reasons."
"Is that all?" Marni sighed, she only pretended to not care, but deep enough he could see through how she worriedly clenched her hands.
"He gave me that look."
Marni only stayed silent, moving her eyes towards the security camera as she waiting for a proper explanation.
She was only met with a harsh hand, moving to wrap around her wrist. His hold was firm and invulnerable, but in between the pain, Marni knew how soft those hands still were.
She was pulled closer to Jungkook's face, to meet his eyes, only millimetres away, eyes filled with the submerged desire of domination and power.
She could smell his scent, a mix of black vanilla, pear, and blooming gardenia. His breaths were ragged, as he inches closer to look her in the eyes, his hands forcefully holding Marni in place.
"People look at us like we're monsters. They don't care if we can feel the stares, they don't care if we feel claustrophobic in the room we sleep in, or that we can hear them call us names. They want us to feel pain. He wanted us to feel pain, so I gave him some instead."
"And the sickle? Where'd you get it?" You glared, he only hummed a reply like it was nothing of importance.
"A friend." The smile widened to his cheeks.
A growl fell from his lips, and his hands moved to Marni's neck. Jungkook was forceful, but she had the reins to stop him.
"I understand why Kookie likes you so much." A scoff came from Jeongguk as he nodded to himself in agreement.
"You don't have that look in your eyes." He smiled, wildly. "You also—" he took a deep breath in, smelling the air. "You smell like Mango..."
"You like mango?" Marni tried to distract him with the new information. It actually seemed to work.
"Yes, I like mango, and lamb skewers." He glared, his nose pinching up to look judgmental. "Why are you asking?"
"Oh, I was just curious. I like Mango too."
He immediately let Marni go, but still kept that deep and gloomy glare her way. His dark eyes looking over her figure over, and over, till he was satisfied.
"I won't try to hurt anyone for a week, if you get me some mango."
"Oh, you won't just try, you'll do."
A wicked smile fell onto the boys lips.
"Okay, Noona."
