Vineet and Angel left the house. Though angel didn’t want to go, but she had to. She also needed rest. Sachin promised her to meet the next day before leaving for work. Angel agreed and left with her brother. The drive towards home was silent. Vineet was thinking about ruhaana’s words that she said. Her anger was genuine, he thought. She did everything in a way he likes. Even his sister, Angel, won’t do that, but Ruhana did so. He knew he had hurt her and even his sister as well.

“I’m sorry, Angel.” he said breaking the silence.

Angel looks at him …”what? Tum mujhe kyun sorry bol rahe ho?” she asks.

“ I did wrong na. Ehsas toh mujhe tab hua jab tu hospital mein thi.”He said, his voice teary.

“Galti karte ho fir sorry bolte ho. It’s not good. “ Angel comments in her way.

“I know. Isliye toh sorry bol raha hoon. Maaf karde apne bhai ko.” he said while looking at her.

“Ek shart pe.” Angel says mischeviously..

Vineet eyes her. She won’t get enough of her mischief. Angel grins…

“Promise me, jo main kahungi, wo karoge. Toh i’ll forgive you. “ she said.

Vineet sighs. He fears that she’ll ask why was he against her after catching her with sachin. Why was he so mad even after the fact that she loved sachin.

“Meri baat maan lo. Main bhabhi se baat karlungi. Aur wo aapko maaf kar dengi. “ angel said.

She knew Ruhana won’t deny anything she’ll say.  The reasons are very clear as she’s Vineet’s sister and sachin’s fiancee, and Ruhana can’t see the either two sad. Angel grinned, she knew, he might tell her the real thing.Meanwhile, they reached home. Vineet was lost in his thoughts. Angel pounced over his back…

“Batao na. Itna kya soch rahe ho? Tumne mujhe thappad bhi maara. Kyun? Choti behen ko kaun maarta hai? Tum! You are so bad.” she slapped on his shoulder.

Vineet smiles lightly. She’s back to her self and is nagging him. She jumped on the couch and pulled him by his hand…

“Until you are telling me the truth, tum nahi so sakte. Tumne ruhana se bhi jhagda kar liya, very bad. “ she said.

Vineet looks at her…

”tujhe kaise pata?” he asks.

“Pata hoga hi na . Behen hoon aapki. Aur wo jis tarah se baat kar rahi thi na, i knew she’s angry. Kyun karte ho aisa?” Angel questions again.

Vineet takes a deep breath. He is fidgeting through his thoughts. The reason he has is from the past and he doesn’t want to disturb Angel with that. He knew he has ruined his relationship with Ruhana due to his thinking. He doesn’t want to involve Angel in it.  Vineet looks at her. She chides him.

“Ghooro mat. Kuch bolo bhi. Bhabhi ke saamne toh kuch bol nahi paate, mere upar chillate rehte ho.” angel said with mocking anger.

Vineet shaked his head…”tu khud bolti rahegi toh main kab bolunga.” he asked.

Angel eyed her brother…” Waise bhi kahan bol rahe ho. Kitni derr se puch rahi hoon, batate hi nahi. “ she said.

“ kya karegi jaankar?” he asked.

“ Mujhe ye toh pata chale ki kiski wajah se aapne mujhe danta? Aaj tak toh danta nahi, aur abhi seedhe thappad maar diya . so bad! Maa hoti toh bacha leti. “ she said sadly.

Her voice was pained, so was Vineet. They lacked the love of a mother. Well, that was a bad incident that took their mother and they had to live alone. Vineet had to really work hard to be where he was. He cannot make her sad anymore. His trance was broken by Angel..

“You don’t worry, Meri aur sachin ki shadi toh ho hi rahi hai. Tum aur Ruhana bhi shadi karlo. Fir dekhti hoon kaise dantoge mujhe. Bhabhi rahegi na mujhe bachane ke liye.” she grinned happily.

“Pehle wo mujhe maaf toh karde.” he murmured.

“Sorry bolo jaake. Mujhe na sahi , unko hi bata do. I’m sure she will find a solution. “ angel said and walked to her room leaving him in thoughts.

Ruhana’s home

After the dinner , Ruhana was in her room checking her mails. Sachin entered in with two mugs of coffee. He passed one mug to her, which she took without looking at him.

“Thanks Sachin. I really needed it. “ she said.

“And you really need to talk to Vineet. “ he said taking his seat beside her.

Ruhana looked at her brother in disbelief. He smiled…

“Aise mat dekh. Sach keh raha hoon main. He loves you. Aur ab toh sab thik ho gaya hai na? Ab kyun ye doori?” he asked.

“Look sachin, ye mera aur vineet ka matter hai. Wo maan le meri baat, main uski baat maan lungi.” she said.

“Lekin ab toh usne ye rishta accept kar liya na .” sachin reasoned.

Ruhana sighed…

” Han jaanti hoon. Lekin jo usne kiya, aur jo bhi usne mujhse kaha na, uske liye main usey maaf nahi kar sakti. He blamed me. Aisa kya hua tha jo usne meri wafa pe shak kia? What made him think that i’ll be wanting something against him. “ she said, her voice loud.

“Aur abhi toh usne sirf point out kiya hai, kal kuch aur kahega. Sorry, Sachhin, lekin ab main aur bardasht nahi kar sakti. Usne jo kiya, wo kyun kiya., he should tell it to me. I’ll decide then ki mujhe kya karna hai.” she said.

Sachin looked at her…

” Why are you punishing yourself?” he asks.

Ruhana looks at him…” Kyunki ye sahi hai, aur yahi vineet ki saza bhi hai. Usey pata hona chahiye ki main uske bina bhi jee sakti hoon. Sirf wo hi maayne nahi rakhta meri life mein…..you, and other people also have some place in my life. Aur haan, 2 din baad teri shadi hain. Please uspe concentrate karo. Kal maasi aa rahi hain. Tum station chale jana. ..samjhe. “ she said.

Sachin tries to speak but she shushes him…” Shut up. Go and sleep. 2 din tak koi faaltu ki baat nahi hogi. I hope you understand.” she says.

He sighs and nods his head positively and leaves the room, Maybe some time will change her mind.
