Elena then found out she was pregnant and got very sick that when it was time for her to give birth she almost died Damon was not handling this very well.They had a baby girl and named her Lily Elena stayed at the hospital while Lily grew up without knowing her mother.One day Lily found a photo of her and Damon almost went in tears.A few months past and Elena then came out of hospital.
