In Metha mansion..

Avni ran to her room and slumped on the bed. She clutching the pillow cried her heart out.. avni kept crying when she heard someone footsteps.. she left the pillow and immediately rushed to washroom to avoid meeting anyone.

She stood front of mirror and turns the tap on.. she took clod water in her palm and splashed it over her face few times..

She held the sink tightly and looks her at her reflection in the mirror.

Avni : avni you won't be weak... you can't fall weak seeing him.. you can't fall weak.. you have to be strong..yes you have to be strong avni..

Avni staring her reflection in the mirror took water again and splashed it on her face.,

Avni look towel and wiped her face... she kept the towel back and composing herself went back to het room to see Neela worriedly walking backward and forward in the room..

Why wouldn't Neela or anyone would be worried the way avni ran to her room..

Avni : maa..

Avni called Neela out who stopped walking and turned back facing her.

Neela : princess why did you run like that? Why was you crying? You went to suhneria. Right then why did you return back hone in tears? Did something happen? Are you okay? Princess what happened? Won't you tell me?

Avni sighed and holding Neela hand took her to end.. she made Neela sit on the bed and got herself down on her knees front of Neela.

Avni : maa... he is back..

She kept simply.. she couldn't lie to Neela or make it as riddle. Neela eyes went widen hearing avni.

Neela : he came back... means... Neil is back.. why didn't you inform me? I could have baked something for him.. he came back after two years... my son is back... princess how is he? Is he okay? Did he get hurt?

Avni kept staring Neela who was busy concerning over Neil who just returned back from his training after two years later..

Avni : maa... why you don't you ask him rather he is fine or not? I don't care about him...

Neela : princess you shouldn't say that... he is your best friend..

Avni ( mind) best friend.. my foot.. he is not my best friend maa..

Avni : maa I don't know.. I don't care about him...maa I'm going office..

Neela : but princess you took day off.. right..

Avni : I know maa.. but I need something to distract me.. please don't try stopping me.

Neela : princess did something happen between you both before he left for his training... you never shared with us what happened that night...

Avni's eyes went wide open hearing Neela especially the mention of that night.. avni pulled her hand back from Neela's hold and stood up.

Avni ignoring Neela gaze on her moves to her cupboard. She taking her clothes went to washroom leaving Neela in confuse and suspicious.

Neela ( mind) what could have happened between them? Why is there bitterness in their relationship? How will I found my answer? The day Neil left for his training princess didn't talk to anyone...

Neela thought and was confuse thinking what could have happened two years back the day before Neil left for his training..

Neela thinking all these didn't realise when avnu came back out of the washroom.. Neela got back to earth hearing footsteps.. she looks up and saw avni ready in formal business attire..

Avni combing her hair took her bag and blazer.. she took one glance at Neela.

Avni : maa.. I'm leaving.. and i might be later in the evening..

Neela : princess... wait up..

Avni looks at Neela..

Neela : i have made lunch for your dad.. could you take with you.. I was going to send it through driver but since you're going then why don't you take it.

Avni : maa I'll take it.. you get packed..

Neela nodding her head went to downstairs while avni followed Neela being busy on her and trying to contact her pa.

Neela quickly packed tiffin box for Ashish and one for avni. Avni without any augment took both tiffin and walks out of the mansion.

She kept the both tiffin box on passenger seat and sat herself down on driver seat. She puts her seatbelt on while remember some past memory.. she chucking her thoughts starts driving to Metha industrial.

In between she dialled her pa number.. she spoke to her pa regarding rescheduling the meeting for afternoon.

She hanging the call drove to Metha industrial.

In khanna mansion.

Neil and his friends were gathered up in his room and staring Neil who sulking down because avni didn't talk to him..

Juhi : Neil I'm asking you last time why is avni so angry with you?

Neil looks at her..

Neil : I don't know..

Riya : you don't know really Neil... I'm sure something happened between you both... let's twist the question... what happened day before you left for your training?

Neil's eyes went wide open and shockingly stares Riya.

Neil : what happened.... nothing happened between us..

Juhi : oh really! Then why are you shuttering? Neil khanna speak truth only... Hope you don't want to die from us.

Neil gulps his salvia in fear and looks at Juhi..

Neil : woh..... I proposed Avni.....

Neil closed his eyes as he heard only word what that too so loudly which almost gave him heart attack..

Juhi : Neil khanna when did this happen? Is wasn't your plan yet? Does it mean you forced avni to get in relation with you?

Neil jerkingly opens his eyes and nodded his head as no..

Neil. : no never... I can never force..her Juhi.. I only expressed my feelings towards her.. that's it...

Juhi : what was her answer? What did avni say?

Neil kept his mouth shut.. seeing him like that everyone understood something didn't happen right the way he wanted.. vidyut who sitting beside Neil patted his shoulder..

Vidyut : it's okay Neil.. she doesn't love you... it's okay.. you can at least move on..

Girls glares vidyut for spitting rubbish from his mouth while Neil kept his mouth numb.. he didn't spoke any word after that.. everyone stares at each other then at Neil who was looking lost in his thoughts.

Juhi kept hand on Neil's shoulder making Neil startled.

Juhi: what are you thinking Neil?

Neil shook his head and took his phone out and saw message which made him faintly smile..

Neil : I have some work... I'll see you guys in the evening..

Neil not giving them chance to speak got down the bed and walked out of his room leaving his friends in worry..

Juhi : I feel sorry for him... he doesn't deserve this guys....

Ali : you're right Juhi but we can't do anything.. we can't force avni to love Neil..

Juhi looks at Ali..

Juhi : she does love Neil but hasn't realised yet... i make her realise love for Neil.. she has feelings for Neil.. I'm sure she does.... didn't you guys seen whenever we met she hardly spoke to us but hearing Neil's name she tried getting in the conversation... she might pretend to be busy but all her attention was on our conversation whenever we spoke about Neil..

Vidyut : Juhi what if it's not true.. avni is Neil's best friend... we can't hurt any of them..

Juhi : I know what I'm doing vidyut... I just need you all support... avni loves Neil.. and we need it prove that she loves Neil only..

Riya : even I think same... obviously I and Juhi are part of Neil's love story.. we do know avni loves Neil... I think we should make avni realise her love for Neil.

Ali : but how?

Juhi and Riya looks at each other then at boys who looks confused..

Vidyut : what are you thinking?

Juhi : nothing... Riya I'll meet you in the evening too.. I have some work..

Riya : okay.. we all should leave and meet in the evening at khanna mansion.

All agreed and went to their respective to work.

In Metha industrial.

Avni parking the car in parking area and taking her stuff moves to the building.. she passing her smile staff who passed her moves to Ashish cabin..

Avni knocks the cabin and gets inside the cabin once she heard Ashish come in.

Avni thought Ashish would be alone but got surprised seeing Prakash in the cabin too.

Avni : sorry papa.. I thought you would be alone...  should I come later?

Ashish : it's okay princess come in.

Avni walks inside and passed smile to Prakash who stood up and moves to avni.

Prakash : won't my princess hug me? Will she act like stranger with me?

Avni : no uncle..

Avni kept her things on desk and hugs Prakash.

Avni : I missed you uncle...

Prakash : I missed you too princess.. you got yourself so busy that you don't have spare time for us.. everyone misses you at home... try to one of the weekends khanna mansion...

Avni : I'll try uncle.. how is everyone at home?

Prakash: everyone is good princess.. you know Neil is returning back home today from his training.

Avni got quiet hearing Neil's name and bowed her head down...

Ashish : Prakash Neil is coming back... that is such good news.. I was wondering why don't you all come to Metha mansion for dinner... it will be family gathered up after very long time.

Prakash : I'll ask swetha and let you know Ashish.

Ashish nodded his head and looks at avni..

Ashish : princess do you have any work here? I mean you took day off..

Avni : woh.. papa I have important meeting in the afternoon..

Ashish : is everything ready for the meeting?

Avni : yes papa.. and papa maa sent lunchbox for you.. have your lunch..

Ashish nodded his head.

Avni : papa I should leave now..

Ashish : okay princess.. I'll see you at home.

Avni nodding her head and bidding bye to them she made her way to her cabin..

She typing her passcode on the cabin door enters inside only to get shocked seeing someone sitting on her chair back facing her..

Avni : excuse me.. who are you? Who dare you to enter in my cabin without my permission? Who are you? Turn around before I'll call up the security. Excuse me.. are you leave listening.... hell.......

Her voice got stuck in her throat as the person turns around making her shock and surprised at the same time.. her eyes went wide open seeing the person.. she composing herself yelled at the person..

Avni : how dare you entering into my office that too in my cabin? Why have you come here? Neil Khanna are you listening to me? I'm  talking to you not your soul...look at me when I'm talking to you... Neil answer my questions.. why have you come here? Didn't I mentioned you millions times.. I don't want to talk to you.. I don't know you who you're.. why are you following me? Why are you coming behind me? Can't you leave me alone Neil? Why? Are you here? For god sake speak up Neil.

Neil gapped looking at avni who spoke continuously without letting him talk..

Avni : why are you staring me? Speak up now? Are you waiting permission to talk?

Neil shook his head and looks at her.

Neil : you didn't give me chance to speak avni. How can I speak when you continuously spoke.

Avni glares him to which Neil looks there and there to avoid her glare on him.

Avni : I'm giving you chance now... speak up why are you here?

Neil : well you don't know but I have come here to meet my best friend.. she is very angry with me.. I have come to meet her two years later but she is angry with me... do you know why should she could be angry with me? Would you help me to melt her anger?

Avni : excuse me why do you think I would help you?

Neil : because you're girl.. please help me.. I don't like when she is angry with me... she is my best friend... she is angry with me because I hurt her a lot... I'll do whatever she ask but you can tell her to forgive me and leave her anger against me... please...

Neil helpless said the last time line looking at avni with some hope..

Neil: will you help me?

Avni : what will I get in return?

Neil: whatever you want.... if you don't mind can I hug you... please don't say no...

Avni shockingly stares him but don't know why her eyes gave him permission to gave her.. Neil smilingly stood up from the chair and wrapping his arms around Avni's shoulder pulled her in tight hug..

Neil's tears fell on Avni's chest which made her alert.. she broke the hug and looks at Neil.

Avni : Neil...

Neil : I know you're angry with me whatever that day.. avni.. I never had any intention to hurt you.. I never did...whatever I did that day I felt right... I thought beings two years away from you made me scared... it made scared thinking what if you fell in love with someone or got married in my absence.... I know you don't have any feelings for me... I happily request your feelings avni but don't hate me... I can't take your hatred... I really can't take... I was feared about that Avni.... I never thought I would do that but something made me take decision really quick... the decision I took brought us here Avni... my wrong decision confessing my feelings to you made us stranger... I never wanted us to be stranger.... avni I don't think there is anything wrong falling in love with best friend of yours... I fell for your innocence... I love the way you're... you don't pretend yourself like others girls... I fall in love with you because your presence made me feel that you're the right girl for me... avni I'm not asking you to accept me or my love but break what we have between us.. don't break the friendship between us.. I haven't hid my feelings to you...I can't be your love but at least I'll always be your best friend.. Neil khanna is your best friend avni... I will never let any feelings break our friendship avni... I'm sorry avni for hurting you... please forgive me...

Neil looks at her with his eyes filled with tears.. even Avni's eyes was filled with tears..

Neil : give me another chance to prove my friendship towards you.. please.. I won't leave you as best friend.. I won't.. two years separation made me realise the importance of you in my life... please give me chance.. if you can't then I'll believe I was unlucky to have your friendship.. or I never deserved your friendship...

Neil wiping his tears and picking his phone from the desk walked out the cabin leaving avni shattered..

As Neil walks out of the cabin avni fell down on the ground and cried out.
