Next morning Neil woke up and got ready to meet commissioner sir. Neil wore his watch when his phone starts ringing.

Neil moves to his bed fixing the watch on his wrist. He picks the phone and saw caller id.

Neil : hello sir.. I'll be there in 20 minutes. Yeah. Bye.

Neil ending the call shoved his phone in his pocket. Neil taking some files which he was asked he left to his room..

He descending down the stairs saw neha Bebe in the hall.

Neil : good morning neha Bebe.

Bebe : good morning tillu.

Neha : good morning Bhai.

Neil: Bebe can you inform mom to make my breakfast.. I'm going out.

Bebe : tillu where are you going at this time? You don't have any work right.

Neil : Bebe remember last night I told you about meeting commissioner sir.

Bebe nodded her head as she recalled when Neil told meeting commissioner sir at Metha mansion.

Bebe : oh yes.. I remembered but tillu before leaving have you it breakfast. You can't go out on empty stomach.

Neil : Bebe can't stay any longer.. I'm getting late...

Bebe : tillu..

Neil : please bebe..I'm getting late..

Neil's phone rang again altering him. Neil took his phone out and saw the caller id. Neil looks at Bebe.

Neil : Bebe I'm sorry but I have to leave..

Neil left the mansion before Bebe could stop Neil.

Neil sat in the car and drove away.

In Metha mansion.

The sun rays peeped into Avni's room.. avni stirred in sleep and slowly opens her eyes.. she adjusting the room brightness and picking her phone up saw the time.

Keeping her phone back on the side table sat up and tied her hair in bun.. she slips in her feet into comfortable slippers.. she stood up and moves to closet..

She took her clothes and walks to washroom to complete her morning routine.

Half an hour avni steps out of washroom with towel wrapped around her wet hair.. she walks to dressing table and taking the hair dyer starts drying her wet hair.

She kept the dyer aside and taking brush she combed her hair..

Avni took another 20 minutes to get ready.. avni took her handbag and laptop bag and walks to bed side to pick her phone up..

She took her phone and shoved into her hand bag..

She then confirming herself that she got everything for the day walks out of the room.

Avni descending down the stairs kept her belongs on the sofa and walks go dinning area where everyone was having their breakfast...

Avni : good morning papa..

She kissed Ashish cheek and pulled chair next to him.

Ashish : good morning princess..

Avni : good morning dadi.. Aman..

Aman/ dayavnti: good morning Di/ avni beta..

Avni : what's for breakfast today?

She said opening the lids of the container and hers eyes shined up as she saw poha..

Avni: wow poha.. thank you maa..

She smiled at Neela who returned back from kitchen with something in her hand. Neela patted Avni's head and sat beside her.

All starts having their breakfast in silent when they heard Ashish phone ringing.. all of them looks at Ashish.

Ashish passed sorry look to everyone and took his phone out to see his pa calling him..

Ashish : it's my pa.. excuse me..

Ashish excusing himself took the call getting up the from the chair and moving to hall..

Avni almost finished her breakfast when she heard Ashish voice..

Ashish : princess I have to go.. you come later..

Avni : okay papa..

Avni shouted so her voice could reach to Ashish. Avni quickly finished her breakfast and bidding bye to them left for her office..

At police station..

Neil and commissioner sir was having very confidential conversations with each other.. there was no one in the room expend them two... commissioner sir was explaining Neil's post and his responsibilities...

Neil : sir when can start my job?

Commissioner: from today.. if you want.. there is lots of crime happening nowadays.. I permit you to start working from today.. and yes your uniform will be delivered to your house by tonight..

Neil : okay sir.. sir can I know where I would be  working.. I mean in this department or another one?

Commissioner: you would not be working here but another one.. I'll escort you to the department.. we will be leaving there within 10 minutes..

Neil nodded his head while commissioner sir gave Neil some ongoing cases updated. Neil carefully had all ears listening to commissioner sir..

10 minutes later Neil and commissioner sir made their way to another department. They took police jeep.. Neil starts driving the car taking permission from commissioner sir..

Neil was driving when he noticed roads blocked by police men's.. he stopped the car and looks at commissioner sir.

Neil : sir the roads are blocked.

Commissioner: I know... road is blocked due to some investigation..

Commissioner got out of the car along with Neil's to require more what's happening.

Neil and commissioner sir left from there after having conversations with the police men's..

Neil stopped the car front of police station.. they walked inside.. as they walked many constable greeted them with smile and saluting them..

Commissioner sir walks into cabin followed by Neil..

Commissioner sir cleans his throat gaining attention from officer who was engrossed in the file.. the person lifts his gaze up and saluted commissioner sir..

Officer : sir.. how you come here? You should have called me.

Commissioner: officer I hope you remembered about Neil joining this department and working with you..

Officer : yes sir.. where is officer Neil khanna?

Neil : hello sir.. myself officer Neil khanna.

Officer passed smile to Neil who returned the smile and shook his hand with him..

Officer : welcome to the team Neil.. it will be pleasant to work with you..

Neil : thank you sir..

Commissioner: officer you can give more information to Neil about the cases... I have gave him brief information of ongoing cases in this department... and Neil will start from today..

Officer : that's great sir.. but Neil you are permitted to take day off today.. today most of officers are already on duty.. from tomorrow morning you can join them and take the lead..

Neil nodding his head understanding the situations..

Commissioner sir then took leave leaving Neil and officer alone in the room..

Officer : Neil take your seat.. I'll give you some more information about the case I would like you to take lead on..

Neil nodding his seat pulled the chair and sat down.. senior officer starts giving Neil the information of the case which Neil will be charge of..

In Metha industrial..

Avni was working when she heard knock on the cabin..

Avni : come in..

Avni lifts her head up to see who has arrived but shocked seeing all of Neil's friends .. she was shocked at the same confused.. shouldn't they be at work this time not at her office...

She chucked her thoughts and stares them.

Avni : hello guys.. may I know what brought all of you here that too in working hours?

Vidyut: why can't we come to meet you avni?

Avni : that's not answer to my question vidyut. You all know I hate it when you all appear in my office in working hours.. I would really appreciate you all not being here when I'm working..

Ali : ouch... that's hurts avni.. you don't want us here... guys we should leave..

Avni : Ali stop your dream and have seat...

All sat down and looks at avni.

Juhi : how are you avni? It's been such long time we talked with each other..

Avni : I'm fine Juhi... I was busy with work.. guys please stop riddling and come to point why you all have come?

Riya : avni what do you think about relationship and Neil?

Avni : what? And why is Neil and relationship together? I'm not getting you.. be clearly what you are trying to say.

Vidyut: Riya means that Neil is single in our group so we are thinking to hook him up with someone... you know Neil doesn't love anyone or has believed in love...

Avni: why are you telling me all this? This is nothing to do with me.

Ali : you're not getting avni... we want Neil to settle down in his life with someone.. we want Neil to get relationship with girl.. see you're Neil's best friend.. informing you all means you can talk to him and convince about getting into relationship... we want you to find out if Neil loves someone or not.. if he doesn't then it will be easy for us to hook him with a girl..

Avni looks at them shocked.. they want her to know Neil's feeling about love when she already knows what he feels and about whom..

Avni : what made you think he will share his feelings with me? And please don't use card if being best friend... this is all rubbish .. you can't make me do that.. if Neil loves someone or not shouldn't bother me or you all.. if he is in love then he would tell you all.. now please stop disturbing and leave..

Riya : do you think Neil doesn't love someone? If that's the case I know someone who loves Neil very much... she would be ready anytime to make Neil fall for her...

Avni's eyes went widen open hearing Riya words..

Juhi : by any chance are you talking about her Riya?

Riya : yes her... I spoke to her last night.. she was very excited knowing Neil is back.. since Neil doesn't love anyone we can ask her to make Neil fall for her. Even Neil wouldn't resist himself falling in love with her.. she is such sweetheart.. Neil knows her too... they were close to each other since school days... what do you think guys?

Avni : totally rubbish guys.. it's rubbish.. you can't force Neil to fall in love.. Neil's feeling is not game.. I will not let you all do this... you can't do this.. your plan will hurt him lot..

Ali: but avni this is perfect plan to make Neil believe in love. And trust he will fall in love with her... she is beautiful.. good looking.. smart girl.. she mostly loves Neil... there is nothing wrong giving her chance to prove her love to Neil... I don't think anything is wrong in that..

Avni banged her hand  angrily on the desk and stares them angrily..

Avni : I'll stop you all from doing all this shit rubbish game... I will stop it this nonsense thought of yours.. Neil is not type of guy who would fall in love with anyone.... I'll make  sure you regret thinking like this... I didn't expect this from you all.. not even Juhi.. how can you support them..

Juhi : avni try to understand... this not wrong..

Avni : it's wrong.. it's wrong forcing someone.. I will not let happen... I'll make sure you guys don't go near Neil... at all.. I'll make  sure that I succeed keeping you all away from Neil .. not rubbish your wish..

Avni taking her phone stormed out of the cabin leaving them shock..

Juhi : this is non expected reaction from avni.. I never thought she would react like this..

Ali : love makes anything happen.. I believe you Juhi.. even loves Neil but something is stopping her to confess or tell anyone about her feeling about Neil... I just hope she realise what mistake she is doing and quickly confess before it's too late...

All agreed to Ali and left the office.

Avni left the office and drove somewhere in full speed.. she wasn't aware she was driving to.. she angrily drove cursing Neil's friends for mere thinking to link Neil with someone else...

She was so busy cursing them didn't realise when she banged into car... avni muttered shits looks up the car but shocked seeing the police jeep... she thought she is gone today...

She : shit.. why can't i control my anger?

She heard knock one her window.. she looks yo and saw officer knocking her window... she rolled the window and looks at him..

Officer : come out of the car miss.

Avni: sir please let me go...

Officer: didn't you hear me what I said.. come out of the car now...

Avni comes out the car and looks at the officer..

Officer : show me your licence.

Avni : sir... please let me go... I'm sorry for banging into your car... I'll be careful from next time.. please let me go...

Officer: stop fooling officer and show your car license..

Avni nodding her head searched for the license but she couldn't find it.. she looks at the officer who was watching her action...

Avni : sir I don't have car license with me...

Officer: you don't have car license with you... but you're driving car on full speed.. do you even know the law.. you could have met with accident... you could have landed in big trouble... what's your name miss?

Avni : I'm sorry sir.. avni Metha..

Officer: businessman Ashish Metha daughter... miss businesswoman avni Metha.. right.. who doesn't know you...

Avni : sorry sir...

Officer : you have to come police station with me ma'am.. I can't let you go like this.. you broke the rule..

Avni : I'm sorry sir.. please let me... I was in rush... it won't happen again.. I'm sorry sir..

Officer: ma'am you have to come with me...

Avni not having option follows the officer to his car and sat the down.. she wasn't allowed to take anything  from her car..

Officer: your car will be taken to police station by one of our team..

Avni didn't say anything but fiddle with her fingers.. in no time they reached police station..

Officer : ma'am get down..

Avni gets down and follows inside the police station.. she felt everyone's gaze on her which made uncomfortable.. she quietly followed the office who asked her to sit down..

Officer starts investigating avni when they heard senior officer voice who came out of his cabin with Neil.. Neil nor avni was not aware of each other presence..

Senior officer walks to the officer who was with avni along with Neil..

Senior officer: shinde shouldn't you be on your duty?

Shinde: yes sir.. but the jeep which I took almost with accident with this madam's car..

Senior officer looks at avni who was nervous and looking down..

Senior officer: madam what is your name?

Avni didn't say answer.. even Neil took look at avni who was looking down.. he felt something strange but chucked thinking he can't be right..

Neil : sir I should leave... I'll meet you tomorrow morning..

As Neil's voice took Avni's attention.. she snapped her head towards him and looks at him... she immediately stood up and tightly hugged him making everyone shock including Neil..

Avni : Neil..

She whispers against Neil's chest which was audibly to Neil.. Neil himself was shocked to see avni at police station..

Neil broke hug and cupping her face looks at her..

Neil : what are you doing here?

Avni : woh... I.. woh..

Senior officer: Neil do you know her?

Neil : yes sir... avni what are you doing here?

Officer : she is the one whose car almost hit police jeep... she almost got herself into accident.. and top off that she didn't have car license with her... I had to bring her..

Neil shockingly stares Avni who immediately looked down..

Neil : sir.. is there any way you can leave her?

Senior officer : Neil since you know her.. we will leave without taking any charge but make sure she doesn't repeat the same mistake again..

Neil : thank you sir.. I'll make sure she doesn't.. and shinde sorry..

Shinde: it's okay Neil sir...

Senior officer: shinde he is Neil khanna... the new ACP will be joining our department from us..

Shnide : welcome Neil sir..

Neil smiles at him and looks at Avni who looks shocked hearing senior officer.. Neil ignoring her shock face Neil took permission to leave..

As he got permission he holding Avni's hand took her outside of police station...
