Max's POV

"Hurry before we miss it!!"
I yell at Chloe while running through the woods. Today is our Four year anniversary. We are celebrating by going to the cliff where I took that magical photo of Chloe.
That night four years ago we broke in into Blackwells pool and she asked me to be her girlfriend. That's why we are going back here. Even though we moved to get away from all the bad memories we still visit Arcadia bay every once in a while to visit Joyce and David.
"Jesus Max when did you get so hella fast."
Chloe yells trying to keep up with me.
"You have just been such a couch potato you are getting slow."
"Whats that come here you!"
She suddenly dashes forward and almost catches me. Runing through the forest, laughing our asses off yes this I why I love her so much how I have survived those 4 years and how I will gladly live through many more as long as she's with me.

We arrive at the cliff. Yes the Golden hour we made it.
Chloe intertwines her fingers with mine and together we sit down on the bench staring at the sunset.
"It's still breathtaking."
Chloe says glaring into the distance.
"Four years yet it still feels like our first week."
She says putting her arm around me and pulling me closer.
"It's so sureal. I can't even imagine life without you."
"Neither can I."
She says and she plants a kiss on my forhead.
I look at Chloe she has changed a lot over the years. She's still rocking the blue hair only it's longer. I dye it for her and most of the time it ends up with a lot of blue spots around the appartment.
But her clothes. Tanktops are still her thing but the ripped jeans have been replaced by normal jeans.
And then theres this leather jacket she wears. I have changed a lot too.
My hair has grown and with the studio running so good I started to dress more profesional.
Dresses mainly.
Chloe likes it because it's easier and quicker to get me naked.
I can't believe it that the years have past so quickly. Being with Chloe makes me forget about time.

Chloe stands up and walks towards the cliff. This is the same scene as when I took the everyday heroes picture. And for old times sake I'll take another picture of this. I grab my camera and try to find the exact same spot I stood four years ago.
This is close.enough. I take the shot and smile at the outcome. Beautifull another keeper.
I slide the picture in my pocket and join Chloe at the cliff.
I slide my hand into hers and we interlock our fingers.
Chloe sighs and turns towards me grabbing my other hand in the process.
What are you doing Price.
She starts speaking,
"It's been four years now. Four crazy years of adventures, ups and downs and allot of sex. Max I love you I really do and I wouldn't want anyone else along side me for the rest of my life."
Is she? Yes she is. God Chloe.
I start tearing up. I can't believe this is happening.
She takes another deep breath and continues.
"Max when I'm with you it's as if time doesn't exist. It's just you and me and everything around us it doesn't matter. We have been through hell. We have seen the world and now that we are settling down I want to ask you something."
She releases my hands and drops on one knee. She slowly grabs a square box from the pocket of her jacket and opens it.
The engagement ring is beautifull.
"Max Caulfield will you marry me?"
I drop myself onto my knees and put my hands on Chloe's jaw.
I give her a pasionate kiss. When we seperate I put my head against hers and smile.
"Yes, yes I will marry you."
I'm laughing and crying at the same time.
I can't believe this is happening.
I'm getting married to Chloe.
There wasn't anything that I wanted more then this.
I love her more then you can ever imagine and nothing will ever change that.
