Bani and Veer reached the penthouse where Bani was staying all this while. They entered in and Veer was mesmerized with its interior as the whole house screamed of elegance and luxury. Veer's mouth was wide open as he stood there gawking at the living area when Bani touched his lips with her thumb and index finger to close them.

Veer : Damn!! Sweetheart, I never knew our bhai and bhabhi were living in such a magnificent penthouse here. No wonder Tapish bhai kept saying that they would be back to Australia once their baby is born. No one in their right sense would prefer living there while leaving such a posh lifestyle here. (He chuckled)
Bani : I know right. (She chortled) Come, let me show you the kitchen. (She held his hand and took him to the kitchen)

Bani : This is the kitchen, Veer. See, it looks simple yet classy, right! (She exclaimed, spreading her arms wide to show him the kitchen)
Veer : I'm hundred percent sure this is definitely bhabhi's idea. She is the one who can make it look simple as well as classy at the same time. See here, we can't see any appliances being kept at all places like you do back in our apartment. It's very neat and well-organised. But you always like to mess up our kitchen by placing all the appliances everywhere on the kitchen counter. (He taunted and Bani rolled her eyes)
Bani : You can't blame me for it. You are the one who cooked always when we stayed at the apartment so you are the one who should be blamed.
Veer : Oh come on, I don't misplace the appliances. It's you who always used to misplace them everywhere and search for them again when I ask the next day.
Bani : Okay, fine. We don't have to fight here now. Let me show you the bedroom. (She quickly changed the topic and walked ahead)
Veer : Where is the bedroom?
Bani : Upstairs. (She pointed at the stairs)
They climbed the stairs to see two bedrooms there.
Bani : The one on right is bhai and bhabhi's bedroom which is locked for some unknown reasons. I guess maybe they are hiding valuable treasures inside there. (She chuckled, rolling her eyes)
Veer : Come on, it is just basic common sense. They don't want you to enter in their bedroom when they are not here.
Bani : But I'm not a third person. I'm his blood sister.
Veer : That should be the main reason why they locked their bedroom. Who knows what you will do when you get the chance to enter. (He shrugged and walked past her)
Bani pouted and stood there glaring at his back. Veer turned and raised his eyebrow at her.
Veer : What happened?
Bani : You are so mean!

She opened the door and was about to step into her bedroom when Veer grabbed her by her waist with a force, making her back collide with his chest. He encircled his arms around her waist taking her into a back hug and kissed on her neck while rubbing his chin against her skin. Bani giggled when his beard tickled her.
Bani : Veer, stop it. It's tickling me.
Veer : Are you upset with me?
Bani : Yes, very much.
Veer : I'm sorry, sweetheart. I was just trying to pick a fight with you as it has been a long time since we both argued over petty things.
Bani : But we are meeting after a long break and we aren't supposed to squabble now. (She said disappointedly)
Veer : I'm sorry. I will make it up to you now.
Bani : How?
Veer : Like this. (He kissed on left cheek from behind)
Bani : Not enough.
Veer : Now? (He asked after placing a kiss on her right cheek)
Bani : Hmm okay I can adjust with this for now.
Veer : Wait, you don't have to adjust with that. I can give you as many kisses as you want. (Saying this, he nuzzled into her neck leaving a trail of kisses down to her neck until Bani started laughing as she was so ticklish)
Bani : Ahhh enough not anymore pleaseeee, Veeru. (She giggled)
He stopped, giving a last kiss on her neck.
Veer : Are you still upset with me?
Bani : No!!! Come and see the bedroom first. I'm so excited to show you my bedroom here. (She chirped and tried to break the hug but he stopped her)
Bani turned her face to look at him with a pout. Veer gave a small peck on her pout and lifted her off the floor to which she squealed and wrapped her arms around his neck for support.
Veer : Don't worry. I will never let you fall. (He winked at her and walked into the bedroom with her in his arms)

He gently placed her on the bed and hovered over her with his both arms on either side of her small figure. Bani grabbed his collar to pull him closer and teased him by kissing on his forehead, eyes, cheeks and nose except his lips. Veer leaned in to kiss her lips but she covered her lips with her palm.
Veer : Stop teasing me, sweetheart. My lips are dying to taste the sweetness of your lips. It has been 53 days already. Let me kiss you now baby please.
Bani : Wait, the door is op- (She stopped as he smashed his lips with hers)
Breaking the kiss, Bani placed her palms on his chest and pushed him a little. Veer frowned, narrowing his eyes at her.
Bani : Veer, listen to me first.
Veer : Why? Sweetheart, stop teasing me. Let me kiss you. (He captured her lips again and deepened their kiss)
Bani again tried to push him away to which he groaned in between the kiss and shoved his tongue into her mouth. She finally gave in, letting her hands grab his hair and shoved her tongue into his mouth just like he did. They both were so lost into each other savouring the kiss while their hands roamed around their bodies in inappropriate ways when they heard a loud shriek making them break their moment. Their heads snapped towards the door when they heard "Oh My God" from a female voice. Bani quickly pushed Veer away and straightened her clothes before getting up from the bed.

Bani : Hey Nancy, you are early today? (She smiled awkwardly)
Nancy : What are you doing here with a man, Bani? Jesus! Why am I still alive after seeing this? (She looked upwards and mumbled to herself)
Bani : Nancy, that's too dramatic. Relax, okay? (She walked towards Nancy and held her shoulders) Nancy, did you forget? He is my husband. Look at him you can recognise him well. He is Veer. (She pointed at Veer who was looking at both of them with confused eyes)
Nancy : So what? How can you guys just make out keeping the door wide open? Oh God, where is the holy water? (She panicked, searching for something in her handbag)
Bani : Ufffoo, Nancy, please stop overreacting. He is my husband and we are not doing any sinful business here.
Nancy : Shut up. I need to sprinkle some holy water on me. God, please forgive me for witnessing this immoral activities with my pure eyes today.
Bani rolled her eyes and gestured Veer to come near her. Veer shook his head as he was afraid of the disgusting looks Nancy was giving him.
Bani : Come here, Veer. (She gritted her teeth and Veer went near her)
Veer smiled at Nancy but she narrowed her eyes at him.
Bani : Veer, this is Nancy, Tapish bhai's godmother here and she is the one who maintains this house so clean and neat. Moreover, because of her I'm still able to eat homemade food since I came here. And Nancy, this is Veeranshu, my one and only beloved husband. (She giggled, easing the tension raised in the room)
Veer : Hi, aunty. (He smiled and Nancy's eyes widened)
Nancy : Aunty? Am I looking that old? I just entered 55 last month. Just call me Nancy.
Veer : Oh okay. (He gave an awkward look to her and turned to Bani)
Bani : Nancy, can you go and prepare the dinner for us? I'm so hungry.
Nancy : Yeah, I can see that. Stop eating each other's face and go freshen up first. Dinner will be ready in 20 minutes. (She shook her head and walked away)

Bani heaved a sigh of relief and closed the door locking it behind her.
Veer : Uffff! What's wrong with her? She is behaving as if she had never kissed anyone before. (He sighed)
Bani : Yes, it's true. She is single since her birth.
Veer : Why?
Bani : Because she doesn't believe in love. (She shrugged)
Veer : Then how did Tapish bhai and Meera bhabhi survive with her all these years?
Bani : Oh come on, she is not against love. She just doesn't believe in love but that doesn't mean she opposes it. But there is one thing, she doesn't prefer to see people romancing in public. She always says that a couple should romance behind the closed doors only that's why she overreacted just now when she saw us in such compromising position.
Veer : Why the hell did you forget to close the door just now?
Bani : Excuse me? It's you who carried me inside. It was supposed to be you who should be conscious about locking the door before romancing with your wife. (She snapped at him)
Veer : At least you should have told me about her beforehand.
Bani : I tried, okay! I was trying to tell you that but you didn't let me to complete my sentence.
Veer : Okay, my fault. But since you have already locked the door, I guess we shall continue with what we left just now. (He said suggestively, pulling her closer to him by her waist)
Bani : I don't mind but Nancy will throw you out of the house if you don't be there on time for dinner. She doesn't like to waste her time waiting for someone.
Veer : Isn't it the other way round? The owners aren't supposed to be afraid of their servants. (He raised his eyebrow)
Bani : You have to follow the reverse rules here. (She chuckled, pulling away from him) Okay enough, go and take your bath first.
Veer : I'm too tired to bathe myself. Can you help me? (He whispered, pulling her closer again)
Bani : I'm pretty sure you are going to be thrown out by Nancy tonight. Anyway, I don't mind since that's your problem. I'm hungry so I'm going down now. (She pushed him away making Veer groan at her)
Veer : This is not fair. We are meeting after a long time and we can't even make out without any disturbance here.
Bani : Ufffoo, stop grumbling like a baby. Go and take your bath first. (She pushed him into the bathroom and closed the door)
Veer : You are so unromantic, sweetheart! (He yelled from inside)
Bani chuckled, shaking her head on his tantrums and went downstairs to take his luggage from the living room.

Bani and Nancy were sitting on the dining area waiting for Veer to join them for the dinner. Nancy was taking a lecture on how should a married couple close their bedroom door to avoid giving free entertainment to others while Bani was showing her puppy face, pleading Nancy to stop with her lecture. To her luck, Veer entered the dining area and Nancy's attention shifted on him.

Nancy : So the prince charming has finally decided to grace us with his presence. (She mocked, shooting daggers at his direction)
Veer was shocked when he heard her saying that. He turned around to see if she was mocking about him or about anyone behind him.
Nancy : Why are you looking around? Come and sit here. It's going to be 9pm already. Oh God, youngsters these days really don't adopt good manners at all. All they follow is unhealthy fashion like waking up in the afternoon, having lunch on tea time and dinner in the midnight. (She whinged)
Veer stared at Nancy with his mouth hung open in surprise. Bani lowered her head to hide her smile and Nancy started serving their plates.
Veer : Aunty, the dinner is so delicious. In fact, I'm so surprised that you are cooking the Indian meals so skilfully.
Nancy : Thank you but I repeat, do not call me aunty. It's Nancy for everyone. (She said, holding her head high and left to the kitchen)
Veer : She is extremely rude yaar. She is older than my mom but she expects me to call her using her name. This is not fair at all yet she speaks about my manners some more.
Bani : Keep quiet and eat, Veer. She doesn't like when someone speaks while eating.
Veer : My hitler grandma is thousand times better than her. (He mumbled under his breath)
Bani : I couldn't agree more. (She chuckled, whispering to him)
Just like that Bani and Veer had their dinner silently and retired to their room once Nancy left to her house.

Veer laid himself on the bed using his phone to check the mails while Bani went to take her shower. He raised his eyes from the phone when he heard the door opening sound and his jaw dropped when he saw her standing in a bathrobe.
Veer : Sweetheart, I didn't know you were having plans for tonight. (He scanned her from top to bottom with amusement playing on his lips)
Bani : Keep dreaming, patidev. I forgot to bring my clothes inside.
Veer : Why do I feel like you have purposely forgotten them? (He got up from the bed and walked towards her when she was going into the walk-in closet)
Bani : Oh really? Why do I feel like you are going to re....Veer! (She moaned when he placed wet kisses from her jaw to shoulder)
Veer smirked when Bani closed her eyes in anticipation and scooped her in his arms. Bani opened her eyes and gaped at him.
Bani : Veer, leave me. Let me get dressed first.
Veer : Shhh, I'm planning to undress you so what's the point on getting dressed?
Bani : Pervert! (She hit on his shoulder when he placed her on the bed)
Veer leaned forward to capture her lips but groaned in frustration when Bani's phone rang out of the blue.
Veer : Arghh!! Who the hell is that now?
Bani : Oh shit! It's a video call from Sid. Move, I need to put on my clothes first. (She pushed him before getting up from the bed only to get pulled back by Veer)
Veer : Just ignore that call, baby. (He snatched her phone and tossed it on the bed carelessly)
Bani : Veer, it's Sid!
Veer : So what? Talk to him tomorrow please.
Bani : No, it could be something important or urgent. Let me speak to him first. (She tried reached her phone but Veer beat her to it and turned off her phone)
Veer : Problem solved.
Bani : Veeranshu! Where are your manners today? Why did you turn off my phone?
Veer : For God's sake, please try to understand that I'm not a bloody mannerless kid! Stop talking about manners like Nancy again. I'm really tired of it. (He scowled and laid down beside her)

Bani turned to see his grumpy face and hovered over him. She sat on his abs and cupped his face.
Bani : I'm sorry, Veeru.
Veer : Go and put on your clothes. Goodnight. (He pushed her away gently and pulled the comforter on him)
Bani took away the comforter from him, throwing it away and hovered over him again.
Veer : What are you doing?
Bani : I'm sorry, baby. I was just playing with you. (She kissed on his jawline)
Veer : Even I was just playing with you.
Bani : I'm really sor... wait what? (She looked up to see him smirking at her mischievously) You!!!! (She started hitting on his chest)
Veer : Ahhh baby don't hit me there. The mother of my kids is living there.
Bani stopped hitting him and looked at him confusedly.
Bani : Huh? Mother of your kids? Who is that?
Veer : Stupid! It's you, who else? (He chuckled, hitting her forehead with his hand playfully)
Bani : So you mean that I'm living in your heart? Where? Open it and show me. (She asked, pulling his t-shirt)
Veer : Tch tch tch... Sweetheart, just say it directly if you want me to take off my clothes. You don't have to beat around the bush like this.
Bani : Oh God, Veer!! You are turning into an experienced pervert. (She blushed lowering her head)
Veer : Ufff, stop blushing like a newly married bride, sweetheart. Your cheeks are already looking like beetroots. (He teased her, pinching her cheeks and Bani blushed even more)
Bani : Shut up. (She hid her face in her palms making Veer chuckle at her cuteness)
Veer took that chance to switch their positions and hovered over her, taking off his t-shirt and throwing it around the corner. He cupped her face and kissed on her forehead to which Bani mirrored his action. Both gazed into each other's eyes, slowly inching closer to let their lips indulge into a passionate kiss. Both of them closed their eyes when their kiss lighted up the desire and hunger they had for each other and soon they found themselves naked under the sheets.

A few hours later, both Bani and Veer were staring at the ceiling after fulfilling their desires they were starved for a long time.
Bani : Veeru? (She moved closer to him, placing her head on his chest and wrapping her arm around his torso)
Veer : Yes, sweetheart? (He turned to her, embracing her securely)
Bani : I love you.
Veer : I love you more. (He kissed on her forehead)
Bani : This should be added into the record of our longest sex ever, right? (She giggled)
Veer : I have told you many times. Don't call it sex, sweetheart. We made love. (He said firmly, tightening the hold around her)
Bani : Oops, okay this is our longest lovemaking ever.
Veer : How are you so sure about it? Who knows what happens in future? Maybe there is more yet to come, gharwali. (He smirked at her)
Bani blushed again and hid her face against his chest.
Veer : Stop blushing after being wild like a cavewoman.
Bani : Shut up, Veer! (She pinch on his arm and Veer chuckled at her)

Veer : Sweetheart? Can I ask you something?
Bani : Go ahead. (Bani looked up at him and nodded)
Veer : Hmm I heard that you went for a date with another guy when we were apart. Is that true?
Bani's eyes widened in surprise for a second but she composed herself, faking a shock expression on her face.
Bani : Oh My God! Veer, how did you know it? Who told you this? Please don't get mad. It was just a friendly date and I strictly told him that I'm married when he kissed me.. Oops I blurted out. (She quickly covered her mouth with her palm, showing an innocent face to him)
Veer : What??? He kissed you? How dare he!!! Who the fuck is that scoundrel? (He asked angrily while gritting his teeth)
Bani's mind voice : Wow what an acting! I'm really impressed with my own acting skills. Ufff, I can happily nominate myself for the next Oscar Awards. (She smirked while boasting herself)
Veer : Why the hell are you smirking now? (He raised his eyebrow and Bani quickly composed herself, showing her innocent face again)
Bani : Huh? No, I mean I...I didn't- (She was cut by Veer)
Veer : Why are you stuttering?
Bani cleared her throat to make sure she doesn't stutter again.
Bani : No, I wanted to say that you don't know him, Veer. He is a distant cousin of mine.
Veer : I know all of your cousins, friends, ex boyfriends, colleagues and even your social media friends so just tell me who is that guy.
Bani's mind voice : Oh no, Bani! You can't use this excuse anymore. (She gulped)
Veer : I'm still waiting for your answer.
Bani : Hmm he is my... Haan, he is my father's sister's husband's cousins's daughter's brother. (She blurted out what came to her mind)
Veer : What??? (He straightened himself, getting up from the bed and stared at her in disbelief)
Bani : Ufffoo, baby, this is not the time to discuss about it. Let's sleep first. I'm sleepy. It's going to be 5am already. (She said, faking a yawn)
Veer : No! Tell me who is the guy now. How did you go for a date with another man when you are legally and officially mine?
Bani : By car.
Veer : Huh? What? (He raised his eyebrow)
Bani : You asked how I went for the date right so my answer is I went by a car. (She chuckled nervously, looking at Veer who was glaring at her with his piercing eyes)
Bani's mind voice : God, I'm getting a signal from you. I know you are calling me there. May my soul rest in peace after dying from my husband's hands. I'm coming there, God. Open the gates of heaven for me.
