Jungkook watched with a sad expression on his face as his wings disappeared and everyone stared at him.

"So it's true...." Hye sun whispered and looked at Yumi who hid her face in embarrassment.

His face reddened and his eyes flared up. "Do you know what you did? Do you have any idea what I went through?" Hye sun yelled at Yumi with tears in his eyes.

He heaved angrily "I thought I went insane. I couldn't understand why I did what I did at the time. It haunted me for years. I was so full of anger each time I looked at you. I had no idea until now...."

Jungkook spoke "There is no need blaming each other. The only one to blame is myself because I was careless and I took people's feelings for granted. Now, I have to pay in the worst possible way"

He looked behind him sadly noting his missing wings.

Taejun who had been quiet all these while still on his knees faced ahead of him staring into nothingness.

"This can't be happening...." he whispered to himself, his lips trembling in shock. His whole body was vibrating.

"Appa..."Taehyung whispered when he saw the blood trickling down Taejun's nose.

Hye sun looked down at the other who looked back at him with sorrow in his eyes. Words weren't spoken but he could see in his eyes exactly what was happening.

"Taejun.... " Hye sun whispered. Taejun whimpered as his eyes slowly closed and he collapsed to the ground.

"Appa!" Taehyung yelled rushing towards his father slumped on the hard sandy ground. Jimin followed as they both crouched beside him.

"Taejun!" Hye sun shouted loudly watching in alarm as blood filled the latter's mouth and started dripping to the floor.

"What's happening to him?" Taehyung whispered.

They carried Taejun into the house and kept him in one of the rooms. Sana called the Doctor who arrived moments later to check him up.

Upon taking a look at him, the man shook his head.

"This isn't good" he whispered then turned to the others.

"I will have to run some tests. I will be back tomorrow morning to give you the results"

"Okay Doctor, thank you" Taehyung said and the man left immediately.

Taehyung sat beside Kim Taejun watching him closely. Hye sun and his wife were outside barely talking. Being here gave him ample time to think. He had no idea what to feel after the story Jimin's mother told them. He still couldn't believe his father and Jimin's dad had a relationship in the past. It was so awkward finding out about that but then, It occurred to him that the whole feud between the two families occurred as a result of misunderstandings. It was a trivial issue, a trivial one that escalated beyond anyone's control but he realized one thing. Which was that what ever happened in the past paved the way for him and Jimin to be together in the future. The love cupid destroyed their parents relationship but brought the two of them together. It really was something.

He ended up falling asleep but was awoken by a tap on his shoulder. He looked up to see Jimin smiling at him.

"Come lie down. You need to rest" he whispered

Taehyung sighed reluctantly and Jimin took a deep breath.

"If it will make you feel better, I will stay and look after him" he said.

"Really? You would do that?"

Jimin nodded and Taehyung finally agreed, allowing Jimin to take his hand and lead him to the other room. They paused as soon as they saw Jungkook in front of them. They glared at him angrily and he scratched the back of his neck nervously.

"I'm sorry. I know what I did was wrong..."

"Why didn't you tell us? Was that the reason why you stayed behind even after your time had expired?" Jimin said.

The angel nodded his head awkwardly. "Yeah and I'm really sorry"

Taehyung shook his head. "No need to apologize. The deed has already been done. All we need to figure out now is how we can end this whole thing once and for all"

There was silence before Jungkook spoke.

"I'll be leaving soon... They are coming for me"

"Who?" Jimin asked.

"The angels. I have overstayed my welcome and for sure, I'm going to be punished. I have already lost my wings anyway"

He lowered his head sadly. Jimin went closer to him rubbing his back to console him.

"But you did good today Jungkook. Don't worry"

He smiled at Jungkook and Taehyung cleared his throat loudly. "We have to rest Jiminie, have you forgotten?"

Jimin laughed at Taehyung's jealous face.

"Good night Jungkook" He said stepping away from the angel as Taehyung grabbed his hand

"Good night!" Jungkook responded.

Taehyung smiled at Jungkook and began to leave with Jimin. Soon they were bickering and Jungkook just chuckled shaking his head at the two.

The following morning, the doctor returned with the test result. Jin, Hoseok, Namjoon and Yoongi had taken a flight to Jeju and arrived at the village that same morning.

The doctor's face did not look good as they gathered in front of Taejun's room to hear the result.

"I'm sorry to inform you about this but he has leukemia. He is in the third stage of this disease and unfortunately, he has few weeks left to leave"

No one said anything. They couldn't believe it. Leukemia? Kim Taejun?

"You all should try to be there for him at this time. I can only prescribe morphine to help him cope with the pain" he said.

They nodded their heads as he left. They where at a loss for words when they gathered in the room to see Taejun. He was awake and sitting up on bed with needles poking out of his skin. He smiled wryly.

"I guess you know"

Taehyung slowly approached his father and stopped in front of him.

"How long?"

Silence.

"How long?"

"Since the time you got missing"
He sighed. "It came as a shock to me too. I was perfectly healthy only to find out that I only had three months left to live"

Taehyung scoffed. "Is that why..."

Taejun nodded. "That was why I rushed your wedding with Jisoo. That was why I went all psycho when I found out about your relationship with Jimin"

He fixed his eyes on Hye sun. "I had vowed to be better than him but after finding out about my sickness. I wanted to die knowing I had become bigger and more powerful than him by allying myself with Lee pil no's daughter"

"But now, I realize that everything I did was in vain. I hated him all these years for nothing. I blamed him for the death of my mother"

"Blame me Taejun... " Hye sun whispered as he walked towards him. "Whether it was because of the cupid or not, the fact still remained that I hurt you. I caused your mother's death and nothing can change that"

Taejun shook his head tears spilling down his eyes.

"What are we going to do now?" he cried.

"What you two are going to do is to let bygones be bygones" Jimin whispered.

Taehyung nodded in agreement. "You both hurt us a lot. You made us hate each other despite being hypocrites yourselves. You damaged our self esteem. In fact you were shitty parents but with the little amount you have left to live, you can make it right"

Taejun and Hye sun looked at each other. "Indeed we are shitty parents and no amount of apologies can make up for what we did" Hye sun said.

The younger ones nodded their head. "You're damned right" They chorused.

"We are sorry" Taejun whispered and grabbed both their hands as he looked at them.

"I made you cold hearted" he said to Taehyung then turned to Jimin. "I was going to kill you but now I'm about to die and I just found out my life has been one big joke...."

He gave a painful laugh. "But we can't change the past. We can only change the present and the future. Our own chapter has ended but yours have just begun"

He squeezed their hands. "So today, I finally give you my blessings to remain together and to raise a family if you so desire"

Jimin cried out in joy wrapping his arms around Taehyung who held him tightly trying to hold back his own tears.

Hye sun nodded his head "I give you both my blessings too and if you can forgive me, I would like that to happen...I'm really sorry"

He gave them an easy smile and there was an amicable raport between them when Yumi suddenly walked into their midst. Everyone stopped and looked at her

"Since we are forgiving each other and all... "

Hye sun stood up and stopped in front of her.

"Yumi, I need time..."

She gulped staring at him with wet eyes.

"What do you mean?"

"I need time to forgive you for what you did. I'm not saying I'll divorce you because I know you are remorseful for what happened but we need time apart"

She nodded. "I understand. I didn't even imagine you would go easy with me" then sobbed quietly.

"You are the mother of my only son. I can endure everything for that sake alone"

Yumi nodded again. "I will take the next available flight back to Seoul" she said then turned to Jimin.

"I have been a bad mother but sincerely, I hope that from now on, you will be happy..." She kissed his cheek and looked at Taehyung stroking his chin fondly. "You too..." she whispered and walked away without another glance.

Taehyung and Jimin looked at each other.

"I guess you two have a lot to say to each other. So we'll leave you" Jimin said.

"Appa, rest" Taehyung said and grabbed Jimin's hand. Together they left their fathers alone.

There was an awkward silence between the two former enemies.

"So..." Hye sun began.

"So..." Taejun added biting his lips.

"This is awkward"

"No kidding"

They finally smiled at each other. "We can't forget the past Taejun but we can make up for some few things"

Taejun sighed.

"How about we try to be friends. We where friends once. We weren't even lovers for long. We were lovers for just a day"

Taejun nodded "Yeah...you're right"

He lowered his head. "God, I hated you. It was my hatred for you that made me do things. Terrible things that I'm not at all proud of"

"But we can change. Can't we?"

They held hands and looked into each other's eyes

"I missed you...the real you" Hye sun whispered.

Taejun laughed "Yah, what's this?  We are in-laws man"

Hye sun scratched his head. "I'm sorry. I almost forgot"

Taejun sighed. "Three months Hye sun....i only have three months"

Hye sun nodded. "Then let's make it count" he replied.

Jimin and Taehyung where outside the house when they saw Jungkook trapped between two men. A woman was standing beside him alongside another man. They were all dressed in white looking ethereal.

"What's going on?" Jimin asked. The four other boys including Sana, Baekhyun and Chanyeol saw what was happening and was with them.

Jungkook smiled brightly. "I'm going home to recieve my punishment. I'll be fine. Don't bother about me"

The woman shook her head wearing a slightly annoyed look on her face "Because of him, we've had to expose ourselves to humans. Something we only do through dreams"

"Who are you?" Taehyung said

"I'm his boss" The woman answered bluntly. The other man held Jungkook's hand fondly.

"Fifty years isn't such a long time"

Jungkook sighed. "It is Mark" he whispered.

The latter suddenly pecked his cheeks "Not for me"

Jungkook stared at the other wide eyed.

"What was that for?"

He noticed the look in Mark's eyes and his breath hung.

"You...."

Mark hissed shaking his head. "You are so clueless. Why do you think I still keep up with you"

Jungkook blushed and looked at the others

"My mission is over and I'll be going now. The times I spent with you all changed my perspective about humans. I'll never forget you but I'm leaving you with a little gift. I hope you will take care of it. I've been planning this gift for a few days now"

He exposed his bunny smile and they looked at each other confusedly. They where all beginning to tear up.

"Are we ever going to see you again?" Jimin cried.

Jungkook shrugged. "Probably...in fifty years"

He gave them a sad smile.

"Good bye" he whispered finally in a broken voice before taking Mark's hand. In the twinkle of an eye, Jungkook and the group of angels disappeared.

Jin sighed "What just happened?" he whispered. They where all sobbing silently, leaning on each other trying to process the fact that their angel was gone and this time for good.

"Everything is over....it's all over now" Taehyung said holding Jimin's hand in his as all the others looked at them with sad smiles on their faces. It really was over. Now, they could be happy but their moment was interrupted when Jimin felt a light tug at his pants. He looked down only to gaze at an adorable looking girl not more than five years old with red puffy eyes and a dishevelled appearance looking up at him and Taehyung.

"Little girl....what are you doing here?" Jimin asked as he and Taehyung knelt down to her.

"I'm hungry...." She cried wiping her eyes.

Taehyung looked around him. "You're hungry? What of your parents?"

The girl gulped. "They died!"

Jimin stroke her arm. "It looks like she's all alone" he said looking at the child with pity.

"What's your name little one?" Taehyung said smiling at her.

The girl perked up. "Sun hee but you can call me Sunny"

They nodded, blinded by how adorable she looked but the one thing they all noticed was her bunny smile.
