Khushi's POV

I returned home with everyone and the scenario in front of us shocked us to the core. They were standing holding each other with chocolate in their mouth. 

Virat kept his hand on my eyes and I was trying hard to control my laughter as my "besharam" parents were back. 

Virat shouted "Aarav! ghar ka darwaza khula hai aur tum dono ko room nahi milta hai kya??" 

They stood up straight and adjusted their clothes. Aarav spoke "bhai aap thoda der se nahi aa sakte they..." 

Ahana looked at the mess, the cushions were lying on the floor. Pillow furs were all over the hall and Ahana shouted "ye kya haal banaya hua hai tum dono ke hall ka?? Romance krna hai toh karo par mera ghar mein tod phod nahi samjhee... Aarav tumhari shir..."

She looked at Manvi who was wearing his shirt. She hide behind Aarav and Ahana sighed.. "aur tum Manvi iski shirt pehenke ghum rahi ho pure ghar mein.. hey bhagwaan ye dono mujhe paagal kar denge" 

I mumured "ab lagta hai mujhe bhai ya behen mil hi jayega" 

Virat crossed his arms across his chest and said "Aarav.. this is too much! aur manvi tumhe hosh hai ki nahi?? office se phone pe phone aa rahe hai tumhare"

"ji.. bhaiya bas jaati hun office" she rushed upstairs and Aarav smiled. 

"bhabhi.. main.. ye sab saaf kar deta hun" Aarav said in stammered tone. 

"koi zaroorat nahi hai ghar mein servants hai kar denge... Girish.. Shyam" Ahana shouted for the servants but none responded. 

Aarav bit his tongue out, he said "bhabhi main karta hun na.." 

"servants kaha hai Aarav??" She questioned him. 

"bhabhi... wo maine unhe do din ki chutti de di thi kal tak aa jayenge" He revealed and run upstairs as he know Ahana would scold me for this. 

I laughed a lot hearing him, Ahana glanced at me and smiled "God! ye dono bhi na!"

"Ahana tumne na sar chada rakha hai apne dever ko.. naukron ko chutti pe bhej diya ek kamra iske liye kaafi nahi hai" Virat taunted. 

"offo Vee.. itne time se dono ko ladai chal rahi thi doh din dono ne thoda enjoy kar liya toh thik hai na!" Ahana said supporting Aarav as usual. 

"haan wo dikh raha hai mujhe!" Virat spoke looking at the mess.

"it's okay bade papa.. ab chance hai na mujhe chotu sa bhai mil jayega" I said dreamily. 

Ahana hit my forehead from behind and spoke "wo tumhare mumma papa decide karenge abhi jaake fresh ho jao aur school ke liye ready" 

I nodded in yes and quickly went to fresh up. About after half an hour, I came downstairs and sat at the dining table. 

Ahana was scolding Aarav and Manvi "dono ko hosh hi nahi tha! ghar mein chori ho jaati toh bhi dono ko pata nhi chalta" 

"bhabhi wo" both said in unison. 

"kuch nahi sunna hai! Manvi office jao tum aur Aarav tum Khushi ko school chodne jao" Ahana ordered. 

Virat smiled as Ahana scolded Aarav for the first time. Aarav glanced at his brother and said "haslo bhai..." 

Ahana glared at him and Virat immediately hid his smile. "tum jaldi aa jana Vihaan ko leke hospital jaana hai regular checkup ke liye" 

Virat nodded and everyone left. I sat inside the car and was trying hard to control my laughter. 

Aarav glanced at me and said "Khushi stop laughing.." 

"aww dadda aap aur mumma na ya toh total jagdalu ban jaate ho ya phir besharam!" I spoke 

"haan toh hum aise hi hai!" he replied.

"cool.. iska matlab jald mujhe ek chotu sa bhai mil jayega" I asked teasingly. 

Aarav sighed and spoke "Khushi beta.. padhai pe focus karo warna tumhari mumma apna hunter ghumayegi na toh hum dono ki khair nahi" 

I sighed deeply "kya dadda aap bhi.. itni si wish bhi puri nahi kar sakte meri"

He stopped the car and spoke "Khushi.. abhi mere paas job nahi hai.. aur tumhara mumma pe sab responsibility hai! ek baar meri job lag jaane do phir tum jitne bologi utne bhai behen tumhe de dunga" 

I giggled "okay dadda.. sirf aapki job lagne tak main ye demand taal rahi hun!" 

He smiled at me as I understood his current situation. He dropped me to school and headed back towards home. 

Third Person POV

Manvi returned home, she was a bit tense. Aarav noticed her expressions and asked "Manvi kya hua??" 

She looked at him and denied "kuch nahi Aarav.."

"Are batao na" Aarav asked her again. 

"bas office ka thoda stress hai aur kuch nahi" Manvi replied with a light smile on her face. 

"acha!! mujhe batao maybe I can help you" Aarav spoke. 

Manvi told him the matter, Aarav gave her the solution for the problem. 

"acha main Khushi ko leke pani puri khane jaa raha hun tumhe aana hai?" He asked. 

"nahi tum dono jaao mujhe aaram karna hai" she refused. 

Khushi was sure something was bothering her. She signaled Ahana to speak to her about it, Ahana nodded in yes. 

Khushi and Aarav left the house and Manvi sat on the couch grabbing her head in between her hands. 

Ahana sat down beside her and gave her a glass of water. Manvi drank it and then keep the glass on the table. 

Ahana asked "kya hua Manvi??" 

"bhabhi wo.. kuch purane clients hai jab Aarav mere saath pune gaya tha na they loved his presentation and ideas!" she exclaimed. 

"haan toh?" Ahana asked. 

"toh ek aur new project almost final ho chuka hai par they specifically asked for Aarav presentations and ideologies" she shared with her.  

"yeh toh bahut hi achi baat hai Manvi.. isme problem kya hai?" Ahana questioned her.

"problem ye hai ki! Aarav kabhi job pe wapas nahi aayega uski wajah hai pehli ki main uski boss rahungi dusri he don't like taking favour of anyone..." Manvi explained. 

"manvi.. janti hun pehle tum dono office mein employees they par ab husband wife hoge toh thoda strange lagega ki biwi itni high post pe aur pati junior hai na??" Ahana asked.

Manvi nodded her head yes. Ahana smiled and held her hand "par tum Aarav ko janti ho na! usmein ego bilkul nahi hai ulta wo khushi se tumhe mam bulayega aur tumhare orders bhi lega"

"main jaanti bhi bhabhi.. par Aarav mere kehne par office wapas join nahi karega!" Manvi spoke. 

"don't worry main Virat se baat karti hun wo use samjhayega" Ahana said. 

"thank you bhabhi.. mere paas bas kal tak ka time hai agar Aarav ne join nahi kiya toh bahut bada project haath se nikal jayega aur hamari company ko bahut nuksan hoga" Manvi explained the aftermath consequences. 

"Virat aata hi hoga Vihaan ko leke.. main baat karti hun usse" Ahana said. 

Manvi thanked her and went upstairs to her room. Later, Virat returned home and put Vihaan into the cradle as he had slept in his arms. 

Ahana smiled seeing them, she said "Vee I need to talk to you about Aarav" 

"kya chahiye ab janab ko?" Virat asked.

"kuch nahi.." Ahana told him the matter. 

Virat sighed "Ahana tum janti nahi kya apne devar ko! apni kuddari ke karan toh usne business tak join nahi kiya hai mera" 

"janti hun! par Manvi kaafi time se pareshan hai iss baat ko leke! tum ek baar baat toh  karo Aarav se" she spoke convincing him.

"okay fine! I will talk to him" he agreed. 

They heard Khushi and Aarav's laughter. They entered the house and Aarav spoke "Acha bahut late ho gaya Khushi tum jaake so jao"

Khushi nodded "goodnight dadda..." she kissed his cheek and moved to her room while Ahana went inside the room taking Vihaan inside. 

Aarav sat down on the couch and got engrossed on his phone. He was checking emails but mostly he faced rejection from the companies. He was upset, Virat sat down beside him and kept his hand on his shoulder "toh kalse office join kar rahe ho?" 

"bhai no.. aapke business mein mujhe koi interest nahi hai" he denied. 

"Aarav ghar mein baithne se toh behtar hai na!" Virat spoke. 

"bhai please.. aap jante ho 6 mahine kitni muskil se maine guzare hai aapke boring se office mein" Aarav reminded him

"beta.. tab tumhari majburi thi office sambhalna mera! why don't you try to rejoin your old job?" Virat suggested. 

"bhai.. aap kya bol rahe ho? meri biwi waha ki boss hai aur main fayda utha lun iss baat ka.. no never" he strictly refused for the suggestion. 

Virat sighed deeply sometimes he is too stubborn. "Aarav.. but waha tumhare talent ki kadar thi. Pune waale project se tumne promotion bhi mila tha aur wo Manvi ne nahi CEO ne kia tha..just think about it once" he tried to convince him.

Aarav looked on at him for a moment....
