🔥🐺Master🐺🔥: [I hear Kangdae. I can hear his voice. I don't know how to explain this, Jin. But I hear him. I haven't been able to sleep. All that I see is the hospital, the blood,
and the sound of the gun shot just won't get out of my head. I'm leaving, Jin. I can't with the guilt and the pain anymore. I need to leave the house. Kangdae's voice is tormenting me... Seokjin, I love you ❤]

Jin froze. He couldn't find a way to stop Namjoon from leaving or even help him out physically, being bed bound for so long was killing him. Now that he needed to use his legs, he couldn't.

🦊💋Vixen💋🦊: [Incoming call from Kim Seokjin]

When Jin's call was answered, he was shocked yet again. This time it was because of Namjoon's voice.

"Namjoon, are you crying?"

~A few minutes ago~

Namjoon hit send and walked to the bathroom, holding a wooden object in his hands.

The wooden object being a chair. His phone had stayed in the living room, on top of the coffee table in between the two couches.

His legs felt as if he had lead inside of his bloodstream, slowing him down from walking.

One way or another, he made it to the bathroom after collecting one last item: A thick rope that his mother uses to hang the laundry on.

After he removed the clips off of the rope, the boy stared at himself in the bathroom mirror for a while.

His heart racing, knowing that in just a few seconds, he would vanish from the world forever.

"Namjoon, why? Why didn't you save me?" Kangdae's words kept on haunting Namjoon, giving him more motivation to proceed with his actions.

He had already hung the rope from a hook that was stuck to the roof of the bathroom. It was always there from the first day that Namjoon and his parents moved into the house.

They often wondered what it was meant for, and seeing it made Namjoon realize that it was now going to be used for his own death.

He stepped up onto the chair, hearing a creak coming from the wood as he put all of his body weight on top of it.

While fidgeting with the strings that were sticking out of the white rope, Namjoon just couldn't help but feel something was holding him back on killing himself.

Kangdae's own death was stuck to Namjoon's head like a tattoo. It couldn't be erased, but the only way to physically get rid of it was by taking his own life.

He thought of ending it all:

The voices in his head.

The guilt.

The anger.

The sadness.

Everything for him to finally be set free.

He put his head over the loop of the thick rope on as if it was a necklace, and tightened it around his neck.

Slowly but surely, he started to have shortness of breathe as the rope squeezed his esophagus tighter the longer he had it around his neck.

"I'm sorry for not saving you, Kangdae... See you soon." Namjoon lifted his leg up to kick the chair beneath him, but the rope suddenly snapped in half and made him fall on the floor, saving his life.

For a moment, Namjoon was left in shock, questioning if he truly was alive or not. He got up, dusting himself off.

Memories of his parents flashed into the man's head, along with memories of his other close family members and friends.

And lastly, his first love, Kim Seokjin. The man who needed his support now more than ever. The fox Namjoon loved so much.

He held his head back, sighing deeply as he walked back to the living room, shaking from
the scare he gave himself in the bathroom.

The thought of taking his life away was now scaring him and making the boy feel stupid for even thinking of doing such a thing.

"What would my parents think? I would cause them so much harm. I'm such an idiot, how can I even think of killing myself? No. There has to be a better outcome. There just- Jin?"

Namjoon looked down at his phone and heard it ringing.

It was an incoming call from Jin. When he picked it up, he went outside to speak.

His voice was cracking, but he hoped Jin didn't notice. Yet he did.

Nothing gets passed him.

"Namjoon, are you crying?" Namjoon didn't know what to respond with.

"Are you okay? Namjoon... You didn't do anything stupid, did you?" When Namjoon hummed in response, Jin almost dropped his phone.

"What did you do?" He nervously asked.

"Answer me! What did you do!"

"Jin," Namjoon's voice startled Jin for a moment, leaving him silent.

"You saved me." Jin was confused.

"How so?" It took the man a while, but he responded to Jin with the right words.

As harsh as they were, Namjoon wanted to be truthful and honest, and Jin was the man he loved and trusted the most. He figured that by telling him the truth, it would end with his worry... But it didn't.

"I was about to commit suicide when the rope snapped. If it weren't for your call... I..." He
hung up the call, unable to speak any longer.

It was cold outside, so he attempted to get back inside, but when he turned the doorknob,
the boy realized he had locked himself out of the house.

"Great..." When he looked down at his phone, hearing a strange sound pop up, he saw that his battery percentage was at 8. In just a few seconds, his phone powered off when he began using the flashlight, attempting to find a spare key.

He knows that his parents keep a spare key underneath their door mat, if not then inside of their mailbox. But to his dismay, there was not a single key anywhere.

That's when it dawned on him that his mother had taken the key in her purse one day that they were going out for a long trip, meaning that Namjoon was now on his own.

He can defend himself from predators and objects, but there was one thing that Namjoon couldn't beat and that was the intense coldness. He was in his pajamas, wearing nothing but his slippers, thin, long pajama pants, and a short sleeved shirt.

The clothes on his back wouldn't keep him warm for long, so when he was beaten by the cold, he transformed into his wolf form, making his body heat last longer.

But that didn't mean he could last the entire night in such a condition. It was freezing outside, and the temperatures were very low.

"It's about to power off." He thought, looking at his phone which was now at a 5% in charge.

🦊💋Vixen💋🦊: [Joonie, what happened? Did you hang up?]

Jin was Namjoon's only chance of not freezing to death outside.

He took the risk and climbed up his tree. When Jin looked over to his side and saw a man
knocking on his window, he jumped.

Jin signalled that it was opened, so Namjoon slid his long and slender fingers under the window until he opened it from the outside.

"Long story short, I locked myself out of my own house and my phone doesn't have service or charge... Can I stay over at your house tonight?"
