Khushi's POV

Manvi was sitting on the couch and watching some baby shows as Aarav had strictly told her not to watch any thriller movies. She was so bored with it, her phone ranged and it was from her ex-boss.

She picked it up and was about to say no but Aarav took the phone "Sir.. aapki MD aajse hi aa jayegi!" and ended the call.

A smile appears on my face, Manvi eyed him and said "Aarav.. Main nahi jaungi wapas.."

"Come on Manvi.. Wo log samajh gaye hai tum kya mayne karti ho unke liye aur sirf tum hi jo uss company ko ache se sambhal sakti ho! Meri khadoos hitler boss mujhe wapas chahiye" he said making a cute face.

"Lekin Aarav... " she was worried about the pregnancy and the complications.

"Fikar mat karo main rahunga na tumhare saath waha...aur tum kaam karogi na toh khush rahogi please.." He requests.

"Maan jao na mumma.. Dadda sahi kah rahe hai! Aapne itne saal diye hai waha pe.. You deserve that.. Aur ab toh wo aapko company mein shares bhi de rahe hai.. It's best opportunity" I said.

Manvi smiled "Thik hai tum dono chahte ho toh main karungi join"

Aarav and I chuckled in excitement "yaay..." and began to dance. Manvi smiled and placed her hand on her belly, she just can't wait to welcome her second child.

She went upstairs and saw her formal clothes kept on the bed. She picked them up and sighed deeply "matlab isko sab pehle se hi pata tha.."

She wore her dress and came downstairs. Aarav and I glanced at her, she was in her old look.

"Khushi.. Issi khadoos look se mujhe pyaar hua tha! She looks too innocent in this" Aarav said.

Khushi laughed "haan mere pyaare dadda.. Meri khadoos mumma"

Manvi looks at her watch and sees the time. She shot a deadly glare at him and said "office shuru hone waala hai 20 minute mein aur main late nahi hona chahti hun pehle din"

"Jee mam.. Chalyie" Aarav bowed in front of her and she walked out of the house. Aarav followed her, he sat inside and headed off towards the office.

Within 15 minutes, he reached the office and Manvi steps down. She walked straight inside and everyone was shocked to see her in the office.

Aarav came behind her, Manvi looks around it seemed more like a cafeteria to her. "Aise kaam karte hai aap log?? Gossips ka adda banake rakha hua hai! You all have 10 minutes to arrange everything back the way it was" she ordered in her loud tone.

Every immediately got to the work. Aarav shouted "our hitler boss is back..."

Manvi eyed him and shot a deadly glare "Mr. Malhotra.. Aap mere pati ghar pe honge yahan aap ek employee hai toh please help out"

Aarav shook his head and got to work. Sneha smiled and whispered "Aarav.. Acha lag raha hai ye sab wapas dekhkar.."

"Mujhe bhi.." Aarav replied.

Manvi went towards her cabin, she sees the nameplate and admired it as it was 'Mrs. Manvi Malhotra". She touched it and went inside. She sat on her chair and looks outside, everyone was working. She could see Aarav write in front of her, he waved a flying kiss to her and she smiled at this.

She comes out after a few minutes and said "mujhe ek ghante mein abtake ke projects ki report mere desk pe chahiye.."

"Mam.. aap aane waali hai Aarav ne humhe kal bata diya tha toh we have already prepared it" Sneha said and forwarded her the file.

Manvi was surprised, she eyed him surprised. Aarav whispers in her ears "Tumhe stress nahi lene dunga.. Waise hi itni complications hai pregnancy mein"

Manvi goes through the files, Aarav entered the cabin and feeds her food with his own hands. She saw staff staring at them only, she said "Aarav sab dekh rahe hai.."

"Haan toh dekhne do.. Pehle bhi dekhte they na jab main tumhare saath flirt karta tha.. Romance karta tha" he said teasingly.

She smiled, she kept her hand on her belly and he asked instantly "kya hua?? Dard ho raha hai"

"Nahi baba.. I am fine" she assured him. She then changed her mood and ordered "ye project immediately band hoga.. Clients ko call karo aur yahan bulao new strategy banegi samjhe"

Aarav made a face "mood swings toh madam ke 5G ki speed se hote hai"

He agreed and walked out of the cabin. Aarav continued working and in between he kept his eyes on Manvi. The clients came and Manvi made discussion with them. She then came out and said "so.. 3-4 projects hai.. Inhe final karne se pehle aap log apne apne strategies mujhe submit karenge phir main decide karungi.. Aur ye sab iss hafte ke end mein ho jaana chahiye"

Aarav stands up and smiled "jee mam ho jayega.. Aur abhi office se jaana ka waqt ho gaya hai aajke liye itna kaam kaafi hai"

"Lekin..."

"Ye ek pati ka order hai" he said.

Manvi couldn't deny, that she moved out of the office along with him. Sneha smiled seeing so much love in between them. "Sahi kaha tha Aarav ne inn dono ka pyaar duniya se hatke hai.."

They reached home together, I heard the sound of the car. I quickly came downstairs and went to the kitchen. I poured the water into two glasses and moved out. Manvi sat on the couch and I forwarded her the glass filled with water. She smiled and ruffled my hair feeling proud of me.

I handed another to Aarav, he asked "Aapne khana khaya?"

"Haan dadda maine toh kha liya tha.. Aap dono rest karo shyam ka dinner badi maa ne bana diya hai" I replied.

Ahana came out her room and asked "kaisa tha aaj ka din?"

"Bhabhi.. Khadoos boss ke hote hue kaisa hoga?" Aarav comments.

Ahana smiles and Manvi glared at him "Acha?? Maine toh kaha tha nahi jaati hun main zid tumne ki" she argued.

"Baba re.. Office ka gussa mujhpe kyun nikal rahi ho?" Aarav asked.

"Toh kya karun?? Uss MD ne office ko band karwane mein koi kasar nahi chodi thi.." Manvi said angrily.

I moved to her and hugged her from behind "mumma ab aap aa gaye ho na sab sambhal loge"

"Aur mujhe tum aur tumhare dadda sambhal lenge" Manvi replied.

"No no.. pichle 14 saal se maine aapko sambhala phir dadda ne.. Toh aage wahi aapko jhelenge main toh apne bhai ko sambhalungi" I said winking at her.

Manvi was shocked hearing her "haww.. Abhi se mujhe side kar rahi hai iske aane ke baad toh puchegi bhi nahi apni maa ko"

I laughed.. "Dekho aap aur dadda ladai karoge toh main aap dono ke beech nahi fasungi.."

"Haan haan.. Mera beta meri side hoga" Manvi said.

"Toh main dadda ki side.. Phir mat kehna main aapse pyaar nahi karti" I said moving towards Aarav and placing my hand on his shoulder.

Aarav smiled "Exactly.. Team equal ki hogi"

"Haa haa thik hai.." Manvi agreed. Manvi felt pain in her stomach suddenly, she kept her hand on her belly.

Tears slips down her eyes and she shouted "aah... ahhh.."

Aarav panicked, he moved to her and held her hand "manvi..."

"Aarav.. Mujhe hospital le chalo" she said.

He lifts her up in his arms and moves out of the house. I also followed them, he lay her behind and I sat beside her keeping her head on my lap. I caressed her head lightly and a fear raised in my spine of losing my brother. "Mumma sab thik hoga.. Ghabrao mat" I assured her though I wasn't sure about it as the doctor had told me about the complications.

Aarav rushed to the hospital, within 15 minutes he halted the car in front of the hospital. I opened the door, and he took her out and marches with her into the hospital. He takes her to the consultant room and the doctor attends her. I and Aarav were extremely nervous, we held each other hands and hoped everything is fine.

After about half an hour, the doctor opens the curtain and smiled at us. Aarav asked curiously "Doctor sab thik hai na?? Achanak peth mein dard hua usko.. Bacha thik hai?? Manvi thik hai?"

"Haan Aarav dono thik hai.. Complications hai na toh ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi" she said.

Aarav had a sigh of relief. She asked "dekhna chahoge baby ki growth?"

He shook his head in yes, I said "main bhi.."

"Aao.." she takes them. Aarav sits on the stool which was kept beside Manvi. A monitor was in front, the doctor placed the equipment on her belly, and on the screen they saw the baby's growth. Aarav saw a heart beating and tears of happiness slip down his eyes.

Manvi smiled and held his hand tightly.. "Aarav thik hun main.. Aur baby bhi" she assured him.

"Dadda.. Aap na bahut emotional ho jaate ho.." I said.

"Wahi toh." Manvi said.

"Haan hun main.. Tumhari mumma dara bhi toh deti hai iss tarah..chalo ab ghar" Aarav said. Manvi gets up and they walk out of the hospital taking the ultrasound CD to show it to Virat and Ahana at home.
