"Put me down" Mina eventually cried pouting adorably as Jimin kept her down on the ground and ruffled her head affectionately. The little girl blushed then looked pointedly at Taehyung who immediately flinched at her sharp gaze.

"Who is he?" She blurted.

Jimin knelt down to her level and whispered to her with a conniving smile.

"He's your uncle's better half"

She frowned. "What does that mean?" She inquired and Jimin smiled at her and she frowned as she understood his strange smile.

"Ani...I thought I will marry you." She cried.

"How cute..." Jimin whispered and even Taehyung couldn't help admiring her cuteness. She suddenly smiled exposing some parts of her falling teeths.

"But I'm still your first love aren't I Jimin hyung?"

"Of course you'll always be my first love" Jimin whispered with a bright smile and Taehyung rolled his eyes. It was obvious how much Jimin adored the little girl. He couldn't help it. He felt slightly jealous.

"You must come to our house and have breakfast" Hani offered.

"It's okay. We can have breakfast here" Taehyung rushed unwilling to spend time with this people but Jimin gave him a cautious smile before openly smiling back at them.

"Of course we'll have breakfast with you"

Taehyung smiled uneasily. He had no idea why he was suddenly feeling so trapped. He felt like they were going to ask him so many questions he wasn't ready to answer.

Mrs Han smiled at them as they began to leave.

"We are going mother" Hani said.

"Of course. I still have lots of work to do here" Mrs Han said and waved them off hurriedly while she continued barking orders at the top of her voice.

Mina held Jimin's hand totally ignoring Taehyung as they led the way to the house which just happened to be behind the restaurant. It was a nice little bungalow and once they all entered, Taehyung was immediately faced with pictures placed in every strategic location in the house. Some of the pictures included Jimin. He could see how important he was to this family.

Taehyung particularly saw pictures of Mina between Hani and one other woman with a beautiful smile. It made him curious because the other woman seemed quite familiar.

"Who is she?" Taehyung asked pointing to a picture frame of the woman close to the television set. A fond smile appeared on Hani's face as she looked at the picture.

"Oh, that's my wife Hyuna" Hani answered and continued her business of finding something in the kitchen for them to eat.

He seemed a bit shocked "How long?"

"Five years now since college" Hani answered and Taehyung nodded looking at Jimin playing with Mina from time to time. He was a completely different person when he was with her. He was no longer the seductively charming Jimin and it amused him somehow.

Taehyung watched as she dished kimbap onto plates while still talking.

"We where friends since childhood. I'm bisexual and I've had relationships both with boys and girls. Hyuna was my best friend. Our parents where very close and she was just like an older sister to me"

Her eyes became downcast. "My mother who was my only parent died of cancer when I was sixteen and I had no where else to go after none of my mother's relations took me in so I had to move in with Hyuna and her mother Mrs Han"

She smiled to herself as if recalling all those past memories.

"It was through Hyuna that I met Jimin. They where very good friends in high school  and the three of us became really close...."

She stopped looking a bit pensive. "Well that was until Hyuna confessed that she had been in love with me since we where little girls"

Taehyung widened his eyes as she continued. "I didn't know how to react to it especially since I was already dating someone else around that time"

She sighed. "Jimin tried to convince me of Hyuna's love for me. I didn't listen. I was devoted to my boyfriend until I got pregnant two years later. He denied the pregnancy and fled"

"But by then, it seemed Hyuna had gotten over me because she started seeing this very pretty girl in school. She still remained my pillar despite everything helping  me throughout my pregnancy with Mina. She was wonderful and during that time, I unknowingly began to develop feelings for her. Jimin was the one to notice it and he was eventually the one who brought us together.  He made us talk out our feelings and Hyuna confessed she was only using her girlfriend to forget about me. I confessed my feelings to her and since then, we started our relationship after Hyuna broke up with her girlfriend"

"Mrs Han was so shocked and overwhelmed but she supported us. After giving birth to Mina, I entered college and while in our second year, Hyuna and I got married after she got scouted by a modelling agency"

Taehyung smiled genuinely. "That's a wonderful story"

Hani nodded. "It's all because of Jimin. That's why he's so important to this family. He's like our own personal angel"

"You really are lucky to have him Taehyung. He's truly a keeper"

Taehyung found himself staring at Jimin, his heart swelling with so much emotion and pride. Jimin suddenly turned and caught him staring. Taehyung tore his eyes away immediately while Jimin just chuckled and walked over to him

"I noticed you staring at me Tae. Hani must have told you one of her sob stories and probably now you think I'm a hero"

Taehyung noticed his smug smile and just scoffed.

"Yeah right" he replied. Jimin laughed softly, his laughter resonating in Taehyung's ear and causing his chest to feel weird.

What's wrong with me? Get a hold of yourself Kim Taehyung  He thought to himself.

"Hani, what of Hyuna?"

"She'll be coming back from Australia next week. We can't wait for her to come back. She'll be so happy to know that you came by"

Jimin nodded. "I'm really happy for her"

He paused. "Now feed us, I'm starving"

Hani laughed and quickly served the food on the table. They sat around and began to eat.

"How long have you been married?" Hani asked.

"Just two months and few weeks" Jimin answered while Taehyung ate quietly trying not to participate in the discussion.

"Do you love each other?" She added all of a sudden causing Taehyung to spit out his food choking. He grabbed the glass cup beside his food and downed water quickly to clear his throat when he heard Jimin speaking and stopped.

"Taehyung is my world and lately, I know he doesn't know just how important he is to me but I'm ready to risk my life to prove it to him. So yes, I love him with all my heart, soul and body. I know he does to"

Taehyung just gaped unable to say a word but he was definitely moved by what Jimin said and he felt sorry. How could he love him like this when he knows it would only hurt him, hurt them.

Mina smiled at Taehyung for the first time.

"For my oppa to like you, you must be really special. He doesn't like people easily"

Taehyung just nodded and smiled back at the little girl who was definitely thinking far ahead of her age.

"You must tell me the story about how two enemies like yourselves fell in love" Hani added and Jimin wasted no time in narrating the whole story. As he did, Taehyung felt so many emotions at once as memories flashed through his mind but he couldn't help but feel bad. None of the memories had being real because the real truth was that he was bitten by a love cupid from an Angel of love. He wasn't going to pretend like everything was fine.

"We are getting a divorce" He blurted out as soon as Jimin had finished narrating the story. There was stone cold silence and even Mina noticed the tension that had suddenly enveloped the room.

"Ma, what's divorce?"

"It's nothing sweetheart" Hani said looking worried. She looked back at the two and especially at Jimin for some sort of explanation but the latter just looked terribly sad as he hanged his head while Taehyung suddenly looked regretful.

"Why?" She whispered

"It can't work out between us" Taehyung answered.

"But you love each other"

Taehyung and Jimin froze.

"I felt it the minute I stepped into the restaurant" she went on

Taehyung shook his head in denial. "You are wrong"

"I know a person in denial when I see them. I was once like you Taehyung"

She smiled wryly. "There's something here Taehyung. I'll advice you not to loose it despite everything"

Jimin took a deep breath as Hani continued.
"I can't force you Taehyung. You're a full grown man. You can make your own decisions"

Taehyung said nothing as they all continued eating their food silently, Jimin looking so miserable. After eating, they ended up spending longer than they expected. Mina played with both Jimin and Taehyung and it turned out Taehyung was really great with kids.

As Jimin watched the two playing, he sat beside Hani.

"What am I going to do? I can't loose him" he whispered

"I don't know what's going on but don't give up yet Jimin. He loves you. I know it"

Jimin just sighed. It was evening when they finally decided to leave. Hani ran a convenience store so she gave them lots of free foods and Taehyung was particularly grateful. Mrs Han came to greet them before they left giving them lots of takeouts.

As Hani and Mina escorted them to the car parked outside the restaurant, Mina grabbed Taehyung's hand.

"Don't leave my uncle"

The adults where surprised.

"I've never seen my hyung so happy so I approve as long as you don't leave"

For an eight year old, she was so sharp. Taehyung just hugged her briefly flashing her his boxy smile before entering the car without another word. Hani and Mina waved them goodbye as they finally drove off.

On the way back, Taehyung fell asleep and Jimin stared at his beautiful face still bothered about what he had said. How much longer could he hold on Just what more could he do to convince Taehyung to stop the divorce and give him a chance. Once they reached, he piggybacked the younger into the house and into his room. It was a struggle because Taehyung was bigger than him but he managed with it.

He laid him on the bed and kissed his head before opening the windows wide just the way he liked it letting the cool breeze blow around the wide room.

"Good night Tae. Tomorrow's another day" he whispered before leaving the room. Taehyung heard him leave and took a deep short breath. He had managed to overcome him today but could he do it again tomorrow?
