It's been hours he was doing the test. He has been sitting on that checking table for too long. He knows that the doctor his doing what he can to see what could be wrong with his soul. But he cannot stay here doing nothing than stay still and saying nothing. So... Boney started to have a little chat with Gaster to pass the time.

"Um... Do you have a job?" He asked not sure if this is a good way to start a conversation. He was so bad at this. Yet he was lucky to have meet Sans and his brother with no problem.

The doctor turn around with a needle in hand. Which was very long. The tv man kinda froze at the sight of it. "If you mean about right now... It is kind of complicated.. But I used to be a doctor and a royal scientist."

He came over and stop in front of him. The needle still in his hand. He carefully took one of Boney's arms and turn it around so he could see the veins. The young man reacted by getting his arm away from his grasp and keep staring at the needle. The doctor raised an eye brow and looked at the man's screen. He could see and feel the emotion Boney was giving. It was fear, afraid of the needle and even might have a big terror of them. He decide to put it down and away from sight. "I am sorry... I must have asked you if you had any phobia or fear over something." Gaster was used to this, but he always forget about others opinion or feelings when he use his tools on them.

Boney held his arms close to his chest has he let out a shaky breath. "I dunno how but... Those kinda make me feel cold and not please to see.." He started to explain has he move his head away. "I-I... Is there some test you have with no n-needle in it?" He asked shyly has he gave a small glance up at the ex-doctor. Gaster stare at young manfor a moment before he gave him a soft smile. "Of course. I wanted to test something with you for a moment and I think your going to love it instead of that." He simply said before he took the long needle and put it more far away.

This test made Boney wonder what it would be. Was going to be fun if he is going to enjoy it? The sudden realization that maybe he was going to test his cooking skill over magic food made him beam up from his gloomy feelings. "Really? What that test could be?" He move his legs up and down from the table he was on.

Gaster hum has he made himself look like he was thinking about it. It was so obvious he was going to say something about food. Yet he made it longer to answer just to tease the boy that seemed too excited from where he was sitting. "Come on..." Boney whined has he stop dangling his legs. "Say it's about the food test already!" Boney acted such like a child now. Seems like he and Papyrus would have a commun point there about food.

"Alright. Put your shirt back on and follow me." He ordered has he walked over the door to the saloon. Because the two had been in the garage for a while and not Sans or Papyrus had decided to bargue in yet. The two skeleton bros must be very busy doing something outside the house to leave the two alone. Boney had notice the look the brothers would give to each other before they try to explain why they must leave the house. Gaster had notice that too and leave them do what they want since they both were old enough to do that. Boney felt something confusing about this. Yet he felt his mind whispering to him random stuff while his heart would tell something about destiny.

He shrugs that of and prefer to focus on the present. After he put on his white long sleeves shirt back on him. He rushed behind Gaster even if he could just have walked. Whereas the cold from the garage Walt not very pleasant for him. He had almost tripped on his steps before a hand would help him steady. "Be careful... There is no need to rush." Warned Gaster gently has he remove his hand and kept walking to the kitchen. Boney screen fired up into a pink colour. He was embarrassed for that small incident he almost done.

The noise from pan and other utensils from the kitchen made him snap out of his embarrassment. He went to check what he was going to make with all the stuff him might be dealing with. He was quite amazed about how smooth his movement was. Gaster got everything he wanted with the help of his magics hands. He could proceed in peace without being bothered for being watch. Boney got more closer and had sat down on a stool to have a better sight at everything. Gaster was only doing what everyone does in cooking. Perhaps Boney though it was himself being tired than usual to see him with sparkles and move in slow carefree. Gaster suddenly hummed a tune that distracted Boney from thinking again. The hums of that song was quite familiar, like he used to heard it somewhere.

For Gaster it has been so long since he had cook something for someone. Of course when he came back, he deeply wanted to get his sons to eat something else than... Spaghetti. He could dare to say it would make him puke. But when he saw how Papyrus would always brighten and explain how he love the pasta food.... He can't stop him from always cooking it. But he do wish to teach Papyrus about different recipes. Like in old times, when Sans was only 5 and papyrus only a baby. The two would always watch him cook and wanted to do something in it to help. He enjoyed that time. It sadden him that he could not do that again with them. Sans was now a lazy 25 years old skeleton and Papyrus seemed to be the only who wanted to be the one to cook for others.

He stops his humming and movement has well. Which made Boney be concern and alert about it. "Why did you stop?" He ask has his hands were put on the table. Gaster glance up and sighed has he slowly stirr the mixture he just made. "It just bring me old memories about my sons... Where we used to cook together.." He answer in a melancolic tone which surprised the young man more. "Oh... Do you maybe.. Want me to cook with you?" He suggested shyly has he held his hands together. This bring the attention to the other has he waited for him to continue. "After all... I have never learned about magic food before and since it's from you I have heard it.... Do you have the pleasure to teach me?" He tilted his tv head to one side with a question mark popping on his screen.

Gaster stared at Boney and felt quite pleasant about what he just said. He seem to really want to learn from him about the magic food. "Sure. You can come." He signed with a hand for Boney to join his side. The boy stood up with a big smile has a black long slick tail suddenly wags a lot from side to side. He quickly step around without stumbling and stop right next to the skeleton. "So.... What are we doing?" His happy behavior would warm up Gaster's soul and he explained to him what they were going to make. Boney listened and seem very appreciated about it.

For at least some hours passing... The skeleton brothers had came back from there daily routine into their home. Sans was the first to arrive since his job was quite not far from the house while Papyrus was working in a police station that was pretty far away. But being tall and having long legs was easy for him to arrive right after his older brother.

Various smell was coming around the place. Which bring curiosity and intrugued the two brothers to know what has happened here while they were gone. They heard the sounds of laughters coming from the kitchen. The two look at each others and felt like they knew everything actually went fine. They took a small peek to where the sounds came and could gave a small smile about the scene they were witnessing.

Boney and Gaster both were having fun cooking and there was a lot of foods piled on one side from the kitchen. The both were even joking around while cleaning the mess they had made.

Sans look up to Papyrus and whisper something to him before he point over the couch. The younger brother understand and follow after him when he got to the couch and sat on it to wait for the two to finish they're fun.

Gaster would be the first to realize it was already time for diner. He stop to laugh and looked around him to notice how much of meal they have cook since then. "In the name of Asgore... I think we might got ourself quite too far today." Boney soon stop laughing and notice Gaster looks over something. He almost gasp when he saw the bunch of dessert they have done. "Oh Lord... Um.. Did we made all of that?" He sounded quite unbelieving. Gaster look down at him and back up to the pile of food. "We did... I guess we should stop and put those in the fridge." He suggest and Boney agree with him on that.

The two cleaned and put the bunch of dessert they could in the fridge before they step out of the kitchen and notice Sans and Papyrus sitting on the couch while watching the tv.

"So... You two had fun cooking? It was pretty fishtive in there." Commented Sans. Papyrus ushed him for having made a joke and disturb his focus on his favorite show. Both Boney and Gaster look at each other and look away with blush on their faces. "y-yes..." Answer the younger of the two has he played with his fingers. "By the way... I didn't think I could enjoy cooking this much before." He chuckles nervously has he glance at the three skeletons.

Papyrus stood up suddenly has he look confident. "IT IS TIME FOR ME TO MAKE MY SPECIAL CULINARY FOOD! SPAGUETTI!" which result for Sans and Gaster to give a face that made Boney look at them and chuckles. The tall skeleton rushed inside into the kitchen and the sound coming from it was the signal he was motivated to cook spaghetti. Faster sighed has he went to sat down next to his older son. "I can't stop him now..." He mumbled has he run a hand over his face. Boney still stood there has he watch him before he glanced at the clock hanging up to a wall. "Well... What could be so wrong about him making spaghetti?" He look down at them. Sans raised an eye brow and cross his arms has he huffed. "Paps spaghetti is the one dish you prefer not to have to eat... But I always pretend for it be good. So he does not get down.." He explain has he change the channel on the tv. Boney nods has he decided to sat down on the arm chair standing next to the couch. "I see... Have any of you two tried to show him how to cook them before?" He lean his back deeper on how soft the texture this arm chair has. "I did, but I don't think he would have remember it... He was too young." Faster answer has he looked quite gloom next to Sans. Who by the way patted his shoulder. "You could still try to teach him ya know?" He said softly. Boney agrees with him. "Yes, there is nothing too late to teach something to someone. Especially if it's your child!" He said proudly has he sat up. Sans snort has he gave him a look. "Oh yeah? Where is your daughter then?" This question made Boney jump out of the seat. He realize he did have forgot to get Loona back from his neighbor house. "Oh goodness! Thanks you for reminding me Sans!" He run both of his hands on his head. "Oh gosh... I'm such a bad father for have forgetting her! I better go before she think I abandoned her or worst!" He rushed to the front door and quickly took his coat before he get to open the door. A skeleton hand had stop him from going further. "Let me help you with that." It was Gaster who was now looking less gloomy. Boney froze and tilt his head back a bit. "Um... Sure? But are you.. Going to ride us over there?" Gaster shook his head and chuckles lightly. "No, there is a faster way than that." He let go of his shoulder and instead give both of his hands to him. "Take my hands and hold your breath." He instructed has he smiled. Boney look down at Gaster's hands and slowly put his how into them. The warm he suddenly got from Gaster's one make him fluster. He held his breath and stared at Gaster eyes.

The scene change and the two where right in front of Boney's neighborhood. The tv man looked around atonished about this. "This is... How?" He trailed off and got an amused skeleton watching him being lost for words. He raise his hands up and wave them like jazz. "Magic~" He slurred out has he chuckles. Boney look back at him and cross his arms. "I can't believe magic could be this cool... You got to teach me how you do that!" He turn around and took the walk to his neighbor house. Gaster followed him has he wonder how he could teach him the teleportation since he only saw skeleton monster use it.

"I'm glad to have nice a neighborhood. Without them around I could not go to work or get to have a small break when I need it. I don't want Loona to actually see me sad or mad over something.." He spoke out to make the silence less know around them from the sight of the sun setting down already. Gaster listened to him chat randomly until they get in front of a red door. A knock and a voice came to answer them. When it open the human couple stood out with bright smile on their face once they saw who it was. "Boney! We are glad to see you back! For a second we though you had a problem..." Said the black haired lady in concern has she step out of the way and let him come inside. The husband open the door wider has he stood behind it to let their neighbor get inside. "Thanks you so much for keeping Loona until I came back... Also I'm sorry about the worry. I didn't mean for you two to get a scare." He rubbed the back of his head has he smiled more. Gaster watch the two interact has he follow to enter in.
"Oh? Who could it be? Is it the man you keep mentioning to us?" Asked the brown haired man to Boney. Which he realized he did not talk about them to him. "Y-Yes! This is Gaster! He... He is the person I told you who I was going to be busy with today.." He shyly said has the couple seem to give a soft smile and a knowing look to each other. "It is a pleasure to meet you Gaster! My name is Jessica and here is my husband Elios."she introduced has she point to herself and to the brown haired man who seemed to give a hand to the skeleton f9r a hand shake. Gaster smiled has he took his hand and shake it. " Pleasure to meet you two has well. I have not heard a lot from you two and wanted to know who you two were." He said softly which made the couple look at Boney with raised eyebrows. "You don't talk about us neyney?" Asked Jessica in chock has she put her hands on her cheeks. Boney flinch and reacted to her by trying to explain it was not true. While he get Elios to do a drama move has he leaned on his shoulders. "Oh hun... Have you heard that? Our precious neighbor think less of us!" Boney panicked has he moved his hands around has he still tried to defend himself about that. Gaster founded this scene amusing has he join in it has well. "Gaster not you too... " Boney complain he slouched a bit. Gaster would pay his head has he shrugs at him. "Sorry,I could not help it to see how cute you were trying to do what you can to explain yourself to your dear friendly neighbor." Boney grumble and wanted to say something to him before he got interrupted by a grey dash passing at him. Mostly that grey thing has jumped on his head and gripped it for life. "Mmf?" Boney Pat the grey fellas that cluched at him for making him blind. The couple was surprised by what just happen. It seem Loona had notice her father or mostly had heard him to come this fast and get this needy to hug his head.

Loona stared right onto Gaster has she stay still against her father. "Hello little one. It is nice to see you again." He softly interact has he gave a small wave to her. She answer to him by sticking her tongue out and looking so neutral. "Mmf... Mm... Mmfph..?" Boney tried to speak to his daughter, but with her fur mostly englufing his audio receptor that would let him comunicate has hear everything around. He was not worried to be cut out of sight or even to hear stuff. He instead tried to sooth out the little tiger from gripping at him so much.
The couple held a hand up to their mouth has they see the interaction going before their how child came between them. "Hey! It's not fair of you to run away from a game...?" The boy stop talking has he look up to Boney and Gaster. He got quickly shy at the sight of the skeleton and hide behind his dad for security. Elios pick him up has the boy keep tries to hide from the skeleton sight. Jessica would Pat her son head to give him reassurance. "Raphael, it's alright. He is a friend of Boney. This is Gaster." She said has she encourage her son to look at him. Which he slowly did before he look at his mom. "Really? Then if he is friend with uncle Boney... Does that mean he is mine too?" He innocently ask. "Of course! But Loona is your friend too right?" She asked with closed eyes. Raphael blink and nods has he look to his friend.

Boney's hands came up to Loona's back and he gave it small circles and soft caress to made the girl let go of her father. "Loona..." His voice seem to sound louder despite he was muffled before. He must have turn the volume of his voice up. "I'm sorry for making you wait.... Will you forgive your poor father for that?" He hoped she would like all the time he would come late to get her. Yet she did not say anything when he was able to take her off of his head. She looked away from him with a pout. "Oh... " he lower the volume of his voice to not startle the others. "My princess.. Please? I'm very sorry, you know I usually get distracted or busy all the time..." Loona ears peek a little but she did not look at him. "If I promise to you to get you something you want... Will you forgive me?" This time she would give him a glance. She seem interested to his offer. "We can... Go to the park? Or get some ice cream? Tell me what you want and I promise we will go do that. You and me only. How does that sounds?" Seeing how desperate he seem to get her trust him again made Gaster see himself through Boney when he was also a young father. Where he had to do stuff to get Sans to corporate with him. It was so easy with Papyrus but always hard with Sans somehow.

The couple watched in hope for Loona to give Boney a answer. "Loona?" He watched her has well, waiting for an answer from her. She stared at him until her eyes would shine and parted her lips to say something. "... Promise?" A relief washed everyone around them. Boney face light up has he playfully spin with hugging her close to his chest. "Promise!" He raise her in the air once his spin had came to a stop. "So? What do you want to do?" Loona smiled has she look around her. She lock her eyes with her friend then to his parents and lastly to Gaster. Who gave her a nod to encourage her to tell Boney. She smiled more has she look down at him. "I...want... Fishy fishy!" She raise her fist up in the air in determination. Everyone got confused about that answer. But her voice sounded so cute and a bit high. Boney bring her down has he snort at her answer. "Really, fishy the fish? The one you keep watching from your cartoon?" She gave him a rough nod has she pull at the top of his shirt. "Alright, if you want him that much... But I though you wanted to pass time with me?" He said amused when she reacted to his tease. "I-I... Papa.. I do want to be with you!" She whine has she look serious at him.

Raphael would also react and pull at his parents attention. "Me too I want fishy the fish!" He said has he seem to give puppy eyes to them. The couple chuckles has they could not say no to him. Boney ponder has he got an idea. "What about... We together go to the themed park made about fishy the fish and his friends? I have remembered this month it was open for anyone at any age and would give free rides on some attraction?" He said unsure on his second sentence. The couple seen to be pleased by this idea. "Sure! Plus it seems to make two very excited about it!" Jessica answer with a sweet smile. Elios agreed with her has the two child seem to be squeaking in joy. "Yeah, your friend can join us if he want?" He pointed out which made Gaster be surprised to be invite over a family event. "Me? Are you sure?" He seem baffled even. Boney look at him and nods. "Of course! It would be fun to have more joining us! Right?" He look back to the couple who nods with a grin on their face.

"If it's fine then... I'll be glad to join you all in this park."

"That is great! Now are you going to stay have a drink or... Not?"

"It is kind of you Jessica, but I think me and Gaster over there better go back to his home with my daughter. His sons must be waiting for us to eat diner."

"Alright! Have a safe trip until we meet again at the park!"

"Thanks you! See you three later!"
