"Okay! i am also coming... i don't want to stay alone in the house..." anika said in hesitation.

"ok... come... it's for the whole 24 hours... i stay in the operation theatre and you stay in the hotel and keep staring at the 4 walls of the luxury hotel... what you say? wouldn't be interesting? " neeti asked anika who didn't let her go to Mumbai for immediate surgery. 

"ok, i will keep staring the walls... please take me with you... i am yearning to taste that crispy vada pav from Ashok vada pav center... you deal with the patient and i deal with vada pav" - she said while licking her lips. 

"always food... can't you see anything beyond that..."  neethi asked her where she smiling nodded no.

"for the rest of the five months... my mind, my heart, my breath, my pulse only revolve around food, food, food..." - she said while dramatically closing her eyes while imagining about having vada pav. out of sudden in her imagination shivaay came with the vada pav and fed her. she immediately opened her eyes in a jerk. 

"why always?" - she yelled in frustration as she always dreaming about shivaay.

"now, what happened?" - neeti asked her while seeing her reflection in the mirror, anika frustrationally looked up her reflection in the mirror. 

"does he again knock your heart door?" - neeti smilingly asked her.

"you don't start again... he moved on in his life... and it has been 4 years... and out of all, he has a daughter... don't know why he still disturbing my thoughts..."- anika said and somehow she also tried to convince herself to come out of his thoughts hardly knowing its heart to heart connection.

"now i will ask what's the relation between you guys? you will say you guys were just friends... and i will merely believe that and go to the hospital... this is what i do usually when you dream of him"- neeti teased her.

"ok... fine... he proposed to me once... " - she said while keeping her palms on her forehead.

"you proposed him or he proposed you?" - neeti asked in confusion.

"he proposed me on the first monsoon after my daadi's death" - she said in the same position.

"you proposed him back?" - neeti questioned her.

"what? no!... never... " - anika exclaimed in a jolt.

"if you don't love him, then he's coming in your dream every day... that too, with your favorite food" - neeti asked her with a smile.

"what are you trying to say?" - anika asked neeti. neeti came and sat next to her.

"Think it's possible.. that shivaay may know something or be an important part in your past... and he may have questions for your every question..." - she encouraged her to call him.

"yaar... i am done... done in thinking about the possibilities... please i don't want to spend my precious time in thinking or asking about my past... in the case of shivaay, he was always my inspiration. unknowingly, he gave me the courage to face this world as a single mom as he's a single father too for his daughter... that's it maa... i don't want to know anything..." anika said in a stern tone and went back to her room.

"pack your bags... we are staying in Mumbai for three days... and we will explore all the vada pavs of Mumbai... I too want to see how it's better from Pune's vada pav" neeti tried to cheer her up but everything went in vain.

"ok, listen... we are going to explore Mumbai... i swear i will forget about shivaay" - neeti said to her. anika smiled. 

"fine... i am going to pack my bags... and we are going to Ashok vada pav... deal?" - anika pouted innocently to neeti. 

"ok, dear... fine... we will go there and eat world-famous vada pav" - neeti agreed to her deal and she smiled, other than that reason, she really wants anika to take there for her memory loss due to the accident.

Time flew in a jiffy, both neeti and anika reached Mumbai airport from Pune airport. anika felt some relief as well as heaviness in her heart when she reached Mumbai after 4 months. she felt like she left something very important behind but she swiped away all the thoughts and moved inside.

"uff," - anika stretched her hands.

"need water?" - neethi asked her.

"no... need to go washroom" - she said and hurried to the restroom while coming out from the restroom she heard one familiar voice. a smile appeared in her face when she heard that voice, she rushed outside. 

"rhea..." exclaimed when she saw her office bestie talking in her phone while washing her hands. she immediately turned towards the reflection and exclaimed her name loudly forgetting that she saw her best friend after 4 years of gap.

"one minute..." she said to anika and held the phone.

"anika..." she exclaimed and hugged her tightly but she felt something disturbing her while they were hugging. she jumped in happiness when she finds herself pregnant.

"who's that person came between us?" rhea said while looking at her baby bump. anika smiled in happiness.

"4 months...he's disturbing us... " - anika said while caressing her stomach. 

"he maybe she... i want to be a maasi for your daughter... not for your son..." - Rhea said with a wide smile.

"i can't believe this... after 4 years dude..." - she exclaimed in happiness.

"yes... 4 years... by the way...congrats for you and..." - rhea stopped while hearing the announcement when she was about to spill the truth. 

"dude... i have to go... i am so sorry... give your number... i will give you a call" - rhea asked her in the ready to go position.

"it's 83245673133.." anika said in a hurry.

"ok dear... take care... i will come to meet you, day after tomorrow... please take care of my child" - rhea said in hurry and left.

"ok bye..." anika waved her back.

then she came out and told neeti about her meeting with rhea, she told how she gets closed to rhea when they were working under shivaay. neeti felt relieved to see her real carefree face when they stepped into Mumbai. she felt some happy atmosphere in the air when they stepped out of the airport and reached the taxi.

"oh god" - anika exclaimed and hit her head.

"what happened?" - neeti asked her. 

"i gave her wrong number... i blocked it long before... what i did? how will i contact her?"  - anika asked neeti. 

"relax... call your office and get her number..." neeti gave an idea and anika got relaxed.

when they were about to cross a temple, neeti asked the taxi driver to stop the car and wait for them for a while in the parking area. they both stepped out and humidity was high but her heart was dancing in the snow, she can't able to find the reason behind that, her smile becomes constant.

"ok wait here... i will buy pooja thali and come" - neeti said and moved towards the shop. she nodded with a smile where she corrected her dupatta and explored the beauty of the temple with her eyes and her eyes caught a most beautiful scene where a 3 years old stood wearing traditional clothes and looked at her shockingly. that girl didn't leave her for a while, anika started to get attracted and started to move towards her without her knowledge. her thoughts broke when she was about to slip from the steps wherein a fraction of the second anika went towards and save from falling.

"Are you okay, baby? nothing happened to you, right?" anika started to check her in a hurry where tears flow from her face without even her knowledge. she nodded yes and wiped off her tears without even speaking a word.

Anika can't resist herself from hugging her and shower her with kisses. she was doing everything without even her knowledge but that girl didn't speak a word but placed her head near to her chest and held her waist tightly as she finally felt solace after 4 months of gap. suddenly she felt something moving in anika stomach, anika felt that too, that girl quickly broke the hug and looked at her big stomach.

"hy ur stmach is igg" (why your stomach is big?) - she asked her.

"because i am having a cute baby like you inside my stomach..." she said and she rolled her eyes in shock where anika kept her little palms in her stomach and asked, "baby". 

"baby!" - that girl cupped her mouth and smiled.

"yes... baby!" - anika said with a wide smile. by then neeti came to the scene and asked anika about the child. she told she saved her from falling.

"oh... sweetheart what's your name?" - neeti asked her, soon they heard name shivanya from the other end of the temple.

"daadi..." - shivanya said while pointing her finger.

"ok, ani... stay here, i will leave her and come..."  neeti said and took her in her arms and moved away from anika, but anika and shivanya's eyes stuck towards each other. neeti gave shivanya to pinky where pinky thanked her and neeti left the place.

"where you went, beta?" - pinky asked her. but shivanya stopped herself telling about anika because shivaay's words came to her mind, if she takes anika's name, he will become sad. where anika and neeti finished their pooja and went, anika's eyes searched for a glance of shivanya but she didn't get a chance to see her.
