AvNeil was standing in hugging each other in empty class.. avni wasn't crying but still hugging Neil tightly... Neil was stroking her hair and was pecking her hairs too.. avni wasn't over mithali words to think of what Neil was doing..

Neil who was scared seeing her silent broke hug and lightly cups her face and made her look at him..

Neil : avni... i don't care what she think about us.. only I know you are my friend.. don't think over her words...

He tried explaining her but Avni's next word made him shock.. he didn't expect that from her..

Avni : am I coming between you and her...

Neil: avni there is no us between me or her then how can you come between us... avni I don't love mithali.. mithali loves me but that doesn't mean I feel same way as her.. please never think you are coming between me and my love... I don't love her...

Avni stares his face..

Avni : then... why she accused me?

Neil : am I accusing you... avni stop overthinking on her words.. she is jealous of you because you are close to me... her love is one sided.. I will never love her.. you know why... because I never felt that love near her.... don't cry please or think about mithali.. hmm.. now we have lesson.. let's go and we will talk about this later..

Avni nodded her head while Neil wipes her tears off and held her hand..

Neil : let's go!

AvNeil left to their class and saw everyone and their friends sitting on their seats.. his eyes fell on mithali who was gazing at something.. he follows the gaze and see her glaring at his and Avni's entwined hands.. he didn't gave heed to her and told avni seat and looks at sid who was sitting beside her..

Neil : excuse me sid.. could you move to my seats for today..

Sid looks at Neil then avni.. he was going to say no but seeing Neil giving stern look immediately got up and moves to Neil's seat there.. while Neil sat next to avni..

As he seat teacher entered in the class.. everyone stood up and greeted her expect avni who was lost in her world... as  everyone sat down teacher noticed avni looking lost and didn't stood up.. she also saw Neil sitting beside avni which confused her as Neil is always sitting back of class..

Teacher : Neil.. how come you sitting at the front?

Neil : ma'am woh... actually I couldn't see board from back.. that's why?

Teacher: but only today? And avni what happened to you?

Neil looks at avni and answered behalf of Avni..

Neil : ma'am she is not well..

Teacher nodded her head and starts teaching while Neil kept stealing glance of Avni who hardly focused in class or learnt anything..

Like this all day passed.. it was home time when mithali comes up to Neil and looks at Neil then Avni..

Mithali: Neil can I have word with you?

Neil : no.. I don't want talk to you mithali.. if you still thinking my answer will change then no.. it was will never be changed.. I don't love you and get that in your mind... let's go Avni..

He left with avni without giving look at mithali and his friends who was there too...

Riya : mithali why don't you leave Neil... he won't love you back..

Mithali : you just shut up.. you don't know anything.. he loves me..

Juhi : and how do you know what he loves you? Mithali if you think you bring problems between Neil and avni then you are wrong..

Mithali: I don't care about avni.. only want to Neil.. I will get him to be mine.. you won't stop me doing  that..

She took left leaving them shock..

Ali : did she just....

Juhi : she is obsessed with Neil...

All agreed to Juhi and left to their home.

At Metha house Neil rang the bell..

Neela opens the door and saw Neil with Avni..

Neela : Neil avni come in!

Both comes and sat down.. avni acted normal... Neela brought water for them and gave it..

Neil: aunty I should leave now..

Neela : why this early? why don't you stay today?

Neil : but aunty.. how today.. next time I'll come.. mom will be waiting for me..

Neela : okay.. but next do come..

Neil nods and looks at avni who smiles at him.. he got slight relief seeing her smiling..  Neil stood up and hugs avni and whispers..

Neil : don't think too much.. I'll call you later..

Neil Broke hug and left Metha house.. Neela looks at avni..

Neela : bacha drag up.. I'll get your food ready..

Avni nods and left to her room..

After two weeks later..

Neil as usually picks avni up from Metha and drove to college.

Neil turns music on while driving.. he saw avni resting her head on window...

Neil : avni..

Avni : hmm!

Neil : are you okay.. I mean you leaning to window and also you look pale..

Avni : I'm fine Neil.. it's just.. headache ..

Neil : did you take medicine?

Avni : yes I did.. next week exams will starts..

Neil : yes.. remember you have to my house for your revision..

Avni : yes.. I spoke to maa .. she is okay..

Neil : that's good! I'm excited for exams..

Avni made face seeing his excitement..

Avni : are you first person I have seen being exited for exams.. i hate them especially maths... you will be teaching maths right..

Neil : is that even question.. I'll teach you..

Avni smiled at him..

Soon they reached to college.. both moves to canteen and saw their friends.. Neil and avni took their seat and said hello..

AvNeil: hello everyone!

Juhi : hello Neil.. avni..

Neil watched their faces and saw them looking worried..

Neil : guys why you looking worried?

All looks at him..

Avni : yes even I noticed you all.. what happened to you all?

Ali : you should be asking what will happen?

Neil: what do you mean by that Ali?

Vidyut : Neil Ali is wants to say next week our exams will starts... and we haven't done any preparation.. Neil bro only you can help us passing this exams..

Tara :  yes Neil.. only you can helps us..

Neil looks at Tara with confuse face..

Neil: avni also friends don't study.. how can I
Help you all.. I mean you should I have study.. we got notice last week..

Suhneria: please Neil help us..

Neil looks at avni..

Neil : hmm okay.. let me think then let you know..

Juhi : I knew it you will help us..

Neil : miss Juhi you should study more then focusing on this stupid boyfriend of yours.. same goes to you Riya too.. you both should have least be responsible for your exams.. and Tara sitara and suhneria I didn't expect that from you all.. i thought you guys are not lazy like my friends.. you all should learn from Avni...

Riya : Neil sorry.. next will do it.. help us this time..

Neil : fine I'll help you but you all have to be focus while revising.. and you know hate when people don't study when they should..

Ali : cool with me.. I'll study..

Neil rolls his eyes hearing Ali..

Vidyut : Neil how will you help us?

Neil : good question! So here it goes.. as you know I'm helping avni with her studies.. so I'm thinking why not you all come to my house at night and we all study today.. I'll make arrangements for you all stay at my house till exams is over.. Neela aunty has agreed for Avni to stay.. you need to ask your parents permission and come to my house tomorrow night.. we will starts tomorrow..

Everyone nodded their head.. all moves to their class expect AvNeil..

Neil : are you okay with them coming too..

Avni : I don't have any problem with them coming but you will be helping me most..

Neil : yes I'll help you most.. happy.. let's go..

Avni nods and got up to leave but stopped seeing mithali with sid.. Neil too looks at them..

Avni : Neil lets go..

Neil nods and went to their class before mithali and sid could come to them.
